Ibn Masood reported that the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said: “When a great cry (sayhah) occurs in the month of Ramadan, there will be warfare and turmoil in the month of Shawwal. In Zilqada, tribes will split apart and form opposing factions, and in Zilhijjah and Muharram, blood will be shed. How dreadful will that Muharram be! Alas, alas! People will be killed in great numbers.” It was asked: ‘O Messenger of Allah, what is this cry (sayhah)?’ He (pbuh) replied: “It will occur on the 15th of Ramadan, on a Friday. This will be when the month of Ramadan coincides with the night of Friday (whether or not it coincides with Friday itself). That cry will awaken the sleeping, cause the seated to stand, and young girls will come out of their homes in terror, without coverings. This event will take place on the night of Friday, and it will occur in a year in which earthquakes are frequent and intense cold prevails. So when the beginning of Ramadan in that year coincides with the night of Friday, then after performing the Fajr prayer on Friday, the 15th of Shaban: return to your homes, close your doors, shut your windows, conceal yourselves, and block your ears. And when that mighty cry occurs, fall down in prostration to Allah and say this supplication…
ابن مسعود نے پیغمبر اکرم سے روایت نقل کی ہے آنحضرت نے فرمایا کہ جب بھی ماہ رمضان میں ایک صیحہ واقع ہو ماہ شوال میں جنگ اور فتنہ واقع ہو اور ذی القعدہ میں قبیلے آپس میں گروہ بندی اور جدا ہوجائیں اور ذی الحجہ اور محرم میں خون بہادیا جائے کیسا محرّم ھیہات ھیہات لوگ اس میں قتل کئے جائیں گے کس قدر قتل ہوں گے پیغمبر اسلام سے عرض کیا گیا یا رسول اللہ صیحہ کیا ہے پیغمبر نے فرمایا پندرہ ماہ رمضان کو جمعہ کے دن ایک آواز آئے گی یہ اس وقت ہے کہ ماہ رمضان شب جمعہ کے ساتھ موافق ہو نہ جمعہ کے ساتھ موافق ہو پس یہ آواز سوئے ہوئے انسان کو بیدار کرتی ہے بیٹھے ہوئے انسان کو اٹھا دیتی ہے اور لڑکیاں (وحشت سے) حجاب کے بغیر خارج ہوجاتی ہیں یہ واقعہ شب جمعہ میں ہوتاہے یہ اس سال میں ہوتاہے کہ جس میں زلزلہ بہت زیادہ واقع ہوتاہے اور زیادہ سردی ہو پس جب بھی اول ماہ رمضان میں اس سال شب جمعہ کے ساتھ موافق ہو جس وقت نماز صبح کو جمعہ کے دن پندرہ شعبان کو پڑھو تو اپنے گھروں میں چلے جاؤ اور دروازوں کو بند کردو اور کھڑکیوں کو بند کردو اپنے آپ کو چھپا دو اور اپنے کانوں کو بند رکھو جب بھی کوئی بہت زیادہ صیحہ واقع ہو تو خدا کے لئے سجدہ میں پڑ جاؤ اور کہو۔۔۔
سُبْحَانَ الْقُدُّوْسِ، سُبْحَانَ الْقُدُّوْسِ رَبِّنَا۔
Subhaana al-quddoosi, subhaana al-quddoosi rabbinaa.
Glory be to the Most Holy, Glory be to the Most Holy, our Lord.
پاک ہے پاک و پاکیزہ، پاک ہے پاک و پاکیزہ ہمارے پالنے والے۔
Indeed, whoever carries out this instruction will attain salvation, and whoever presents himself before it will be destroyed.
سچ مچ جو بھی اس کام کو انجام دے وہ نجات پائے گا اور جو بھی اس کے سامنے اپنے آپ کو پیش کرے گا ھلاک ہوجائے گا۔
