مستحباتِ صفا
اَللهُ اَكْبَرُ۔
Allahu akbar.
Allah is Greatest.
اللہ بزرگ تر ہے۔
اَلْحَمْدُ لِلہِ۔
Alhamdo lillaahe.
All praise be to Allah.
ساری تعریف خدا کے لئے ہے۔
لَا اِلٰہَ اِلَّا اللہُ۔
Laa elaaha illallaah.
There is no god save Allah.
خدا کے سوا کوئی معبود نہیں۔
لَا اِلٰہَ اِلَّا اللہُ وَحْدَہٗ لَا شَرِیْكَ لَہٗ لَہُ الْمُلْكُ وَلَہُ الْحَمْدُ یُحْیِیْ وَیُمِیْتُ وَہُوَ حَیٌّ لَا یَمُوْتُ بِیَدِہِ الْخَیْرُ وَہُوَ عَلٰی كُلِّ شَیْءٍ قَدِیْرٌ۔
Laa elaaha illal laaho wahdahu laa shareeka lahu lahul mulko wa lahul hamdo yohyee wa yomeeto wa howa hayyun laa yamooto beyadehil khayro wa howa a’laa kulle shay-in qadeerun.
There is no God except Allah, He is One without any partner. All property belongs to Him and all praise is due to Him. He gives life and takes it away; He has always been alive and will never die. All goodness emanates from Him and He is powerful over all things.
اللہ کے سوا کوئی دوسرا خدا نہیں، وہ اکیلا ہے، اس کا کوئی شریک نہیں، اسی کے لئے بادشاہت ہے، اسی کے لئے تمام حمد ہے، وہی زندہ کرتا ہے، وہی موت دیتا ہے، وہ خود زندہ ہے، اسے موت نہیں آئیگی، اسی کے اختیار میں تمام نیکیاں ہیں اور وہ ہر چیز پر قدرت رکھتا ہے۔
اَللہُ اَكْبَرُ عَلٰی مَا ہَدَانَا۔ وَالْحَمْدُ لِلہِ عَلٰی مَا اَبْلَانَا۔ وَالْحَمْدُ لِلہِ الْحَیِّ الْقَیُّوْمِ۔ وَالْحَمْدُ لِلہِ الْحَیِّ الدَّآئِمِ۔
Allaaho akbaro a’laa maa hadaanaa wal hamdo lillaahe a’laa maa ablaanaa wal hamdo lillaahil haiyyil qaiyyoome wal hamdo lillaahil hayyid daaa-eme.
Allah is Great: He has granted us guidance. All praise is to Allah; He has showered us with bounties. All praise to Allah who is Living and Eternal and all praise is ever due to Him.
اللہ ہر چیز سے بزرگ ہے، اس نے ہماری ہدایت کی اور تمام تعریفیں اللہ کے لئے ہیں کہ اس نے ہماری آزمائش کی ہے اور تمام تعریفیں اللہ کے لئے ہیں، وہ اللہ زندہ ہے اور ہر چیز کی بقا اسی کے ذریعہ ہے، تمام تعریفیں اللہ کے لئے ہیں وہ زندہ ہے اور ہمیشہ رہنے والا ہے۔
اَشْہَدُ اَنْ لَّا اِلٰہَ اِلَّا اللہُ وَاَشْہَدُ اَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا عَبْدُہٗ وَرَسُوْلُہٗ لَا نَعْبُدُ اِلَّا اِیَّاہُ مُخْلِصِیْنَ لَہُ الدِّیْنَ وَلَوْ كَرِہَ الْمُشْرِكُوْنَ۔
Ash-hado an laa elaaha illal laaho wa ashhado anna mohammadan a’bdohu wa rasoolohu laa na’bodo illaa iyyaaho mukhleseena lahud deena wa law karehal mushrekoona.
I bear witness that there is no God except Allah, and I bear witness that Muhammad is His servant and Messenger. We do not worship anyone except Him, sincere in our faith, however averse may the polytheists be.
میں گواہی دیتا ہوں کہ اللہ کے علاوہ کوئی معبود نہیں اور گواہی دیتا ہوں کہ محمدؐ اس کے بندہ اور رسول ہیں، ہم صرف اسی کی عبادت کرتے ہیں اور اپنی عبادت میں مخلص ہیں دین اسی کا ہے، اگر چہ مشرکین نا پسند کریں۔
اَللّٰہُمَّ اِنِّیْ اَسْئَلُكَ الْعَفْوَ وَالْعَافِیَۃَ وَالْیَقِیْنَ فِی الدُّنْیَا وَالْآخِرَۃِ۔
Allaahumma innee as-alokal a’fwa wal a’afeyata wal-yaqeena fid dunyaa wal aakherate.
