Ashhado An Laa
اَشْھَدُ اَنْ لَّآ
بِسْمِ اللہِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیْمِ
Bismillaahir rahmaanir raheem
In the Name of Allah, the most Gracious, the most Merciful.
اللہ کے نام سے (شروع کرتا ہوں) جو بڑا مہربا ن نہایت رحم کرنے والا ہے۔
اَشْھَدُ اَنْ لَّآ اِلٰہَ اِلَّا اللہُ وَحْدَہٗ لَا شَرِیْکَ لَہٗ وَاَشْھَدُ اَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا عَبْدُہٗ وَرَسُوْلُہٗ وَاَشْھَدُ اَنَّ الْجَنَّۃَ حَقٌّ وَّالنَّارَ حَقٌّ وَّاَنَّ السَّاعَۃَ اٰتِیَۃٌ لَّا رَیْبَ فِیْہَا وَاَنَّ اللہَ یَبْعَثُ مَنْ فِیْ الْقُبُوْرِ وَاَشْھَدُ اَنَّ الرَّبِّ رَبِّیْ لَاشَرِیْکَ لَہٗ وَلَا وَلَدَ لَہٗ وَلَا وَالِدَ لَہٗ وَاَشْھَدُ اَنَّہٗ الفَعَّالُ لِمَا یُرِیْدُ وَالْقَادِرُ عَلٰی کُلِّ شَیْٓءٍ قَدِیْرٌ وَالصَّانِعَ لِمَا یُرِیْدُ وَالْقَاھِرُ عَلٰی مَنْ یَّشَآئُ وَالرَّافِعُ لِمَنْ یَّشَآئُ مَالِکُ الْمُلْکِ وَرَازِقُ الْعِبَادِ الْغَفُوْرُ الرَّحِیْمُ الْعَلِیْمُ الْحَلِیْمُ اَشْھَدُ اَشْھَدُ اَشْھَدُ اَشْھَدُ اَشْھَدُ اَشْھَدُ اَشْھَدُ اَنَّکَ سَیِّدِیْ کَذٰلِکَ وَفَوْقَ ذٰلِکَ لَا یَبْلُغُ الْوَاصِفُوْنَ کُنْہَ عَظَمَتِکَ۔ اَللّٰہُمَّ صَلِّ عَلٰی مُحَمَّدٍ وَّاٰلِ مُحَمَّدٍ وَھْدِنِیْ وَلَاتُضِلَّنِیْ بَعْدَ اِذْ ھَدَیْتَنِیْ اِنَّکَ اَنْتَ الْھَادِیُّ الْمَھْدِیُّ۔
Ash-hado an laa ilaaha illal laaho wah-dahu laa sharee-ka lahu wa ash-hado anna mohammadan a’b-dahu wa rasoo-lahu wa ash-hado annal jannata haqqoon wan-naara haqqoon wa annas saa-a’ta aate-yatoon laa raiy-ba feehaa wa annal laaha yab-a’so man fil-qoboo-re wa ash-hado annar rabbe rabbi laa sharee-ka lahu wa laa walada lahu wa laa waaleda lahu wa ash-hado anna-hu ga’aa’lo lemaa yoree-do wal-qaade-ro a’laa kulle shaiy-in qadee-roon.
Was-saane-a’ lemaa yoree-do wal-qaahe-ro a’laa maiy-yashaa-o war-raafe-o maale-kul mulke war-raaze-qul e’baa-dil ghafoo-rur rahee-mul halee-mo ash-hado, ash-hado, ash-hado, ash-hado, ash-hado, ash-hado, ash-hado anna-ka sayyadi kazaa-leka wa fawqa zaale-ka laa yablo-ghul waase-foona kunha a’za-mateka.
Allaahumma salle a’laa mohammadiw wa aale mohammadin wahde-nee wa laa to-zilla-nee ba’da iz hadaiy-tanee inna-ka antal haadiy-yul mahdiyyo.
I testify that there is no god, except Allah. The One without a partner. And I testify that Muhammad is His servant and His Messenger. And I testify that Paradise is truth and the Hell is truth, and that the Judgment Day is sure to come and there no doubt in it. And that Allah will raise those who are in the graves and I testify that my Lord is the Lord of the world. There is no partner for Him. He neither has an offspring nor a father. I testify that He does what He intends. And that He is powerful over everything and the creator of all that He intends and the forceful on whatever He likes. He exalts whomsoever He likes. The King of the kingdom and the sustainer of the servants. The forgiving the merciful the knowing the forbearing. I testify, I testify, I testify, I testify, I testify, I testify that You are my Chief You are such and higher than it and those who describe You cannot reach to Your greatness. O Allah, bless Muhammad and Aale Muhammad (a.s) and do not lead me astray after You have guided me. Only You are the one who guides and who shows the path.
میں گواہی دیتا ہوں کہ اللہ کے علاوہ کوئی معبود نہیں ہے، وہ تنہا ہے، اس کا کوئی شریک نہیں ہے اور میں گوائی دیتا ہوں کہ محمدؐ اس کے بندے اور اس کے رسول ہیں، اور میں گوائی دیتا ہوں کہ جنت و جہنم بر حق ہے اور قیامت کے برپا ہونے میں کوئی شک نہیں ہے، اور بے شک اللہ قبر کے مردوں کو زندہ کرے گا، اور میں گوائی دیتا ہو کہ حقیقی رب ہی میرا رب ہے کہ جس کا کوئی شریک نہیں ہے، جس کا کوئی فرزند نہیں ہے، جس کا کوئی والد نہیں ہے اور میں گوائی دیتا ہوں کہ وہ جس چیز کا ارادہ کرتا ہے انجام دیتا ہے اور ہر شئے پر قادر ہے اور جو چاہتا ہے پیدا کرتا ہے، جس پر چاہتا ہے غالب آتا ہے، جسے چاہتا ہے بلند کرتا ہے، سلطنت کا مالک ہے اور بندوں کو رزق دینے والا ہے، غفور و رحیم ہے، علیم و حلیم ہے، میں گوائی دیتا ہوں، میں گوائی دیتا ہوں، میں گوائی دیتا ہوں، میں گوائی دیتا ہوں، میں گوائی دیتا ہوں، میں گوائی دیتا ہوں، میں گوائی دیتا ہوں کہ تو میرا سردار ہے، ایسا ہی ہے، اس سے بھی بلند تر ہے، وصف کرنے والا تیری عظمت کی گہرائی تک نہیں پہنچ سکتے۔ خدایا! محمدؐ و آل محمدؑ پر رحمت نازل فرما، مجھے ہدایت دے اور ہدایت کے بعد گمراہ نہ کر، بے شک تو ہادی و مہدی ہے۔
اَللّٰهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَّآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ۔
Allahumma swalle alaa muhammadiw wa aale muhammadin
Allah’s (s.w.t) choicest blessings be upon Mohammed and his holy progeny.
اے معبود! رحمت نازل فرما حضرت محمدؐ اور انکی آل ؑپر۔
