Hirz-e-Kazim (a)
حرز امام موسیٰ کاظم (ع)
زَعَمْتَ سَخِيْنَةُ اَنْ سَتَغْلِبَ رَبَّهَا، فَلَيَغْلِبَنَّ مَغَالِبَ الْغُلَّابِ۔
Za-a’mta sakhee-nato an sa-tagh-leba rabba-haa, fala-yaghle-banna maghle-bal ghul-laabe.
The eaters of the hot, mean meals (Quraysh) have claimed that they will overcome their Lord. Verily, the overcomer of all combatants shall most surely win.
سخینہ کا گمان یہ تھا کہ وہ اپنے رب پر غالب رہے گی، لیکن خدا تو ہر غالب پر غالب رہتا ہے۔
بِسْمِ اللہِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیْمِ
Bismillaahir rahmaanir raheem
In the Name of Allah, the most Gracious, the most Merciful.
اللہ کے نام سے (شروع کرتا ہوں) جو بڑا مہربا ن نہایت رحم کرنے والا ہے۔
اِلٰهِىْ كَمْ مِنْ عَدُوٍّ شَحَذَ لِىْ ظُبَةَ مُدْيَتِهٖ وَاَرْهَفَ لِىْ شَبَا حَدِّهٖ وَدَافَ لِىْ قَوَاتِلَ سُمُوْمِهٖ وَلَمْ تَنَمْ عَنِّىْ عَيْنُ حِرَاسَتِةٖ فَلَمَّا رَاَيْتَ ضَعْفِىْ عَنِ احْتِمَالِ الْفَوَادِحِ وَعَجْزِىْ عَنْ مُلِمَّاتِ الْجَوَاۗئِحِ صَرَفْتَ ذٰلِكَ عَنّٰى بِحَوَلِكَ وَقُوَّتِكَ لَا بِحَوْلٍ مِنِّىْ وَلَا قُوَّةٍ فَاَلْقَيْتَهٗ فِى الْحَفِيْرِ الَّذِى احْتَفَرَهٗ لِىْ خَاۗئِبًا مِمَّا اَمَّلَهٗ۔ فِى الدُّنْيَا مُتَبَاعِدًا مِمَّا رَجَاهُ فِى الْآخِرَةِ فَلَكَ الْحَمْدُ عَلٰى ذٰلِكَ قَدْرَ اِسْتِحْقَاقِكَ سَيِّدِىْ۔ اَللّٰهُمَّ فَخُذْهُ بِعِزَّتِكَ وَافْلُلْ حَدَّهٗ عَنِّىْ بِقُدْرَتِكَ وَاجْعَلْ لَهٗ شُغْلًا فِيْمَا يَلِيْهِ وَعَجْزًا عَمَّا يُنَاوِيْهِ۔ اَللّٰهُمَّ وَاَعْدِنِىْ عَلَيْهِ عَدْوًی حَاضِرَةً تَكُوْنُ مِنْ غَيْظِىْ شِفَاۗءً وَّمِنْ حَنْقِىْ عَلَيْهِ وَقَاۗءً وَّصِلِ۔ اَللَّهُمَّ دُعَاۗئِىْ بِالْاِجَابَةِ وَانْظِمْ شِكَايَتِىْ بِالتَّغْيِيْرِ وَعَرِّفْهُ عَمَّا قَلِيْلٍ مَّا اَوْعَدْتَ الظَّالِمِيْنَ وَعَرِّفْنِىْ مَا وَعَدْتَ فِىْ اِجَابَةِ الْمُضْطَرِّيْنَ اِنَّكَ ذُو الْفَضْلِ الْعَظِيْمِ وَالْمَنِّ الْكَرِيْمِ۔
Ilaahee kam min a’doo-win sha-haza lee zoba-ta mudyate-hi wa ar-hafa lee shabaa hadde-hi wa daafe lee qawaa-tela somoo-mehi wa lam ta-nam a’nnee a’iy-no haraa-satehi fa-lammaa ra-aiy-ta za’fee a’neh temaa-lil fa-waade-he wa a’jzee a’n molim-maatil jawaaa-e-he saraf-ta zaa-leka a’nnaa be-hawale-ka laa be-hawleen minnee wa laa quwwatin fa-alqaiy-tahu fil hafee-ril lazih tafara-hu lee khaaa-e-ban mimmaa amma-lahu.