O Allah! I beseech You for forgiveness, health, and firmness in faith in this world and the Hereafter.
اے میرے اللہ! میں تجھ سے معافی کا سوال کرتا ہوں، عافیت کا اور دنیا و آخرت میں یقین کا سوال کرتا ہوں۔
اَللّٰہُمَّ آتِنَا فِی الدُّنْیَا حَسَنَۃً وَفِی الْآخِرَۃِ حَسَنَۃً وَّقِنَا عَذَابَ النَّارِ۔
Allaahumma aatenaa fid dunyaa hasanatawn wa fil aakherate hasanatawn wa qenaa a’zaaban naare.
O Allah! I beseech You for forgiveness, health, and firmness in faith in this world and the Hereafter.
اے اللہ! ہم کو دنیا و آخرت میں نیکی عطا فرما اور عذاب جہنم سے نجات دے۔
اَللهُ اَكْبَرُ۔
Allahu akbar.

اللہ بزرگ تر ہے۔

ساری تعریف خدا کے لئے ہے۔
لَا اِلٰہَ اِلَّا اللہُ۔

سُبْحَانَ اللہِ۔
Subhaan allaahe.
Glory be to Allah.
خدا پاک تر ہے۔
لَا اِلٰہَ اِلَّا اللہُ وَحْدَہٗ وَحْدَہٗ اَنْجَزَ وَعْدَہٗ وَنَصَرَ عَبْدَہٗ وَغَلَبَ الْاَحْزَابَ وَحْدَہٗ فَلَہُ الْمُلْكُ وَلَہُ الْحَمْدُ وَحْدَہٗ۔ اَللّٰہُمَّ بَارِكْ لِیْ فِی الْمَوْتِ وَفِیْمَا بَعْدَ الْمَوْتِ۔ اَللّٰہُمَّ اِنِّیْ اَعُوْذُ بِكَ مِنْ ظُلْمَۃِ الْقَبْرِ وَ وَحْشَتِہَٖ اَللّٰہُمَّ اَظِلَّنِیْ فِیْ ظِلِّ عَرْشِكَ یَوْمَ لَا ظِلَّ اِلَّا ظِلُّكَ۔
Laa elaaha illal laaho wahdahu wahda-hu anjaza wa’dahu wa nasara a’bdahu wa ghalabal ahzaaba wahdahu falahul mulko wa lahul hamdo wahdahu allaahumma baarik lee fil mawte wa feemaa ba’dal mawte allaahumma innee a-o’ozo beka min zulmatil qabre wa wahshatehi allaahumma azillanee fee zille a’rsheka yawma laa zilla illaa zilloka.
There is no God but Allah, He is only One, He has accomplished His promise, He has helped His servant and singly overpowered the groups of infidels. All property belongs to Him and all praise is due to Him, Him alone. O Allah! bless my death and what happens after it. O Allah! I seek refuge from the darkness and loneliness of the grave. O Allah! grant me shelter under the shade of Your Throne on the day when there will be no shelter except Yours.
اللہ کے سوا کوئی معبود نہیں، وہ اکیلا ہے، اکیلا ہے، اس نے اپنا وعدہ پورا کر دیا، اپنے بندہ کی مدد کی، اور اکیلا لشکروں پر غالب آیا۔ اسی کے لئے ملک ہے، اسی کے لئے حمد ہے، وہ اکیلا ہے۔ اے اللہ! میرے لئے موت میں اور موت کے بعد برکت دے۔ اے اللہ! میں تیری پناہ مانگتا ہوں قبر کی تاریکی اور اس کی وحشت سے۔ اے میرے اللہ! مجھے اپنے عرش کے سایہ میں رکھ جس دن تیرے عرش کے علاوہ اور کوئی سایہ نہ ہوگا۔
اَسْتَوْدِعُ اللہَ الرَّحْمٰنَ الرَّحِیْمَ الَّذِیْ لَا تَضِیْعُ وَدَآئِعُہٗ دِیْنِیْ وَنَفْسِیْ وَاَھْلِیْ۔ اَللّٰہُمَّ اسْتَعْمِلْنِیْ عَلٰی كِتَابِكَ وَسُنَّۃِ نَبِیِّكَ وَتَوَفَّنِیْ عَلٰی مِلَّتِہٖ وَاَعِذْنِیْ مِنَ الْفِتْنَۃِ۔
Astawde-o’l laahar rahmaanar raheemal lazee laa tazee-o’ wa daaa-e-o’hu deenee wa nafsee wa ahlee allaahummas ta’milnee a’laa ketaabeka wa sunnate nabiyyeka wa tawaffanee a’laa millatehi wa a-i’znee menal fitnate.
