بخار کا تعویز
اَللّٰهُمَّ ارْحَمْ جِلْدِىَ الرَّقِيْقَ وَعَظْمِىَ الدَّقِيْقَ وَاَعُوْذُ بِكَ مِنْ فَوْرَةِ الْحَرِيْقِ يَا اُمَّ مِلْدَمٍ اِنْ كُنْتِ آمَنْتِ بِاللهِ فَلَا تَاْكُلِى اللَّحْمَ وَلَا تَشْرَبِى الدَّمَ وَلَا تَفُوْرِىْ مِنَ الْفَمِ وَانْتَقِلِىْ اِلٰى مَنْ يَّزْعَمُ اَنَّ مَعَ اللهِ اِلٰهًا آخَرَ فَاِنِّىْ اَشْهَدُ اَنْ لَا اِلٰهَ اِلَّا اللهُ وَحْدَهٗ لَاشَرِيْكَ لَهٗ وَاَشْهَدُ اَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا عَبْدُهٗ وَرَسُوْلُهٗ۔
Allaahum-mar ham jilde-yar raqee-qa wa a’zme-yad daqee-qa wa aoo’zo beka min faw-ratil haree-qe yaa umma milda-min in kunte aaman-te billaahe falaa taako-lil lahma wa laa tashra-bid dama wa laa tafoo-ree menal fame wan-taqe-lee ilaa maiyyaz-a’mo anna ma-a’l-laahe ilaa-han aakhera fa-innee ash-hado an laa ilaaha illal laaho wahda-hu laa shareeka lahu wa ash-hado anna mohammadan a’bdo-hu wa rasoolo-hu.
O Allah, (please) have mercy upon my soft skin and my fragile bone. I pray Your protection against the outburst of fire. O Ummu-Mildam (i.e. fever), if you believe in Allah, then do not eat the flesh, do not drink the blood, do not boil in the mouth, and move to one who claims that there is another god with Allah, for I bear witness that there is no god but Allah, One and Only and having no associate, and I bear witness that Mu¦ammad is His servant and messenger.
اے معبود! رحم فرما میر ی نازک جلد پر اور میری کمزور ہڈیوں پر تیری پنا ہ لیتا ہوں تپش کے جوش سے اے بخار وتپ کی بیماری اگر تو خدا پر ایمان رکھتی ہے تو میرا گوشت نہ کھامیرا خون نہ پی اور نہ میرے منہ میں جوش کر تو اس شخص کی طرف چلی جا جو سمجھتا ہے کہ خدا کے ساتھ کوئی معبود ہے کیوں کہ میں گواہی دیتا ہوں کہ نہیں کوئی معبود سوائے اللہ کے وہ یکتا ہے کوئی اس کا شریک نہیں اور گواہی دیتا ہوں محمد ؐ اس کے بندے اوررسول ؐہیں۔
بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْمِ لَاتَخَفْ اِنَّكَ اَنْتَ الْاَعْلٰى۔
Bismillaa-hir rahmaa-nir raheeme laa takhaf inna-ka antal a’laa.
In the Name of Allah, the All-beneficent, the All-merciful. Fear not! Surely, you shall be the uppermost.
امام علی رضاؑ کے خط سے معلوم ہوا ہے کہ بخار دور کرنے کے لئے کاغذ کے تین ٹکڑوں پر لکھے پہلے ٹکڑے پر یہ لکھے۔۔۔
بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْمِ لَاتَخَفْ نَجْوَتَ مِنَ الْقَوْمِ الظَّالِمِيْنَ۔
Bismillaa-hir rahmaa-nir raheeme laa takhaf najwata minal qawmiz zaale-meena.
In the Name of Allah, the All-beneficent, the All-merciful. Fear not! You are secure from the unjust people.
خدا کے نام سے جو بڑا رحم والامہربان ہے ڈرو نہیں کہ ظالمو ں سے نجات پاؤ گے۔
بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْمِ اَلَا لَهُ الْخَلْقُ وَالْاَمْرُ تَبَارَكَ اللهُ رَبُّ الْعَالَمِيْنَ۔
Bismillaa-hir rahmaa-nir raheeme alaa lahul khalqo wal amro tabaara-kal laaho rabbul a’ala-meena.
In the Name of Allah, the All-beneficent, the All-merciful. Surely, His is the creation and the command. Blessed is Allah, the Lord of the worlds.
