غم سے راحت
بِسْمِ اللہِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیْمِ
Bismillaahir rahmaanir raheem
In the Name of Allah, the most Gracious, the most Merciful.
اللہ کے نام سے (شروع کرتا ہوں) جو بڑا مہربا ن نہایت رحم کرنے والا ہے۔
اَللّٰهُمَّ اِنِّیْ اَتَوَجَّهٗ اِلَیْكَ بِهِمْ، وَاَتَوَسَّلُ اِلَیْكَ بِحَقِّهِمُ الَّذِیْ لَا یَعْلَمُ كُنْهَهٗ سِوَاكَ، وَبِحَقِّ مَنْ حَقُّهٗ عِنْدَكَ عَظِیْمٌ، وَبِاَسْمَاۗئِكَ الْحُسْنٰى وَكَلِمَاتِكَ التَّامَّاتِ الَّتِيْ اَمَرْتَنِيْ اَنْ اَدْعُوَكَ بِهَا وَاَسْئَلُكَ بِاسْمِكَ الْعَظِیْمِ الَّذِيْ اَمَرْتَ اِبْرَاهِیْمَ عَلَیْهِ السَّلَامُ اَنْ یَدْعُوَ بِهِ الطَّیْرَ فَاَجَابَتْهُ۔
Allaahumma innee atawajjaho elayka behim, wa atawassalo elayka behaqqehemul a’zeemil, lazee laa ya’lamo kunhahu sewaaka, wa behaqqe man haqqohu i’ndaka a’zeemun, wa be-asmaa-ekal husnaa wa kalemaatekat taammaatil latee amartanee an ad-o’oka behaa, wa as-aloka bismekal a’zeemil lazee amarta ibraaheema a’layhis salaamo an yad-o’wa behit tayra fa-ajaabatho.
O God, I turn to You through the mediation of Muhammad and Progeny of Muhammad and I adjure by that right of theirs, whose reality is not known to anyone, except You. And I adjure by the rights of those, whose right is great in your view and I adjure by your beautiful names and the perfect words through which You have commanded us to supplicate. And I adjure You by that name through which You commanded Ibrahim Khaleel to call the dead birds.
اے پروردگار: آئمہ معصومین کے (متبرک) ناموں کو وسیلہ قرار دے کر تیری طرف آئی ہوں، اور ان (پاکیزہ) ہستیوں کے صدقے میں جن کی گہرائیوں سے سوائے تیرے کوئی آگاہ نہیں متوسل ہوئی ہوں، اور اس کے حق کے ساتھ جس کا حق تیرے نزدیک عظیم ہے، اور تیرے پاکیزہ ناموں کے ساتھ، اور تیری کامل موجودات کے ساتھ کہ جن کے متعلق تو نے مجھے امر کیا کہ تجھے ان ناموں کے ساتھ پکاروں، متوسل ہوئی ہوں۔
وَبِاسْمِكَ الْعِظِیْمِ الَّذِيْ قُلْتَ لِنَّارِكُوْنِي بَرْدًا وَسَلَامًا عَلٰى اِبْرَاهِیْمَ، فَكَانَتْ وَبِاَحَبِّ اَسْمَاۗئِكَ اِلَیْكَ، وَاَشْرَفِهَا عِنْدَكَ، وَاَعْظَمِهَا لَدَیْكَ، وَاَسْرَعِهَا اِجَابَةً، وَاَنْجَحِهَا طَلِبَةً، وَبِمَا اَنْتَ اَهْلُهٗ وَمُسْتَحِقُّهٗ وَمُسْتَوْجِبُهٗ۔
Wa bismekal a’zeemil lazee qulta lin-naare koonee bardan wa salaaman a’laa ibraaheema fakaanat, wa be-ahabbe asmaaeka elayka, wa ashrafehaa i’ndaka, wa a-a’zamehaa ladayka wa asra-e’haa ejaabatan, wa anjahehaa talebatan, wa bemaa anta ahlohu wa mustahiqqohu wa mustawjebohu.
And by that great name, which You blew on fire and made it cool and safe. And by your most loved, noble and great names, through which supplication is accepted immediately and needs are fulfilled and which You are deserving of and owner of.