I leave my religion, myself and family in the hands of Allah, the Merciful, the Beneficent, who does not let anything deposited with him to be lost. O Allah! keep me steadfast in following Your Book and the practices of Your Prophet, keep me among his followers until my death and save me from dissension.
میں خدائے رحمٰن و رحیم کو امانت دیتا ہوں جس کے یہاں میرے دین، میری جان اور میرے اہل کی امانت برباد نہ ہوگی۔ خدایا! مجھے اپنی کتاب اور اپنے بنیؐ کی سنّت کا عامل بنا رہنے دے اور مجھے اپنے رسولؐ کی ملت پر وفات دے اور فتنہ سے مجھے پناہ دے۔

اللہ بزرگ تر ہے۔
اَللّٰہُمَّ اِنِّیْ اَعُوْذُ بِكَ مِنْ عَذَابِ الْقَبْرِ وَفِتْنَتِہٖ وَغُرْبَتِہٖ وَ وَحْشَتِہٖ وَظُلْمَتِہٖ وَضِیْقِہٖ وَضَنْكِہٖ۔ اَللّٰہُمَّ اَظِلَّنِیْ فِیْ ظِلِّ عَرْشِكَ یَوْمَ لَا ظِلَّ اِلَّا ظِلُّكَ۔
Allaahumma innee a-o’ozo beka min a’zaabil qabre wa fitnatehi wa ghurbatehi wa wahshatehi wa zulmatehi wa zeeqehi wa zankehi allaahumma azillanee fee zille a’rsheka yawma laa zilla illaa zilloka.
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the punishment of the grave, its trial, its loneliness, its terror, its darkness, its constriction, and its hardship. O Allah, shade me under the shade of Your Throne on the Day when there will be no shade except Your shade.
خدایا! مجھے عذابِ قبر سے پناہ دے اور اس کے فتنہ (آزمائش) سے اور اس کی تنہائی سے اور اس کی دحشت اور خوف، اسکی تاریکی اور تنگی سے پناہ دے۔ خدایا! مجھے اپنے عرش کے سائے میں رکھنا جس دن تیرے سائے کے علاوہ کوئی اور سایہ نہ ہوگا۔
یَا رَبَّ الْعَفْوِ یَا مَنْ اَمَرَ بِالْعَفْوِ یَا مَنْ ہُوَ اَوْلٰی بِالْعَفْوِ یَا مَنْ یُثِیْبُ عَلَی الْعَفْوِ۔ اَلْعَفْوَ اَلْعَفْوَ اَلْعَفْوَ یَا جَوَادُ یَا كَرِیْمُ یَا قَرِیْبُ یَا بَعِیْدُ اُرْدُدْ عَلَیَّ نِعْمَتَكَ وَاسْتَعْمِلْنِیْ بِطَاعَتِكَ وَمَرْضَاتِكَ۔
Yaa rabbal a’fwe yaa man amara bil-afwe yaa man howa awlaa bil-a’fwe yaa man yoseebo a’lal a’fwe al-a’fwa al-a’fwa al-a’fwa yaa jawaado yaa kareemo yaa qareebo yaa ba-e’edo urdud a’layya nea’mataka was-ta’milnee be-taa-a’teka wa marzaateka.
O Lord of pardon! O One who has commanded pardon! O One who is most deserving of pardon! O One who rewards for pardoning! Pardon, pardon, pardon O Most Generous, O Most Noble, O Near, O Far return Your blessing upon me, and employ me in obedience to You and in what pleases You.
اے عفو و بخشش والے پروردگار! اے وہ جس نے معاف کرنے کا حکم دیا ہے، جو عفو کا زیادہ حقدار ہےتو معاف کرنے پر ثواب دیتا ہے، معاف کر، معاف کر، معاف کر، اے جواد، اے کریم، اے قریب، اے بعید! اپنی نعمت مجھ پر لوٹا دے اور مجھے اپنی اطاعت اور مرضی پر عامل بنا دے۔