خدا کے نام سے جو بڑا رحم والا مہربان ہے آگاہ رہو کہ خلق و امر اسی کے لئے ہے بابرکت ہے خدا جو جہانوں کا رب ہے۔
اَللّٰهُمَّ اِنِّىْ اَسْئَلُكَ بِعِزَّتِكَ وَقُدْرَتِكَ وَسُلْطَانِكَ وَمَا اَحَاطَ بِهٖ عِلْمُكَ اَنْ تُصَلِّىَ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَّآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ وَاَنْ لَا تُسَلِّطَ عَلٰى فُلَانِ بْنِ فُلَانٍ شَيْئًا مِمَّا خَلَقْتَ بِسُوَّءٍ وَارْحَمْ جِلْدَهُ الرَّقِيْقَ وَعَظْمَهُ الدَّقِيْقَ مِنْ فَوْرَةِ الْحَرِيْقِ اُخْرُجِىْ يَا اُمَّ مِلْدَمٍ يَا آكِلَةَ اللَّحْمِ وَشَارِبَةَ الدَّمِ حَرُّهَا وَبَرَدُهَا مِنْ جَهَنَّمَ اِنْ كُنْتِ۔
Allaahumma innee as-aloka be-izzate-ka wa qudrate-ka wa sultaane-ka wa maa ahaa-ta behi i’lmo-ka an to-salle-ya a’laa mohammadiw wa aale mohammadin wa an laa to-salle-ta a’laa fulaa-nib ne fulaa-nin shai-an mimmaa khalaq-ta be-soowa-in war-ham jilda-hur raqee-qa wa a’zma-hud daqee-qa min fawra-til haree-qe ukh-rojee yaa umma milda-min yaa aakela-tal lahme wa shaare-ba-tad dame harohaa wa barado-haa min jahan-nama in kunte.
O Allah, I beseech You in the name of Your almightiness, omnipotence, authority, and whatever is comprehended by Your knowledge to bless Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad, not to overload over (so-and-so) the son of (so-and-so) anything evil that You have created, and to have mercy upon his soft skin and his fragile bone against the outbursts of fire. Come out, O Ummu-Mildam (i.e fever), eater of flesh, and drinker of blood. Its heat and coldness are from Hell.
اے معبود! میں سوال کرتا ہوں تیری عزّت و قدرت اور اقتدار کے واسطے اور جسے تیرا علم گھیرے ہوئے ہے یہ کہ تو رحمت فرما محمدؐ اور آلؑ محمدؐ پر اور یہ کہ فلاں ابن فلاں پر اپنی مخلوق سے کوئی چیز مسلط نہ کر جو کہ اسے تکلیف پہنچائے اور رحم کر نازک جلد اور کمزورہڈیوں پر کہ بخار ان کو تپش نہ چڑھائے ٹل جا اے بخار اے گوشت کھانے والے اور خون پینے والے جس کی سردی اورگرمی جہنم میں سے ہے۔
آمَنْتِ بِاللهِ الْاَعْظَمِ اَنْ لَاتَاْكُلِىْ لِفُلَانِ بْنِ فُلَانِةٖ لَحْمًا وَلَاتُمَصّٰى لَهٗ دَمًا وَلَاتَنْهَكٰى لَهٗ عَظْمًا وَلَاتُثَوِّرٰى عَلَيْهِ غَمًّا وَلَاتُهَيِّجٰى عَلَيْهِ صُدَاعًا وَانْتَقِلٰى عَنْ شَعْرِهٖ وَبَشَرِهٖ وَلَحْمِهٖ وَدَمِهٖ اِلٰى مَنْ زَعَمَ اَنَّ مَعَ اللهِ اِلٰهًا آخَرَ لَا اِلٰهَ اِلَّا هُوَ سُبْحَانَهٗ وَتَعَالٰى عَمَّا يُشْرِكُوْنَ۔
Aaman-te billaa-hil a’zame an laataa kullee le-fulaa-nib-ne fulaane-hi lahman wa laa to-massaa lahu daman wa la tanha-kaa lahu a’zman wa laa to-sawweraa a’laihe ghamman wa laa to-haiyye-jaa a’laihe sodaa-an wan-taqe-laa a’n sha’rehi wa bashare-hi wa lahme-hi wa dame-hi ilaa man za-a’ma anna ma-al laahe ilaa-han aa-khera laa ilaaha illaa howa subhaana-hu wa ta-aa’laa a’mmaa yush-re-koona.
If you have believed in Allah the Greatest, then do not eat anything of the flesh of (so-and-so) the son of (so-and-so), do not suck any amount of his blood, do not weaken any part of his bones, do not stir up distress over him, do not excite headache over him, and move away from his hair, skin, flesh, and blood to one who claims that there is another god with Allah save Whom there is no god. Glory be to Him and Exalted be Him against whatever they associate with Him.