اور میں تیرے اس بزرگ اور عظیم الشان نام کے ساتھ جس کے متعلق حضرت ابراہیم کو حکم دیا کہ وہ پرندوں کو آواز دیں اور پرندوں نے ان کو جواب دیا اور اس عظیم الشان نام کے ساتھ کہ جس کے ساتھ آتش نمرود کو حضرت ابراہیم پر ٹھنڈا ہونے کا حکم دیا تھا اور وہ ٹھنڈی ہوگئی، اور تیرے پسندیدہ ناموں کے ساتھ سوال کرتی ہوں اور تیری بارگاہ میں سب سے اچھے ناموں کے ساتھ، اور تیرے حضور میں سب سے عظیم الشان ناموں کے ساتھ، اور ان ناموں کے ساتھ جس سے دعاؤں کو جلدی قبول کرتا ہے، اور حاجت مند بہتر انداز میں اپنے مقصود کو حاصل کرتے ہیں، اور ہر اس چیز کے ذریعہ سے جس کا تو اہل ہے، تجھے پکارتی ہوں۔
وَاَتَوَسَّلُ اِلَیْكَ، وَاَرْغَبُ اِلَیْكَ، وَاَتَصَدَّقُ مِنْكَ، وَاَسْتَغْفِرُكَ وَاَسْتَمْنِحُكَ، وَاَتَضَرَّعُ اِلَیْكَ، وَاَخْضَعُ بَیْنَ یَدَیْكَ، وَاَخْشَعُ لَكَ وَاُقِرُّ لَكَ بِسُوْۗءِ صَنِیْعَتِيْ، وَاَتَمَلَّقُكَ وَاُلِحُّ عَلَیْكَ۔
Wa atawassalo elayka, wa arghabo elayka, wa atasaddaqo minka, wa astaghferoka wa astamnehoka, wa atazarra-o’ elayka, wa akhza-o’ bayna yadayka, wa akhsha-o’ laka wa oqirro laka be-soo-e sanee-a’tee, wa atamalloqoka wa olehho a’layka.
I seek mediation to You, I am attentive to You and I seek your help. And I seek bestowal and favor; and I am a petitioner; and I am humble and sincere before You, and I confess to my evil deeds and I insist and persist before You.
اور میں تجھ سے توسل کرتی ہوں، اور تیری طرف متوجہ ہوں، اور تجھ سے مدد کی طلب گار ہوں، اور تجھ سے بخشش، احسان اور فضل کی طلب گار ہوں، اور تیری بارگاہ میں التجا کرتی ہوں، اور تیرے حضور میں خضوع و خشوع کرتی ہوں، اور اپنے افعال کا اقرار کرتی ہوں اور تیری بارگاہ میں اپنے گناہوں کا اعتراف کرتی ہوں۔
وَاَسْئَلُكَ بِكُتُبِكَ الَّتِيْ اَنْزَلْتَهَا عَلٰى اَنْبِیَاۗئِكَ وَرُسُلِكَ، صَلَوَاتُكَ عَلَیْهِمْ اَجْمَعِیْنَ، مِنَ التَّوْرَاةِ وَالْاِنْجِیْلِ وَالْقُرْآنِ الْعَظِیْمِ، مِنْ اَوَّلِهَا اِلٰى آخِرِهَا، فَاِنَّ فِیْهَا اسْمَكَ الْاَعْظَمَ، وَبِمَا فِیْهَا مِنْ اَسْمَاۗئِكَ الْعُظْمٰى اَتَقَرَّبُ اِلَیْكَ۔
Wa as-aloka bekotobekal latee anzaltahaa a’laa anbeyaa-eka wa rosoleka, salawaatoka a’layhim ajma-e’ena, menat tawraate wal injeele wal qur-aanil a’zeeme, min awwalehaa elaa aakherehaa, fa-inna feehas makal a-a’zama, wa bemaa feehaa min asmaa-ekal u’zmaa ataqarrabo elayka.
O God, I adjure by your Books that You revealed on the prophets and messengers (your blessings and mercy be on them all). That is Taurat, Injeel and the great Quran from its beginning till its end. As it contains your great name and your beautiful names, through which I seek your proximity.
