۲ رکعت نماز طواف کہ جس کی پہلی رکعت میں سورۂ فاتحہ کے بعد سورۂ اخلاص اور دوسری رکعت میں سورۂ فاتحہ کے بعد سورۂ کافرون پڑھنا مستحب ہے نماز کے بعد اللہ کی حمد و ثنا کرے، محمدؐ و آل محمدؑ پر صلوات بھیجے اور خداوند عالم سے دُعا کرے کہ اس کے عمل کو شرف قبولیت عطا فرمائے اور پھر کہے۔۔۔
اَللّٰہُمَّ تَقَبَّلْ مِنِّیْ وَلَا تَجْعَلْہُ آخِرَ الْعَہْدِ مِنِّیْ۔
اَلْحَمْدُ لِلہِ بِمَحَامِدِہٖ كُلِّہَا عَلٰی نَعْمَآئِہٖ كُلِّہَا حَتّٰی یَنْتَہِیَ الْحَمْدُ اِلٰی مَا یُحِبُّ وَیَرْضٰی۔
اَللّٰہُمَّ صَلِّ عَلٰی مُحَمَّدٍ وَّآلِہٖ وَتَقَبَّلْ مِنِّیْ وَطَہِّرْ قَلْبِیْ وَزَكِّ عَمَلِیْ۔
Allaahumma taqabbal minnee walaa taj'alhu aakhira al-'ahdi minnee.
Al-hamdu lillaahi bimahaamidihee kullihaa 'alaa na'maa'ihee kullihaa hattaa yantahiya al-hamdu ilaa maa yuhibbu wayardaa.
Allaahumma salli 'alaa muhammadin wa-aalihee wataqabbal minnee watahhir qalbee wazakki 'amalee.
O Allah, accept it from me and do not make it the last of my covenant (commitment) from me. All praise is for Allah with all His praises for all His blessings, until the praise reaches what He loves and is pleased with. O Allah, send blessings upon Muhammad and his family, accept it from me, purify my heart, and make my deeds pure and righteous.
اے اللہ! تو مجھ سے یہ قبول کر اور اسے میرا آخری طواف نہ قرار دے۔ اللہ کے لئے اس کی تمام نعمتوں پر، تمام تعریفیں ہیں، یہاں تک یہ حمد اس درجہ تک پہنچ جائے جسے وہ پسند کرے اور راضی ہو جائے۔ اے اللہ! محمدؐ اور ان کی آلؑ پر درود نازل فرما اور مجھ سے یہ عبادت قبول کر، میرے دل اور عمل کو پاکیزہ کردے۔
According to another tradition one should say…
دوسری روایت کے مطابق یہ کہے۔۔۔
اَللّٰہُمَّ ارْحَمْنِیْ بِطَاعَتِیْ اِیَّاكَ وَطَاعَۃِ رَسُولِكَ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَآلِہٖ وَسَلَّمَ۔
اَللّٰہُمَّ جَنِّبْنِیْ اَنْ اَتَعَدّٰی حُدُوْدَكَ وَاجْعَلْنِیْ مِمَّنْ یُحِبُّكَ وَیُحِبُّ رَسُوْلَكَ وَمَلَآئِكَتَكَ وَعِبَادَكَ الصَّالِحِیْنَ۔
Allaahumma irhamnee bitaa'atee iyyaaka wataa'ati rasoolika sallaa allaahu 'alayhi wa-aalihee wasallam.
Allaahumma jannibnee an ata'addaa hudoodaka waj'alnee mimman yuhibbuka wayuhibbu rasoolaka wamalaa'ikataka wa'ibaadaka as-saaliheen.
O Allah, have mercy on me through my obedience to You and my obedience to Your Messenger may Allah’s blessings and peace be upon him and his family. O Allah, keep me away from crossing Your limits, and make me among those who love You and love Your Messenger, Your angels, and Your righteous servants.
