Ziyarat of Imam Husain (a)
In his book of Mazar, Shaykh Mufid mentioned another form of ziyarah, dedicated to the 15th of Rajab. This night is called Ghufaylah (the unattended night), because the majority of people do not make it the object of their attention. When you intend to go for Ziyarat of Imam Husain (a), perform Ghusl in Furaat if possible or at your stay in Karbala. It is highly recommended to enter the Holy shrine through Eastern door. شیخ مفیدؒ نے مزار میں فرمایا ہے : یہ پندرہ رجب کی زیاراتِ مخصوصہ میں سے ہے پندرہ رجب کو غفیلہ کہتے ہیں یعنی نیمۂ رجب کو غفیلہ کہتے ہیں زیارت کا نام غفیلہ نہیں ہے۔ کیوں کہ عام لوگ اس کی فضیلت سے واقف نہیں ہیں لہٰذا جب اس تاریخ کو امام حسینؑ کی زیارت کا ارادہ کرے اور صحن مبارک کے دروازے پر پہنچے تو حرم مقدس میں داخل ہو کر ۳ مرتبہ کہے۔۔۔
اَللهُ اَكْبَرُ۔

Bismi allaahi ar-rahmaani ar-raheem
In the Name of Allah, the most Gracious, the most Merciful.
اللہ کے نام سے (شروع کرتا ہوں) جو بڑا مہربان نہایت رحم کرنے والا ہے۔
اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَیْكُمْ یَا اٰلَ اللہِ۔
اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَیْكُمْ یَا صَفْوَۃَ اللہِ۔
اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَیْكُمْ یَا خِیَرَۃَ اللہِ مِنْ خَلْقِهٖ۔
اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَیْكُمْ یَا سَادَۃَ السَّادَاتِ۔
اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَیْكُمْ یَا لُیُوْثَ الْغَابَاتِ۔
اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَیْكُمْ یَا سُفَنَ النَّجَاۃِ۔
اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَیْكَ یَا اَبَا عَبْدِ اللہِ الْحُسَیْنِ۔
As-salaamu 'alaykum yaa aala allaah.
As-salaamu 'alaykum yaa safwata allaah.
As-salaamu 'alaykum yaa khiyarata allaahi min khalqih.
As-salaamu 'alaykum yaa saadata as-saadaat.
As-salaamu 'alaykum yaa luyootha al-ghaabaat.
As-salaamu 'alaykum yaa sufana an-najaah.
As-salaamu 'alayka yaa abaa 'abdi allaahi al-husayn.

آپ پر سلام ہو اے خانوادۂ الہٰی!آپ پر سلام ہو اے خدا کے پسند کیے ہوئے،سلام ہو آپ پر اے خلقِ خدامیں اس کے چنے ہوئے، آپ پر سلام ہو اے سرداروں کے سردارو، آپ پر سلام ہو اے میدانِ شجاعت کے شیرو، آپ پر سلام ہو اے نجات کی کشتیو، آپ پر سلام ہو اے ابا عبداللہ الحسینؑ۔
اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَیْكَ یَا وَارِثَ عِلْمِ الْاَنْبِیٰآءِ وَرَحْمَۃُ اللہِ وَبَرَكَاتُهٗ۔
اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَیْكَ یَا وَارِثَ اٰدَمَ صَفْوَۃِ اللہِ۔
اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَیْكَ یَا وَارِثَ نُوْحٍ نَبِیِّ اللہِ۔
اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَیْكَ یَا وَارِثَ اِبْرَاهِیْمَ خَلِیْلِ اللہِ۔
اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَیْكَ یَا وَارِثَ اِسْمٰعِیْلَ ذَبِیْحِ اللہِ۔
As-salaamu 'alayka yaa waaritha 'ilmi al-anbiyaa'i warahmatu allaahi wabarakaatuh.
As-salaamu 'alayka yaa waaritha aadama safwati allaah.
As-salaamu 'alayka yaa waaritha noohin nabiyyi allaah.
As-salaamu 'alayka yaa waaritha ibraaheema khaleeli allaah.
As-salaamu 'alayka yaa waaritha ismaa'eela zabeehi allaah.
Peace and Allah’s mercy and blessings be upon you; O the inheritor of the knowledge of the Prophets. Peace be upon you; O the inheritor of Adam, the elite of Allah. Peace be upon you; O the inheritor of Noah, the Prophet of Allah. Peace be upon you; O the inheritor of Abraham, the intimate friend of Allah. Peace be upon you; O the inheritor of Ishmael, the slaughtered by Allah’s order.

اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَیْكَ یَابْنَ مُحَمَّدِ الْمُصْطَفٰی۔
اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَیْكَ یَابْنَ عَلِیِّ الْمُرْتَضٰی۔
As-salaamu 'alayka yaa waaritha moosaa kaleemi allaah.
As-salaamu 'alayka yaa waaritha 'eesaa roohi allaah.
As-salaamu 'alayka yaa waaritha muhammadin habeebi allaah.

اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَیْكَ یَابْنَ خَدِیْجَۃَ الْكُبْرٰی۔
اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَیْكَ یَا شَهِیْدُ ابْنَ الشَّهِیْدِ۔
اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَیْكَ یَا قَتِیْلُ ابْنَ الْقَتِیْلِ۔
اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَیْكَ یَا وَلِیَّ اللہِ وَابْنَ وَلِیِّهٖ۔
اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَیْكَ یَا حُجَّۃَ اللہِ وَابْنَ حُجَّتِهٖ عَلٰی خَلْقِهٖ۔
As-salaamu 'alayka yaa ibna faatimata az-zahraa'.
As-salaamu 'alayka yaa ibna khadeejata al-kubraa.
As-salaamu 'alayka yaa shaheedu ibna ash-shaheed.
As-salaamu 'alayka yaa qateelu ibna al-qateel.

As-salaamu 'alayka yaa hujjata allaahi wabna hujjatihee 'alaa khalqih.

Peace be upon you; O the slain and the son of the slain. Peace be upon you; O the saint and the son of the saint. Peace be upon you; O the argument of Allah and the son of His argument against His creatures.
آپ پر سلام ہو اے فاطمہؑ زہراء کے فرزند، سلام ہو آپ پر اے ام المومنین خدیجۃ الکبریٰؑ کے فرزند، آپ پر سلام ہو اے شہید فرزندِ شہید آپ پر سلام ہو اے مقتول فرزندِ مقتول، آپ پر سلام ہو اے ولی خدا اور ولی خدا کے فرزند،آپ پر سلام ہو اے حجتِ خدا اور اس کی مخلوق پر اس کی حجت کے فرزند۔
اَشْهَدُ اَنَّكَ قَدْ اَقَمْتَ الصَّلوٰۃَ وَاٰتَیْتَ الزَّكَوٰۃَ وَاَمَرْتَ بِالْمَعْرُوْفِ وَنَهَیْتَ عَنِ الْمُنْكَرِ وَرُزِئْتَ بِوَالِدَیْكَ وَجَاهَدْتَ عَدُوَّكَ۔
وَاَشْهَدُ اَنَّكَ تَسْمَعُ الْكَلَامَ وَتَرُدُّ الْجَوَابَ وَاَنَّكَ حَبِیْبُ اللہِ وَخَلِیْلُهٗ وَنَجِیْبُهٗ وَصَفِیُّهٗ وَابْنُ صَفِیِّهٖ۔
Ashhadu annaka qad aqamta as-salwaata wa-aatayta az-zakawaata wa-amarta bil-ma'roofi wanahayta 'ani al-munkari waruzi'ta biwaalidayka wajaahadta 'aduwwak.
Wa-ashhadu annaka tasma'u al-kalaama wataruddu al-jawaaba wa-annaka habeebu allaahi wakhaleeluhoo wanajeebuhoo wasafiyyuhoo wabnu safiyyih.
I bear witness that you established the prayers, And you gave the zakat, And you enjoined the right, And you forbade the wrong, And you were deprived of your parents, And you strove against your enemies. And I bear witness that you can now hear the speech, And you can answer back, And you are verily the beloved of Allah and His intimate friend and selected servant And His elite and the son of His elite.
میں گواہی دیتا ہوں کہ یقینًا آپ نے نماز قائم کی اور زکوٰۃ دی آپ نے نیک کاموں کا حکم دیااور برے کاموں سے روکا آپ اپنے والدین کے سوگوار ہوئے اور اپنے دشمنوں سے جہاد و قتال کیا میں گواہی دیتا ہوں کہ آپ بات سنتے اور جواب دیتے ہیں اور یہ کہ آپ خدا کے حبیب اس کے دوست اس کی پاک اصل اس کے برگزیدہ اور اس کے برگزیدہ کے فرزند ہیں۔
یَا مَوْلَایَ وَابْنَ مَوْلَایَ زُرْتُكَ مُشْتَاقًا فَكُنْ لِّیْ شَفِیْعًا اِلَی اللہِ یَا سَیِّدِیْ وَاَسْتَشْفِعُ اِلَی اللہِ بِجَدِّكَ سَیِّدِ النَّبِیِّیْنَ وَبِاَبِیْكَ سَیِّدِ الْوَصِیِّیْنَ وَبِاُمِّكَ فَاطِمَۃَ سَیِّدَۃِ نِسَآءِ الْعَالَمِیْنَ۔
Yaa mawlaaya wabna mawlaaya zurtuka mushtaaqan fakun lee shafee'an ilaa allaahi yaa sayyidee wa-astashfi'u ilaa allaahi bijaddika sayyidi an-nabiyyeena wabi-abeeka sayyidi al-wasiyyeena wabi-ummika faatimata sayyidati nisaa'i al-'aalameen.
O my master and the son of my master: I am visiting you, because of my eagerness to you, So, (please) my master: be my interceder before Allah, And I also seek the intercession of your grandfather, the Master of the Prophets, before Allah, And I seek the intercession of your father, the Master of the Prophets’ Successors, And I seek the intercession of your mother, Fatima, the Doyenne of the women of the worlds.
اے میرے مولا اور میرے مولا کے فرزند میں نے شوق سے آپ کی زیارت کی ہے پس خدا کے ہاں میرے سفارشی بنیں اے میرے آقا شفاعت چاہتا ہوں خدا کے ہاں آپ کے نانا نبیوں کے سردار کے ذریعے آپ کے بابااوصیاء کے سردار کے ذریعے اور آپ کی والدہ فاطمہؑ، عالمین کی عورتوں کی سردار کے ذریعے۔
اَلَا لَعَنَ اللہُ قَاتِلِیْكَ وَلَعَنَ اللہُ ظَالِمِیْكَ وَلَعَنَ اللہُ سَالِبِیْكَ وَمُبْغِضِیْكَ مِنَ الْاَوَّلِیْنَ وَالْاٰخِرِیْنَ وَصَلَّی اللہُ عَلٰی سَیِّدِنَا مُحَمَّدٍ وَّاٰلِهِ الطَّیِّبِیْنَ الطَّاهِرِیْنَ۔
Alaa la'ana allaahu qaatileeka wala'ana allaahu zaalimeeka wala'ana allaahu saalibeeka wamubghideeka mina al-awwaleena wal-aakhireena wasallaa allaahu 'alaa sayyidinaa muhammadin wa-aalihi at-tayyibeena at-taahireen.
Verily, may Allah curse those who slew you And may Allah curse those who wronged you And may Allah curse those who deprived you (of your right) and those who hated you from the past and the coming generations. May Allah send blessings upon our master, Muhammad, and upon his Household, the immaculate and pure.
ہاں خدا لعنت کرے آپ کے قاتلوں پر خدا لعنت کرے آپ پر ظلم کرنے والوں پر اورخدا لعنت کرے آپ کا حق لوٹنے والوں پر اور آپ کے دشمنوں پر جو اولین و آخرین میں سے ہیں اور خدا رحمت کرے ہمارے آقا و مولا محمدؐ پر اور ان کی پاک و پاکیزہ آلؑ پر۔

