بِسْمِ اللہِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیْمِ
Bismi allaahi ar-rahmaani ar-raheem
In the Name of Allah, the most Gracious, the most Merciful.
اللہ کے نام سے (شروع کرتا ہوں) جو بڑا مہربان نہایت رحم کرنے والا ہے۔
لَا اِلٰهَ اِلَّا اللهُ وَحْدَهٗ لَا شَرِيْكَ لَهٗ فِيْ مُلْكِهٖ وَلَا مُنَازِعَ لَهٗ فِيْ قُدْرَتِهٖ اَحْصٰى كُلَّ شَيْءٍ عَدَدًا وَخَلَقَهٗ وَجَعَلَ لَهٗ اَمَدًا (حَدًّا) فَكُلُّ مَا يُرٰى وَمَا لَا يُرٰى هَالِكٌ اِلَّا وَجْهَهٗ لَهُ الْحُكْمُ وَاِلَيْهِ تُرْجَعُوْنَ وَسُبْحَانَ اللهِ الَّذِيْ قَهَرَ كُلَّ شَيْءٍ بِجَبَرُوْتِهٖ وَاسْتَوْلٰى عَلَيْهِ بِقُدْرَتِهٖ وَمَلَكَهُ بِعِزَّتِهٖ۔
سُبْحَانَ خَالِقِيْ وَلَمْ اَكُ شَيْئًا الَّذِيْ كَفَلَنِيْ بِرَحْمَتِهٖ وَغَذَّانِيْ بِنِعْمَتِهٖ وَفَسَحَ لِيْ فِيْ عَطِيَّتِهٖ وَمَنَّ عَلَيَّ بِهِدَايَتِهٖ بِمَا اَلْهَمَنِيْ مِنْ وَحْدَانِيَّتِهٖ وَالتَّصْدِيْقِ بِاَنْۢبِيَآئِهٖ وَحَامِلِيْ رِسَالَتِهٖ وَبِكُتُبِهِ الْمُنْزَلَةِ عَلٰى بَرِيَّتِهِ الْمُوْجِبَةِ لِحُجَّتِهِ الَّذِيْ لَمْ يَخْذُلْنِيْ بِجُحُوْدٍ وَلَمْ يُسَلِّمْنِيْ اِلٰى عَنُوْدٍ وَجَعَلَ مِنْ اَكَارِمِ اَنْۢبِيَآئِهٖ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِمْ اَرُوْمَتِيْ وَمِنْ اَفَاضِلِهِمْ نَبْعَتِيْ وَلِخَاتَمِهِمْ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهٖ عَوْنَتِيْ۔
اَللّٰهُمَّ لَا تُذَلِّلْ مِنِّيْ مَا اَعْزَزْتَ وَلَا تَضَعْنِيْ بَعْدَ اَنْ رَفَعْتَ وَلَا تَخْذُلْنِيْ بَعْدَ اَنْ نَصَرْتَ وَاطْوِ فِيْ مَطَاوِيْ هٰذِهِ اللَّيْلَةِ ذُنُوْبِيْ مَغْفُوْرَةً وَاَدْعِيَتِيْ مَسْمُوْعَةً وَقُرُبَاتِيْ مَقْبُوْلَةً فَاِنَّكَ عَلٰى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيْرٌ وَصَلَّى اللهُ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ النَّبِيِّ وَآلِهٖ وَسَلَّمَ تَسْلِيْمًا۔
Laa ilaaha illaa allaahu wahdahoo laa shareeka lahoo fee mulkihee walaa munaazi'a lahoo fee qudratihee ahsaa kulla shay'in 'adadan wakhalaqahoo waja'ala lahoo amadan (haddan) fakullu maa yuraa wamaa laa yuraa haalikun illaa wajhahoo lahu al-hukmu wa-ilayhi turja'oona wasubhaana allaahi allazee qahara kulla shay'in bijabarootihee wastawlaa 'alayhi biqudratihee wamalakahu bi'izzatih.
Subhaana khaaliqee walam aku shay'an allazee kafalanee birahmatihee waghazzaanee bini'matihee wafasaha lee fee 'atiyyatihee wamanna 'alayya bihidaayatihee bimaa al-hamanee min wahdaaniyyatihee wat-tasdeeqi bi-anbiyaa'ihee wahaamilee risaalatihee wabikutubihi al-munzalati 'alaa bariyyatihi al-moojibati lihujjatihi allazee lam yakhzulnee bijuhoodin walam yusallimnee ilaa 'anoodin waja'ala min akaarimi anbiyaa'ihee sallaa allaahu 'alayhim aroomatee wamin afaadilihim nab'atee walikhaatamihim sallaa allaahu 'alayhi wa-aalihee 'awnatee.
Allaahumma laa tuzallil minnee maa a'zazta walaa tada'nee ba'da an rafa'ta walaa takhzulnee ba'da an nasarta watwi fee mataawee haazihi al-laylati zunoobee maghfooratan wa-ad'iyatee masmoo'atan waqurubaatee maqboolatan fa-innaka 'alaa kulli shay'in qadeerun wasallaa allaahu 'alaa muhammadin an-nabiyyi wa-aalihee wasallama tasleemaa.
