بِسْمِ اللہِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیْمِ
Bismi allaahi ar-rahmaani ar-raheem
In the Name of Allah, the most Gracious, the most Merciful.
اللہ کے نام سے (شروع کرتا ہوں) جو بڑا مہربان نہایت رحم کرنے والا ہے۔
یَا اَللہُ یَا وَلِیَّ الْعَافِیَۃِ وَخَالِقَ الْعَافِیَۃِ وَرَازِقَ الْعَافِیَۃِ وَالْمُنْعِمُ بِالْعَافِیَۃِ وَالْمُتَفَضِّلُ بِالْعَافِیَۃِ عَلَیَّ وَعَلٰی جَمِیْعِ خَلْقِكَ یَا رَحْمٰنَ الدُّنْیَا وَالْآخِرَۃِ وَرَحِیْمَہُمَا صَلِّ عَلٰی مُحَمَّدٍ وَّآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ وَارْزُقْنَا الْعَافِیَۃَ وَتَمَامَ الْعَافِیَۃِ وَشُكْرَ الْعَافِیَۃِ فِی الدُّنْیَا وَالْآخِرَۃِ یَا اَرْحَمَ الرَّاحِمِیْنَ۔
Yaa allaahu yaa waliyya al-'aafiyati wakhaaliqa al-'aafiyati waraaziqa al-'aafiyati wal-mun'imu bil-'aafiyati wal-mutafaddilu bil-'aafiyati 'alayya wa'alaa jamee'i khalqika yaa rahmaana ad-dunyaa wal-aakhirati waraheemahumaa salli 'alaa muhammadin wa-aali muhammadin warzuqnaa al-'aafiyata watamaama al-'aafiyati washukra al-'aafiyati fee ad-dunyaa wal-aakhirati yaa arhama ar-raahimeen.
O Allah! The owner of well-being, the creator of well-being, the bestower of well-being, the granter of well-being, and the conferrer of well-being on me and on all Thy creatures, O, Thou the merciful of this world and the hereafter and their compassionate God, Bless Muhammad and his household, and bestow on us well-being, full well-being, and thanksgiving on well-being in this world and the hereafter, by Thy mercy, O Thou most merciful.
اے اللہ! اے عافیت کے مالک، عافیت کے پیدا کرنے والے، عافیت کا رزق دینے والے، عافیت کی نعمت دینے والے، اور مجھ پر اور اپنی ساری مخلوق پر عافیت کا فضل کرنے والے؛ اے دنیا و آخرت کے رحمن اور ان دونوں کے رحیم! محمدؐ و آلِ محمدؑ پر رحمت نازل فرما، اور ہمیں دنیا و آخرت میں عافیت، کامل عافیت اور عافیت پر شکر عطا فرما، اے سب سے زیادہ رحم کرنے والے!
اَللّٰهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَّآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ۔
Allaahumma salli 'alaa muhammadin wa-aali muhammad.
O Allah, send blessings upon Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad.
اے معبود! رحمت نازل فرما حضرت محمدؐ اور انکی آلؑ پر۔