اے میرے اللہ! خاص کر تیری اور تیرے رسولؐ کی اطاعت کرنے کی بنا پر مجھ پر رحم فرما۔ خدایا! مجھے اس بات سے بچا کہ میں تیرے مقررہ حدود سے تجاوز کروں اور مجھے ان لوگوں میں قرار دے جو تجھے اور تیرے رسولؐ کو تیرے ملائکہ کو اور تیرے صالح بندوں کو دوست رکھتے ہیں۔
Another narration states that Imam Sadiq (a) used to perform prostration after the prayer of circumambulation and say…
بعض روایات میں ہے کہ امام جعفر صادقؑ نماز طواف کے بعد سجدہ میں جا کر یہ دُعا پڑھتے تھے۔۔۔
سَجَدَ لَكَ وَجْہِیْ تَعَبُّدًا وَرِقًّا لَا اِلٰہَ اِلَّا اَنْتَ حَقًّا حَقًّا اَلْاَوَّلُ قَبْلَ كُلِّ شَیْءٍ وَالْآخِرُ بَعْدَ كُلِّ شَیْءٍ وَہَا اَنَا ذَا بَیْنَ یَدَیْكَ نَاصِیَتِیْ بِیَدِكَ فَاغْفِرْ لِیْ اِنَّہٗ لَا یَغْفِرُ الذَّنْۢبَ الْعَظِیْمَ غَیْرُكَ فَاغْفِرْ لِیْ فَاِنِّیْ مُقِرٌّۢ بِذُنُوْبِیْ عَلٰی نَفْسِیْ وَلَا یَدْفَعُ الذَّنْۢبَ الْعَظِیْمَ غَیْرُكَ۔
Sajada laka wajhee ta'abbudan wariqqan laa ilaaha illaa anta haqqan haqqan al-awwalu qabla kulli shay'in wal-aakhiru ba'da kulli shay'in wahaa anaa zaa bayna yadayka naasiyatee biyadika faghfir lee innahoo laa yaghfiru az-zanba al-'azeema ghayruka faghfir lee fa-innee muqirrun bizunoobee 'alaa nafsee walaa yadfa'u az-zanba al-'azeema ghayruk.
I prostrate myself before You in worship and service. It is the truth that there is no God except You. You were there before anything and will be there after everything perishes. I am before You and my forelock is in Your hands. Forgive my sins for there is none to forgive major sins except You. Forgive me as I confess my sins against myself and none can avert cardinal sins except You.
میرے چہرہ نے بندگی اور غلامی کی حالت میں تیرا سجدہ کیا، تیرے علاوہ کوئی حقیقی خدا نہیں ہے، تو ہر چیز سے پہلے ہے اور ہر چیز کے بعد بھی تو ہی ہے، میں تیرے سامنے ہوں، میری پیشانی تیرے ہاتھ (اختیار) میں ہے، لہٰذا تو مجھے بخش دے، یقینًا بڑے گناہ کو تیرے علاوہ کوئی نہیں بخشے گا لہٰذا تو مجھے بخش دے اس لئے کہ میں اپنے نفس پر کیے ہوئے گناہوں کا إقرار کرتا ہوں اور تیرے علاوہ کوئی بڑے گناہ کو دور نہیں کر سکتا۔
سجدہ کے بعد آپ کا رُوئے انور شدّتِ گریہ کے باعث پانی میں ڈوبا ہوا محسوس ہوتا تھا۔

مستحب ہے کہ نماز طواف پڑھنے کے بعد سعی سے پہلے چشمۂ زمزم کے قریب جائے اور تھوڑاسا پانی پیئے اور اپنے سر، سینے اور پشت پر چھڑکے اور اس دوران یہ دُعا پڑھے۔۔۔
اَللّٰہُمَّ اجْعَلْہُ عِلْمًا نَافِعًا وَرِزْقًا وَاسِعًا وَشِفَآئً مِنْ كُلِّ دَآئٍ وَسُقْمٍ۔
Allaahumma ij'alhu 'ilman naafi'an warizqan waasi'an washifaa'an min kulli daa'in wasuqm.
O Allah! grant me knowledge which is beneficial, great sustenance and relief from pains and illnesses.
اے اللہ! تو اسے نفع بخش علم قرار دے، وسیع رزق قرار دے اور ہر بیماری اور پریشانی سے اسے شفا قرار دے۔
Now perform Safa-Marwah Saee.
اب صفا و مروہ کی سعی انجام دے۔
