بہت سی روایات میں ہے کہ آنکھ کا درد ختم کرنے کے لئے فجر اور مغرب کی نماز کے بعد یہ دعا پڑھے۔۔۔
اَللّٰهُمَّ اِنِّىْ اَسْئَلُكَ بِحَقِّ مُحَمَّدٍ وَّآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَلَيْكَ اَنْ تُصَلِّىَ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَّآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ وَاَنْ تَجْعَلَ النُّوْرَ فِىْ بَصَرِىْ وَالْبَصِيْرَةَ فِىْ دِيْنِىْ وَالْيَقِيْنَ فِىْ قَلْبِىْ وَالْاِخْلَاصَ فِىْ عَمَلِىْ وَالسَّلَامَةَ فِىْ نَفْسِىْ وَالسَّعَةَ فِىْ رِزْقِىْ وَالشُّكْرَ لَكَ اَبَدًا مَا اَبْقَيْتَنِىْ۔
Allaahumma innee as'aluka bihaqqi muhammadin wa-aali muhammadin 'alayka an tusalliya 'alaa muhammadin wa-aali muhammadin wa-an taj'ala an-noora fee basaree wal-baseerata fee deenee wal-yaqeena fee qalbee wal-ikhlaasa fee 'amalee was-salaamata fee nafsee was-sa'ata fee rizqee wash-shukra laka abadan maa abqaytanee.
O Allah, I beseech You in the name of the right of Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad that is incumbent upon You to bless Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad and to place light in my sight, insight in my faith, certitude in my heart, sincerity in my deeds, safety in myself, opulence in my sustenance, and thanks for You forever as long as You keep me alive.
اے معبود! میں سوال کرتا ہو ں محمدؐ وآل محمدؐ کے اس حق کے واسطے سے جو تجھ پر ہے کہ تو رحمت فرما ئے محمدؐاور آلؑ محمدؐ پر اور یہ کہ میری آنکھوں میں روشنی قرار دے میرے دین میں سمجھ عطا کر میرے دل میں یقین پیدا فرما عمل میں خلوص دے میرے دل کو مطمئن رکھ میرےرزق میں کشادگی دے اور جب تک زندہ ہوں مجھے اپنا شکر گزار بنائے رکھ۔
Al-Bizanti reported Yunus Ibne Zabyan to have said: One day, we visited Imam Sadiq (a) and found him tensely sore-eyed; therefore, we were depressed. The next morning, we visited him while he was completely healed. Surprised by this, we asked him, “May Allah accept us as ransoms for you! Have you treated your eyes with a certain medicine?” The Imam answered, “Yes, I have, I have treated them with the best of all medicines.” “What is that?” we asked. The Imam (a) answered, “It is a supplicatory amulet.” We therefore wrote down that supplicatory amulet, which is as follows…
نیز بزنطی نے یونس ابن ظبیان سے روایت کی ہے : ہم امام جعفر صادقؑ کی خدمت میں حاضر ہوئے تو دیکھا کہ آپؑ کی آنکھوں میں شدید درد تھا یہ حالت دیکھ کر ہم بہت غمگین ہوئے مگر دوسرے روز جب ہم آپؑ کے پاس آئے تو دیکھا آنکھیں بالکل ٹھیک ہوچکی ہیں ہم نے عرض کی: ہم آپؑ پر قربان ہوجائیں! آپؑ نے کس چیز سے آنکھوں کا علاج کیا ہے؟ فرمایا: ہم نے معالجے کی چیزوں میں سے ایک چیز سے علاج کیا ہے ہم نے پو چھا کہ وہ کیا ہے؟ فرمایا : وہ ایک تعویذ تھا جسے ہم نے لکھا اور وہ یہ ہے۔۔۔
اَعُوْذُ بِعِزَّةِ اللهِ وَاَعُوْذُ بِقُوَّةِ اللهِ وَاَعُوْذُ بِقُدْرَةِ اللهِ وَاَعُوْذُ بِنُوْرِ اللهِ وَاَعُوْذُ بِعَظَمَةِ اللهِ وَاَعُوْذُ بِجَلَالِ اللهِ وَاَعُوْذُ بِجَمَالِ اللهِ وَاَعُوْذُ بِبَهَآءِ اللهِ وَاَعُوْذُ بِجَمْعِ اللهِ۔
A'oozu bi'izzati allaahi wa-a'oozu biquwwati allaahi wa-a'oozu biqudrati allaahi wa-a'oozu binoori allaahi wa-a'oozu bi'azamati allaahi wa-a'oozu bijalaali allaahi wa-a'oozu bijamaali allaahi wa-a'oozu bibahaa'i allaahi wa-a'oozu bijam'i allaah.
I pray the protection of Allah’s almightiness, I pray the protection of Allah’s all-powerfulness, I pray the protection of Allah’s omnipotence, I pray the protection of Allah’s light, I pray the protection of Allah’s grandeur, I pray the protection of Allah’s majesty, I pray the protection of Allah’s beauty, I pray the protection of Allah’s splendor, I pray the protection of Allah’s wholeness.
پنا ہ لیتا ہوں خدا کی عزّت کی پناہ لیتاہوں خدا کی قوت کی پناہ لیتا ہوں خدا کی قدرت کی پناہ لیتا ہوں خدا کے نور کی پناہ لیتا ہوں خدا کی بزرگی کی خدا کے دبدبے کی پناہ لیتا ہوں خدا کی زیبائی کی پناہ لیتا ہوں خدا کی تابانی کی اور پناہ لیتا ہوں خدا کے سب کچھ کی۔
When we asked the Imam (a) about the meaning of jam’allah, he said, “It means the wholeness of Allah.”
ہم نے پوچھا : خدا کا سب کچھ کیا ہے؟ آپؑ نے فرمایا۔۔۔
بِكُلِّ اللهِ وَاَعُوْذُ بِعَفْوِ اللهِ وَاَعُوْذُ بِغُفْرَانِ اللهِ وَاَعُوْذُ بِرَسُوْلِ اللهِ وَاَعُوْذُ بِالْاَئِمَّةِ۔۔۔
Bikulli allaahi wa-a'oozu bi'afwi allaahi wa-a'oozu bighufraani allaahi wa-a'oozu birasooli allaahi wa-a'oozu bil-a'immah...
I pray the protection of the whole of Allah, I pray the protection of Allah’s pardon, I pray the protection of Allah’s forgiveness, I pray the protection of Allah’s Messenger I pray the protection of the Imams…
اللہ کی ہرچیز کے ساتھ پناہ لیتا ہوں خدا کے درگزر کی پناہ لیتا ہوں خداکی بخشش کی پناہ لیتا ہوں خدا کےرسولؐ کی پناہ لیتا ہوں اورائمہ کی پناہ لیتا ہوں۔۔۔