There is no God but HE. There are no partners for Him in His Kingdom. There are none to challenge His Power. He counts all things in number, creates them and sets a pre-defined period for them. And all the seen and the unseen will be destroyed except His Face! To Him belongs the Decree and to Him is the return! Glory be to Him which has overcome everything by His Omnipotence, and has mastered them by His Power, and rules them by His Might! Glory be to my Creator while I was nothing, supported me with His Mercy, fed me with His Blessings, extended His Bestowals on me, and favored me with His Guidance by inspiring me regarding His Oneness, acknowledging His Prophets (a.s) who carried His Message, and His Book revealed to the people as Proof to them. He is the God who did not forsake me to disbelief, and did not leave me to the enemies. He let me be of the descendants of the noblest of the Prophets (a.s), and my origin from the most excellent of them, and helped me with the Seal of the Prophets (a.s). O my God! Please do not debase me after You honor me, do not lower my rank after You raise it, and do not leave me helpless after You give me victory. Please during this night forgive my sins, hear my prayers, and accept my deeds as indeed You have Power over all things. Please bestow blessings on the Prophet Muhammad (s.a.w.a) and his Progeny (a.s) and may His peace be on them plentifully.
کسی کی عبادت کے لائق نہیں مگر اللہ، وہ اکیلا ہے، اس کا کوئی شریک نہیں۔ اس کی بادشاہی میں کوئی اس کا مقابل نہیں، اور نہ ہی اس کی قدرت میں کوئی نزاع کرنے والا ہے۔ اس نے ہر چیز کو شمار کیا، اسے پیدا کیا، اور اس کے لیے ایک وقت، ایک حد مقرر کر دی۔ پس جو کچھ دکھائی دیتا ہے اور جو کچھ نظر نہیں آتا، سب فنا ہونے والا ہے سوائے اُس کے چہرے کے۔ حکم صرف اسی کا ہے، اور اسی کی طرف تم لوٹائے جاؤ گے۔ پاک ہے وہ اللہ جس نے اپنی عظمت کے ساتھ ہر چیز کو مغلوب کیا، اپنی قدرت سے ہر چیز پر قابض ہوا، اور اپنی عزت سے ہر چیز کا مالک ہوا۔ پاک ہے وہ خالق، جبکہ میں کچھ بھی نہ تھا، جس نے مجھے اپنی رحمت سے سنبھالا، اپنی نعمتوں سے پرورش دی، اپنی عطاؤں میں میرے لیے وسعت رکھی، اور مجھے اپنی ہدایات اور ایمان کی توفیق عطا کی، جنہیں اس نے میری فطرت میں الہام کیا۔ یعنی اُس کی وحدانیت کا یقین، اس کے انبیاء کی تصدیق، اس کے رسولوں پر ایمان، اور اس کی اُن کتابوں پر ایمان جو اس نے اپنی مخلوق پر حجت پوری کرنے کے لیے نازل فرمائیں۔ اس نے مجھے کفر کے سبب ذلیل نہ ہونے دیا، اور نہ مجھے سرکشوں اور ضد کرنے والوں کے حوالے کیا۔ بلکہ اس نے مجھے اپنے بہترین انبیاء کی نسل میں رکھا، اور اپنی بہترین مخلوق میں سے میرے نسب کو مقرر فرمایا، اور اپنے آخری نبی محمدؐ کو میرے لیے مددگار اور رہنما بنایا۔ اے اللہ! جس عزت سے تو نے مجھے عزت دی ہے اسے کبھی کم نہ کر، اور جس مقام پر تو نے مجھے بلند کیا ہے اس کے بعد مجھے گرا نہ دے۔ اور جس وقت تو نے میری مدد فرمائی ہے اس کے بعد مجھے رسوا نہ کر۔ اے اللہ! اس مبارک رات کے لمحوں میں میرے گناہوں کو بخش دے، میری دعاؤں کو قبول فرما، اور میری قربتوں (نیک اعمال) کو تیرے نزدیک مقبول بنا دے۔ بے شک تو ہر چیز پر قدرت رکھنے والا ہے۔ اور اللہ کی رحمت اور سلامتی ہو محمدؐ اور آپ کی آلِ پاکؑ پر۔
اَللّٰهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَّآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ۔
Allaahumma salli 'alaa muhammadin wa-aali muhammad.
O Allah, send blessings upon Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad.
اے معبود! رحمت نازل فرما حضرت محمدؐ اور انکی آلؑ پر۔
Muhammad Ibne Abu Qarrih has reported in Amaal Shaher-e-Ramazan to recite dua Allaahumma… Kamaa Hamidta on the 18th night of Mahe Ramazan.
محمد ابن ابو قرہ نے اعمال شہر رمضان میں روایت کی ہے کہ ۱۸؍ ماہِ رمضان کی شب میں دُعا اَللّٰهُمَّ۔۔۔ كَمَا حَمِدْتَ پڑھے۔