اب ضریح پاک پر بوسہ دے اور حضرت علی اکبرؑ کی قبرِ مبارک کی طرف متوجہ ہو کر ان کی زیارت یوں پڑھے۔۔۔
اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَیْكَ یَا مَوْلَایَ وَابْنَ مَوْلَایَ لَعَنَ اللہُ قَاتِلِیْكَ وَلَعَنَ اللہُ ظَالِمِیْكَ اِنِّیْ اَتَقَرَّبُ اِلَی اللہِ بِزِیَارَتِكُمْ وَبِمَحَبَّتِكُمْ وَاَبْرَءُ اِلَی اللہِ مِنْ اَعْدَآئِكُمْ وَالسَّلَامُ عَلَیْكَ یَا مَوْلَایَ وَرَحْمَۃُ اللہِ وَبَرَكَاتُهٗ۔
As-salaamu 'alayka yaa mawlaaya wabna mawlaaya la'ana allaahu qaatileeka wala'ana allaahu zaalimeeka innee ataqarrabu ilaa allaahi biziyaaratikum wabimahabbatikum wa-abra'u ilaa allaahi min a'daa'ikum was-salaamu 'alayka yaa mawlaaya warahmatu allaahi wabarakaatuh.
Peace be upon you; O my master and the son of my master. May Allah curse those who slew you. And may Allah curse those who wronged you. Verily, I seek nearness to Allah through my visiting you and showing my love for you (all). And I release myself before Allah from your enemies. Peace and Allah’s mercy and blessings be upon you, O my master.

