بِسْمِ اللہِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیْمِ
Bismi allaahi ar-rahmaani ar-raheem
In the Name of Allah, the most Gracious, the most Merciful.
اللہ کے نام سے (شروع کرتا ہوں) جو بڑا مہربان نہایت رحم کرنے والا ہے۔
اَللّٰہُمَّ اِنِّیْ اَسْئَلُکَ بِاَحَبِّ مَا دُعِیْتَ بِہٖ وَاَرْضٰی مَا رَضِیْتَ بِہٖ عَنْ مُحَمَّدٍ وَعَنْ اَھْلِ بَیْتِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَلَیْہِ وَعَلَیْہِمُ السَّلَامُ، اَنْ تُصَلِّیَ عَلَیْہِ وَعَلَیْہِمْ وَلَا تَجْعَلْ وَدَاعَ شَھْرِیْ ھٰذَا وَدَاعَ خُرُوْجِیْ مِنَ الدُّنْیَا وَلَا وَدَاعَ اٰخِرِ عِبَادَتِکَ فِیْہِ وَوَفِّقْنِیْ فِیْہِ لَیْلَۃَ الْقَدْرِ وَاجْعَلْھَا لِیْ خَیْرًا مِّنْ اَلْفِ شَھْرٍ مَعَ تَضَاعُفِ الْاَجْرِ وَالْاِجَابَۃِ وَالْعَفْوِ عَنِ الذَّنْۢبِ بِرِضَی الرَّبِّ۔
Allaahumma innee as'aluka bi-ahabbi maa du'eeta bihee wa-ardaa maa radeeta bihee 'an muhammadin wa'an ahli bayti muhammadin 'alayhi wa'alayhimu as-salaamu, an tusalliya 'alayhi wa'alayhim walaa taj'al wadaa'a shahree haazaa wadaa'a khuroojee mina ad-dunyaa walaa wadaa'a aakhiri 'ibaadatika feehi wawaffiqnee feehi laylata al-qadri waj'alhaa lee khayran min alfi shahrin ma'a tadaa'ufi al-ajri wal-ijaabati wal-'afwi 'ani az-zanbi biridaa ar-rabb.
O Allah, I beg You for the sake of Your favorite channel through which You are invoked and through the medium of the favorite deed of Muhammad (s.a.w.a) and the Ahle Bayt of Muhammad (a.s) that You bless him and them and do not make this farewell of this month as my farewell from this world and do not make this worship act my last worship act in the world and decree the rewards of Shab’e Qadr for me and make it for me better than a thousand months. With multiplied reward, acceptance of my supplications, and forgiveness of my sins, with the pleasure of the Lord.
اے اللہ! میں تجھ سے سوال کرتا ہوں اُس چیز کے وسیلے سے جو تیرے نزدیک سب سے زیادہ پسندیدہ ہے جس کے ذریعے تجھ سے دعا کی جاتی ہے، اور اُن باتوں کے ذریعے جو تیرے نزدیک سب سے زیادہ پسندیدہ ہیں جنہیں تو نے محمدؐ اور محمد کی آلؑ کے لیے پسند فرمایا۔ اے اللہ! تو محمدؐ اور ان کی آلؑ پر رحمت نازل فرما، اور میرے لیے اس مہینے (رمضان) کی رخصتی میری دنیا سے رخصتی کا سبب نہ بنانا، اور نہ ہی اسے میری آخری عبادت کا خاتمہ بنانا۔ اور مجھے اس مہینے میں لیلة القدر کو پانے کی توفیق عطا فرما، اور اسے میرے لیے ہزار مہینوں سے بہتر بنا دے، اجر میں کئی گنا اضافہ، قبولیتِ دعا اور گناہوں کی بخشش کے ساتھ، اپنی رضا کے سائے میں۔
It is recommended, too, to say the following dua Allahumma… ikhbaata that is reported from Imam Ali (a).
مزید یہ دُعا اَللّٰهُمَّ۔۔۔ اِخْبَاتَ بھی پڑھے جو امیرالمومنینؑ سے منقول ہے۔