Fid dunyaa motabaa-e-dan mimmaa rajaa-ho fil aakherate fala-kal hamdo a’laa zaale-ka qadra isteh-qaaqe-ka sayyedee.
Allaahumma fa-khuz-ho be-izzate-ka waf-lul hadda-hu a’nnee be-qudrate-ka waj-a’l lahu shugh-lan fee-maa yalee-he wa a’j-zan a’mmaa yonaa-weehe.
Allaahumma wa a’de-nee a’laiy-he a’d-wan haaze-ratan takoo-no min ghaiy-zee shefaaa-an wa min hana-qee a’laiy-he wa qaaa-an wa sele.
Allaahumma do-aaa-ee bil ijaabate wanzim shekaa-yatee bit tagh-yeere wa a’rrif-ho a’mmaa qalee-lim aw-a’d-taz zaale-meena wa a’rrif-nee maa wa a’d-ta fee ijaa-batil muztar-reena inna-ka zul fazlil a’zeeme wal mannil kareeme.
O my God, too many are the enemies who honed their daggers edge against me, sharpened the heads of their weapons against me, mixed for me their deadly poisons, and kept a sleepless eye on me, but when You considered that I am too weak to bear hardships and I am too powerless to bear the accumulating cataclysms, You warded off all that from me through Your might and power, but not through my might or power. You have thus thrown him in the hole, which he had dug for me, making him lose any hope he had in this world and move away from what he had expected in the Hereafter. So, all praise be to you for that; praise that is comparable to what You deserve, O my master. So, O Allah, (please) grasp him by Your almightiness, notch his sharpness against me with Your omnipotence, and cause him to be engaged with what will inflict him and to be too weak to face his rivals. O Allah, (please) help me against his animosity with such help that is in progress and due to which my rage will be healed and my anger will protect me against him. O Allah, (please) connect my prayer with Your response, attach my complaint to the reply that changes my state, show him very soon and practically what You have prepared threateningly for the wrongdoers, and show me very soon and practically how You respond to the distressed ones. Verily, You are the Lord of great favor and generous conferral.
میرے ﷲ کتنے ہی دشمنوں نے میرے لیے چھری کی دھار تیز کی اور میرے لیے ہر تلوار کھینچی اور میرے لیے زہر ِقاتل گھول کر تیار کیا لیکن میری نگہبانی کرنے والی آنکھ نہیں سوئی پس تو نے جب میری کمزوری دیکھی کہ میں ان ناگواریوں کو سہہ نہیں سکتا ان تباہ کن سختیوں کے سامنے عاجز ہوں تو نے ان سب کو اپنی قوت وطاقت سے برطرف کر دیا مجھ میں اتنی قوت وطاقت نہیں تھی پھر تو نے اسے اس گڑھے میں پھینکاجو اس نے میرے لیے کھودا وہ اپنی بات میں ناکام رہا۔ اس دنیا میں اور آخرت میں بھی نامراد ہی رہا پس تیرےلیے حمد ہے اس مہربانی پر اے میرے آقا جتنی حمد تیری شان کےلائق ہے اے معبود! اپنے غلبے کے ساتھ اسے پکڑے اور اپنی قدرت سے اس کی تلوار کو مجھ سے ہٹادے تو اسے کسی طرف لگا دے کہ اسی میں لگا رہے اور اس چیز میں عاجز کر دے جو وہ چاہتا ہے۔ اے معبود! تو میری طرف سے اس پر فوری شورش مسلط کر دے کہ جس سے میرا غصہ ٹھنڈا ہو جائے اور وہ مجھے دبوچنے سے باز آ جائے اے معبود! میری دعا کو قبولیت سے ہم کنار فرما دے میری شکایت کے دور ہونے کابندوبست فرما اسے جلد اس چیز سے آشناکر دے جس کی تو نے ظالموں کو دھمکی دی ہے اور مجھے اس چیز سے آگاہ کرجس کے ذریعےتو نے بے چاروں کی دعا قبول کرنے کا وعدہ کیا ہے بے شک تو بڑے فضل کا مالک اور بہترین احسان کرنے والا ہے۔
اَللّٰهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَّآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ۔
Allahumma swalle alaa muhammadiw wa aale muhammadin
Allah’s (s.w.t) choicest blessings be upon Mohammed and his holy progeny.
اے معبود! رحمت نازل فرما حضرت محمدؐ اور انکی آل ؑپر۔