پھر دروازے کی طرف آئے جہاں پر جناب علی اکبرؑ کے قدم ہیں وہاں پر اپنے رُخ دیگر شہداء کی طرف کرتے ہوے کہے۔۔۔
اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَی الْاَرْوَاحِ الْمُنِیْخَۃِ بِقَبْرِ اَبِیْ عَبْدِ اللہِ الْحُسَیْنِ عَلَیْهِ السَّلَامُ۔
اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَیْكُمْ یَا طَاهِرِیْنَ مِنَ الدَّنَسِ السَّلَامُ عَلَیْكُمْ یَا مَهْدِیُّوْنَ۔
اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَیْكُمْ یَا اَبْرَارَ اللہِ۔
اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَیْكُمْ وَعَلَی الْمَلَآئِكَۃِ الْحَافِّیْنَ بِقُبُوْرِكُمْ اَجْمَعِیْنَ جَمَعَنَا اللہُ وَاِیَّاكُمْ فِیْ مُسْتَقَرِّ رَحْمَتِهٖ وَتَحْتَ عَرْشِهٖ اِنَّهٗ اَرْحَمُ الرَّاحِمِیْنَ وَالسَّلَامُ عَلَیْكُمْ وَرَحْمَۃُ اللہِ وَبَرَكَاتُهٗ۔
As-salaamu 'alaa al-arwaahi al-muneekhati biqabri abee 'abdi allaahi al-husayni 'alayhi as-salaam.
As-salaamu 'alaykum yaa taahireena mina ad-danasi as-salaamu 'alaykum yaa mahdiyyoon.
As-salaamu 'alaykum yaa abraara allaah.
As-salaamu 'alaykum wa'alaa al-malaa'ikati al-haaffeena biquboorikum ajma'eena jama'anaa allaahu wa-iyyaakum fee mustaqarri rahmatihee watahta 'arshihee innahoo arhamu ar-raahimeena was-salaamu 'alaykum warahmatu allaahi wabarakaatuh.
Peace be upon the souls that are residing near the tomb of Aba-Abdullah Hussain. Peace be upon you (all); O the purified from filth. Peace be upon you (all); O the well-guided ones. Peace be upon you (all); O the pious ones to Allah. Peace be upon you and upon the angels surrounding all your graves. May Allah gather us with you in the center of His mercy, And under His Throne. Verily, He is the most Merciful of all those who show mercy. Peace and Allah’s mercy and blessings be upon you.
سلام ہو ان روحوں پر جو مقیم ہیں ابوعبدا للہ حسینؑ کے روضۂ پاک میں آپ پر سلام ہو اے وہ افرادجو آلودگی سےپاک ہیں سلام ہوآپ پر اے وہ افراد جو راہِ حق پا چکے ہیں سلام ہوآپ پر اے خدا کے نیک بندو آپ پر سلام ہواور ان سب فرشتوں پر جو تمہاری قبروں کے اردگرد رہتے ہیں خدا اکٹھا کرے ہمیں اورآپ کواپنی رحمت کے مقام میں اور اپنے عرش کے نیچے بے شک وہ سب سے زیادہ رحم کرنے والا ہے اور سلام ہو تم پر خدا کی رحمت ہو اور اس کی برکات ہوں۔
اَللّٰهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَّآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ۔
Allaahumma salli 'alaa muhammadin wa-aali muhammad.
O Allah, send blessings upon Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad.
اے معبود! رحمت نازل فرما حضرت محمدؐ اور انکی آلؑ پر۔
You should then return to the place near the head of Imam Husain (a), offer 2 rakat namaze ziyarat, supplicate Almighty Allah as much as you can, and pray for yourself, your family members, your parents, and your friends, because any prayer in the holy shrine of Imam Husain (a) shall never be rejected.
اس کے بعد امام حسینؑ کے سرہانے کی طرف آ جائے اور وہاں اپنے فرزندوں اپنے ماں باپ اور بہن بھائیوں کے لئے بہت زیادہ دعائیں مانگے کیوں کہ امام حسینؑ کے روضۂ مبارک پر دعا کرنے والے کی دعا اور سوال کرنے والے کا سوال رد نہیں کیا جاتا۔
Ziyarat Hazrat Abbas (a)
You may then walk to the holy shrine of Hazrat Abbas the son of Amir al-Momeneen, peace be upon both of them. When you reach there, you may stop at the gate of the dome and recite Ziyarat of H.Abbas (a).
اس کے بعد حضرت عباسؑ کے حرم مبارک کی طرف جائے اور وہاں حضرتؑ کے قبہ کے دروازے پر رک جائے اور زیارتِ حضرت عباسؑپڑھے۔
Also recommended to recite 1st Rajab Ziyarat on 15th Rajab at Imam Husain shrine.
مستحب ہے کہ ۱۵؍رجب کو امام حسینؑ کی ۱؍رجب کی زیارت بھی پڑھے۔