اے بیماری اگر تو ایمان رکھتی ہے عظیم تر اللہ پر تو فلاں ابن فلاں کا گوشت نہ کھا اور اس کا خون نہ پی اور اس کی ہڈیاں کھوکھلی نہ کر اس کے لئے غم کے سائے نہ بڑھا اور اس کو درد سے پریشان نہ کر تو چھوڑ جا اس کے بالو ں کو جلد کو گوشت اور خون کو اور اس کو پکڑلے جو یہ سمجھتا ہے کہ خدا کے ساتھ کوئی معبود ہے، نہیں کوئی معبود سوائے اس کے، وہ پاک ہے بلند ہے اس سے جو اس کا شریک بناتے ہیں۔
بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْمِ اَلْحَمْدُ لِلهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِيْنَ اَلرَّحْمـٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ مَالِكِ يَوْمِ الدِّيْنِ اِيَّاكَ نَعْبُدُ وَاِيَّاكَ نَسْتَعِيْنُ اِهْدِنَا الصِّرَاطَ الْمُسْتَقِيْمَ صِرَاطَ الَّذِيْنَ اَنْعَمْتَ عَلَيْهِمْ غَيْرِ الْمَغْضُوْبِ عَلَيْهِمْ وَلَا الضَّاۗلِّيْنَ۔
Bismillaa-hir rahmaa-nir raheeme, al-hamdo lillaahe rabbil aa’lameena ar-rahmaa-nir raheeme maale-ke yawmid-deene iyyaa-ka na’bodo wa iyyaa-ka nasta-ee’no eh-denas seraa-tal mustaqee-ma seraa-tal lazee-na an-a’mta a’lai-him ghai-ril mag-zoobe a’lai-him walaz za-aal-leena.
In the Name of Allah, the All-beneficent, the All-merciful. All praise is due to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds. The Beneficent, the Merciful. Master of the Day of Judgment. Thee do we serve and Thee do we beseech for help. Guide us on the right path, the path of those upon whom You have bestowed favors. Not (the path) of those upon whom Your wrath is brought down, nor of those who go astray.
خدا کے نام سے جو بڑا رحم والا مہربان ہے حمد ہے خدا کے لئے جو جہانوں کا رب ہے۔
بِسْمِ اللهِ وَبِاللهِ اَعُوْذُ بِكَلِمَاتِ اللهِ التَّآمَّاتِ كُلِّهَا الَّتِىْ لَايُجَاوِزُهُنَّ بَرُّ وَلَا فَاجِرٌ مِّنْ شَرِّ مَا خَلَقَ وَذَرَءَ وَبَرَءَ وَمِنْ شَرِّ الْهَآمَّةِ وَالسَّآمَّةِ وَالْعَآمَّةِ وَاللَّمَّةِ وَمِنْ شَرِّ طَوَارِقِ اللَّيْلِ وَالنَّهَارِ وَمِنْ شَرِّ فُسَّاقِ الْعَرَبِ وَالْعَجَمِ وَمِنْ شَرِّ فَسَقَةِ الْجِنِّ وَالْاِنْسِ وَمِنْ شَرِّ الشَّيْطَانِ وَشَرَكِهٖ۔
Bismil-laahe wa bil-laahe aoo’zo be-kalemaa-tillaa-hit ta-aammaa-te kulle-haa al-latee laa yojaa-wezo hunna barro wa laa faaje-run min sharre-maa khala-qa wa zara-a wa bara-a wa min shar-ril ha-aamma-te wassa-aamma-te wal-a’aamma-te wal lammate wa min sharre ta-waare-qil laiyle wan nahaare wa min sharre fussaa-qil a’rabe wal a’jame wa min sharre fasa-qatil jinne wal inse wa min shar-rish shaitaane wa shara-kehi.
In the Name of Allah (I begin) and in Allah (I trust). I pray the protection of all the perfect words of Allah, beyond which neither a pious nor an impious can go, against the evil of whatsoever He has created, fashioned, and made, against the evil of the pestles, the poisonous, the general (evils), and the ill sights, against the evil of the comers at nights and in days, against the evil of the wicked Arabs and non-Arabs, against the evil of the wicked jinn and men.
