There are three obligations of wearing Ehraam…
مُحرِمْ ہونے کے لئے ۳ چیزیں واجب ہیں۔۔۔
Wearing Ehraam: Putting on a cloth like a robe and covering lower part of body with a sheet.
احرام کا لباس پہننا۔
Intention (Niyyat): Two aspects of intention should be borne in mind.
نیّت میں ۲ باتوں کا لحاظ رکھنا چاہیئے:
a) Intention should be ’QURBATAN ELALLAAH’ ie. for the nearness and obedience of Allah one is wearing the Ehraam.
ا) نیت قربۃً الی اللہ ہونا چاہیئے، یعنی پورے خلوص کے ساتھ صرف اطاعتِ پروردگار کی نیت سے مُحرم ہو۔
b) One should decide whether he is wearing Ehraam for Umrah or Hajj for himself or for the sake of someone else.
ب) نیت میں یہ معین کرے کہ احرام عمرہ کے لئے باندھ رہا ہے یا حج کے لئے، خود اپنے لئے محرم ہو رہا ہے یا کسی کی نیابت میں۔

تلبیہ یعنی یہ الفاظ زبان سے ادا کرے۔۔۔
لَبَّیْكَ اَللّٰہُمَّ لَبَّیْكَ لَبَّیْكَ لَا شَرِیْكَ لَكَ لَبَّیْكَ اِنَّ الْحَمْدَ وَالنِّعْمَۃَ لَكَ وَالْمُلْكَ لَا شَرِیْكَ لَكَ لَبَّیْكَ۔
Labbayka allaahumma labbayka labbayka laa shareeka laka labbayka inna al-hamda wan-ni'mata laka wal-mulka laa shareeka laka labbayk.
Here I am, my Lord. Here I am. Here I am, You have no partner. Here I am. Here I am. Praise, grace, and the kingdom is for You. You have no partner. Here I am.
میں حاضر ہوں، اے اللہ! میں حاضر ہوں، میں حاضر ہوں، تیرا کوئی شریک نہیں، میں حاضر ہوں، تمام تعریفیں اور نعمتیں تیرے لئے ہیں اور ملک بھی، تیرا کوئی شریک نہیں، میں حاضر ہوں۔
After obligatory Talbiyah it is recommended to recite Labbika Zal-Ma’rije.
مستحب ہے کہ واجب تلبیہ کے بعد لَبَّیْكَ ذَا الْمَعَارِجِ پڑھے۔