یہاں ہر امامؑ کا نام لیا اور پھر فرمایا۔۔۔

عَلٰى مَا تَشَآءُ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا اَجِدُ اَللّٰهُمَّ رَبَّ الْمُطِيْعِيْنَ۔
...'alaa maa tashaa'u min sharri maa ajidu allaahumma rabba al-mutee'een.
…over whatever You will against the evil of what I am feeling. O Allah! O Lord of the obedient!
۔۔۔اس پر کہ جو تکلیف محسوس کرتا ہوں پناہ لیتا ہوں اے معبود! اطاعت گزاروں کے رب کی۔

اس کےعلاوہ آنکھ کے درد کے لئے یہ بھی وارد ہوا ہے کہ آنکھ پر آیت الکرسی پڑھے اور دل میں اس بات کا یقین رکھے کہ درد دور ہو جائے گا اگر آیت الکرسی پڑھنے سے پہلے آنکھوں پر ہاتھ رکھ کر یہ دعا پڑھے تو بھی صحیح ہے۔۔۔
اُعِيْذُ نُوْرَ بَصَرِىْ بِنُوْرِ اللهِ الَّذِىْ لَايُطْفَآءُ۔
U'eezu noora basaree binoori allaahi allazee laa yutfaa'.
For the light of my sight, I pray the protection of Allah’s light that is inextinguishable.
میں اپنی آنکھوں کے نور کو خدا کے نور کی پناہ میں دیتا ہوں جو بجھتا نہیں۔