خدا کے نام اور ذات سے پنا ہ لیتا ہوں خدا کے تمام تر کامل اور مکمل کلمات کی جن سے کوئی نیک و بد آگے نہیں بڑھ سکتا ان چیزوں کے شر سے جن کو اس نے پیدا اور ظاہر کیا ہر ڈسنے والے زہر والے بری نیت والے ملامت کرنے والے کے شر سے اور رات دن میں ہونے والے حادثوں کے شر سے عرب و عجم کے بد کارلوگوں کے شر سے جنوں اور انسانوں میں بدکاروں کے شر سے۔
وَمِنْ شَرِّ كُلِّ ذِىْ شَرٍّ وَمِنْ شَرٍّ كُلِّ دَآبَّةٍ هُوَ آخِذٌ بِنَاصِيَتِهَا اِنَّ رَبِّىْ عَلٰى صِرَاطٍ مُّسْتَقِيْمٍ رَبَّنَا عَلَيْكَ تَوَكَّلْنَا وَاِلَيْكَ اَنَبْنَا وَاِلَيْكَ الْمَصِيْرُ يَا نَارُ كُوْنِىْ بَرْدًا وَسَلَامًا عَلٰى اِبْرٰهِيْمَ وَاَرَادُوْا بِهٖ كَيْدًا فَجَعَلْنَاهُمُ الْاَخْسَرِيْنَ بَرْدًا وَسَلَامًا عَلٰى فُلَانِ بْنِ فُلَانَةَ۔
Wa min sharre kulle zee sharrin kulle da-aabba-tin howa aakhe-zun benaa seya-tehaa inna rabbi a’laa seraa-tim musta-qeemin rabba-naa a’laiyka tawakkal-naa wa ilaiyka a-nabnaa wa ilaiy-kal maseero yaa naaro koonee bardan wa salaaman a’laa ibraaheema wa araa-doo behi kaidan faja-a’lnaa homul akh-sareena bardan wa salaaman a’laa fulaa-nibne fulaanata.
Against the evil of Satan and his snares, against the evil of all evil things, and against the evil of every living creature that He holds it by its forelock. Surely, my Lord is on the right path. “Our Lord, on You do we rely, to You do we turn, and to You is the eventual coming.” “O fire, be a comfort and peace to Abraham. They desired a war on him, but We made them the greatest losers.” Let it be comfort and peace to [so-and-so] the son of (so-and-so (his mother’s name)).
شیطان اور اس کے جال کے شرسے ہر شر والے کے شر سے اور ہر زمین پر چلنے والے کے شر سے کہ ان سب کی مہار خدا کے ہاتھ میں ہے یقیناً میرا رب صراط مستقیم پر قائم ہے اے ہمارے رب ہم نے تجھ پر بھروسہ کیا تیری طرف پلٹ آئے اور تیری ہی طرف پلٹنا ہے اے آگ ابراہیمؑ کے لئے ٹھنڈی اور سلامتی والی بن جا انہوں نے اس کے خلاف سازش کی اور ہم نے ان کا برا حال کر دیا ٹھنڈی اور آرام دہ بن جا فلاں ابن فلاں کے لئے۔
رَبَّنَا لَا تُؤَاخِذْنَآ اِنْ نَّسِيْنَآ اَوْ اَخْطَاْنَا رَبَّنَا وَلَا تَحْمِلْ عَلَيْنَآ اِصْرًا كَمَا حَمَلْتَهٗ عَلَى الَّذِيْنَ مِنْ قَبْلِنَا رَبَّنَا وَلَا تُحَمِّلْنَا مَا لَا طَاقَةَ لَنَا بِهٖ وَاعْفُ عَنَّا وَاغْفِرْ لَنَا وَارْحَمْنَا اَنْتَ مَوْلٰنَا فَانْصُرْنَا عَلَى الْقَوْمِ الْكٰفِرِيْنَ۔
Rabbanaa laa to-aa-khiznaa in naseenaa aw akh-taanaa, rabbanaa wa laa tahmil a’laiynaa isran kamaa hamalta-hu a’lal lazeena min qable-naa, rabbanaa wa laa to-hammil-naa maa laa taa-qata lanaa behi, wa’fo a’nnaa, wagh-fir lanaa, war-hamnaa, anta mawlaa-naa fansur-naa a’lal qawmil kaafe-reena.
“Our Lord, do not punish us if we forget or make a mistake. Our Lord, do not lay on us a burden as You did lay on those before us. Our Lord, do not impose upon us that which we have not the strength to bear. Pardon us, forgive us, and have mercy on us. You are our Patron; so, help us against the unbelieving people.”
اے ہمارے رب ہماری گرفت نہ کر اگر ہم بھول جائیں یاخطا کریں، تا آخر سورۂ بقرہ، مجھے کافی ہے وہ اللہ کہ جس کے سوا کوئی معبود نہیں اسے اپنا سہارا بناؤاور اس زندہ پر بھروسہ کرو جس کو موت نہیں آئے گی۔
حَسْبِىَ اللهُ لَا اِلٰهَ اِلَّا هُوَ فَاتَّخِذْهُ وَكِيْلًا وَتَوَكَّلْ عَلَى الْحَىِّ الَّذِىْ لَايَمُوْتُ وَسَبِّحْ بِحَمْدِهٖ وَكَفٰى بِهٖ بِذُنُوْبِ عِبَادِهٖ خَبِيْرًا بَصِيْرًا لَا اِلٰهَ اِلَّا اللهُ وَحْدَهٗ لَا شَرِيْكَ لَهٗ صَدَقَ وَعْدَهٗ وَنَصَرَ عَبْدَهٗ وَهَزَمَ الْاَحْزَابَ وَحْدَهٗ۔
Hasbe-yal laaho laa ilaaha illaa howa fatta-khizho wakee-lan wa tawakkal a’lal hayyil lazee laa ya-mooto wa sabbeh be-hamde-hi wa kafaa behi be-zonoo-be e’baade-hi khai-ran basee-ran laa ilaaha illal laaho wah-dahu laa sharee-ka lahu sadaqa wa’dahu wa nasara a’b-dahu wa haza-mal ah-zaaba wah-dahu.
“Sufficient to me is Allah. There is no god save Him. So, take Him for a protector.” “Rely on the Ever-living Who dies not and celebrate His praise. And Sufficient is He as being aware of the faults of His servants.” There is no god but Allah, One and Only and having no associate. He has truly fulfilled His promise, given victory to His servant, and defeated the allies alone.
حمد کے ساتھ اس کی تسبیح کرو کہ وہ کافی ہے وہ اپنے بندوں کے گناہوں کو جانتااوربوجھتا ہے نہیں کوئی معبودسوائے اللہ کے وہ یکتا ہے کوئی اس کا شریک نہیں اس نے سچاوعدہ کیااپنے بندے کی مدد فرمائی اورگروہوں کو شکست دی وہ یکتا ہے۔
مَاشَآءَ اللهُ لَاقُوَّةَ اِلَّا بِاللهِ كَتَبَ اللهُ لَاَغْلِبَنَّ اَنَا وَرُسُلِىْ اِنَّ اللهَ قَوِىُّ عَزِيْزٌ اِنَّ حِزْبَ اللهِ هُمُ الْغَالِبُوْنَ وَمَن يَّعْتَصِمْ بِاللهِ فَقَدْ هُدِىَ اِلٰى صِرَاطٍ مُّسْتَقِيْمٍ وَصَلَّى اللهُ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَّآلِهِ الطَّيِّبِيْنَ الطَّاهِرِيْنَ۔
Maashaa-allaaho laa quwwata illaa bil-laahe kata-bal laaho la-aghle-banna anaa wa rasoo-lee innal laaha qawiyyo a’zeezun inna hazi-bal laahe homul ghaale-boona wa maiy-ya’tasim billaahe fa-qad hodeya ilaa seraa-tim mustaqee-mim wa sallal-laaho a’laa mohammadiw wa aale-hit taiyye-beenat taahe-reena.
Only what Allah wills shall come to pass. “There is no power save with Allah.” “Allah has written down: I will most certainly prevail, I and My messengers. Surely, Allah is Strong, Mighty.” “Surely, the party of Allah are they that shall be triumphant.” “And whoever holds fast to Allah, he indeed is guided to the right path.” May Allah bless Muhammad and his pure and immaculate Household.
جو خدا چاہے وہ ہوتا ہے نہیں کوئی قوت مگر خدا سے خدا نے لکھ دیا ہے کہ میں اور میرے رسولؐ ضرور غالب ہوں گے بے شک اللہ قوت و عزّت والا ہے بے شک خدا کاگروہ ہی غالب اور بھاری ہے اور جو خدا سے وابستہ ہو جائے اسے سیدھے راستے کی ہدایت نصیب ہوجاتی ہے اور خدا درود بھیجے محمدؐ اور ان کی آلؑ پر جو پاک اور پاکیزہ افراد ہیں۔
عَقَدْتُ بِاِذْنِ اللهِ۔
A’qad-to be-iznil-laahe.
I will be tied up by the permission of Allah.
میں نے خدا کے حکم سے باندھ دیا۔
شَدَدْتُ بِاِذْنِ اللهِ۔
Shadad-to be-iznil-laahe.
I have fled by the permission of Allah.
خدا کے حکم سے پختہ تر کر دیا۔
سَكَنْتُ بِاِذْنِ اللهِ۔
Sakan-to be-iznil-laahe.
I will be calmed down by the permission of Allah.
میں نے خدا کے حکم سے روک دیا۔