تیرے رسولوں اور پیغمبروں پر نازل شدہ کتابوں کے طفیل سے سوال کرتی ہوں، کہ ان سب پر درود بھیج، جیسے تورات، انجیل اور اول سے آخر تک عظیم الشان کتاب قرآن مجید کیونکہ تیر ااسم اعظم ان میں ہے، اور میں ان کتابوں میں موجود تیرے عظیم الشان ناموں کے طفیل سے تیری قربت کی طلب گار ہوں۔
وَاَسْئَلُكَ اَنْ تُصَلِّيَ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَّاٰلِهٖ، وَاَنْ تُفَرِّجَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدٍ وَّاٰلِهٖ، وَتَجْعَلَ فَرَجِيْ مَقْرُوْنًا بِفَرَجِهِمْ، (وَتُقَدِمَهُمْ فِيْ كُلِّ خَیْرٍ) وَتَبْدَاَ بِهِمْ فِیْهِ، وَتَفْتَحَ اَبْوَابَ السَّمَاۗءِ لِدُعَاۗئِيْ فِيْ هٰذَا الْیَوْمِ، وَتَاذَنَ فِيْ هٰذَا الْیَوْمِ، وَهٰذِہِ اللَّیْلَةِ بِفَرَ جِيْ، وَاِعْطَاۗئِيْ سُؤْلِيْ وَاَمَلِیْ فِي الدُّنْیَا وَالْآخِرَةِ۔
Wa as-aloka an tosalleya a’laa mohammadin wa aalehi, wa an tofarreja a’n mohammadin wa aalehi wa taj-a’la farajee maqroonan be-farajehim, (wa toqaddemahum fee kulle khayrin) wa tabda-a behim feehe, wa taftaha abwaabas samaa-e le-do-a’a-ee fee haazal yawme, wa taazana fee haazal yawme wa haazehil laylate befarajee, wa e-a’taa-ee soalee wa amalee fid dunyaa wal aakherate.
I beseech You to bless Muhammad and progeny of Muhammad and remove their grief and sorrow and through their intercession, remove my grief and sorrow as well, and keep them at the forefront in every good, and begin this only with them and today open the gates of heavens for my supplications and today and tonight command peace for me and fulfillment of all my demands as poverty has besieged me and difficulties surround me. Needs have turned me over to You and needs have made me a refugee. Humiliation has targeted and poverty had overpowered, and your word is proved true and mistakes have surrounded me. This is the time, when You promised acceptance to your friends.
بارالھا میں سوال کرتی ہوں کہ محمد و آل محمد پر درود بھیج اور ان پر رحمتیں فرما، اور میرے کام میں وسعت کو ان کے امور کی وسعتوں کے ساتھ متصل فرما، اور ہر نیک کام میں انہیں مقدم فرما اور انہی سے کام کا آغاز فرما اور ان ایام میں آسمان کے دروازے میری دعاؤں کے لئے کھول دے اور اس دن اور رات میں میرے کام میں وسعت اور دنیا و آخرت میں میری حاجات کو پورا کرنے کیلئے اجازت صادر فرما۔
فَقَدْ مَسَّنِيَ الْفَقْرُ، وَنَالَنِي الضُّرُّ، وَسَلَّمَتْنِي الْخَصَاصَةُ، وَاَلْجَاَتْنِي الْحَاجَةُ، وَتَوَسَّمْتُ بِالذِّلَّةِ، وَغَلَبَتْنِي الْمَسْكَنَةُ، وَحَقَّتْ عَلَيَّ الْكَلِمَةُ، وَاَحَاطَتْ بِيَ الْخَطِیْئَةُ وَهٰذَا الْوَقْتُ الَّذِيْ وَعَدْتَ اَوْلِیَاۗءَكَ فِیْهِ الْاِجَابَةَ۔
Faqad massaneyal faqro, wa naalaniz zurro, wa salla-matnil khasaasato wa al-ja-atnil haajato, wa tawassamto biz-zillate, wa ghalabatnil maskanato, wa haqqat a’layyal kalemato, wa ahaatat beyal khatee-ato, wa haazal waqtul lazee wa-a’dta awleyaa-aka feehil ejaabata.
So, bless Muhammad and progeny of Muhammad and remove my difficulties through your curative hands and look upon me with mercy and admit me in your wide mercy. Turn your towards me, which if it is turned to the prisoner, he is freed. And if it is turned to the misguided, he becomes guided. And if it is turned to the perplexed, he is freed from perplexity.
پس تحقیق، محتاجی اور بیچارگی نے مجھے روند ڈالا ہے، اور پریشان حالی مجھ پر مسلط ہو گئی ہے، نیاز مندی اور ضرورت نے تیری بارگاہ میں پناہ گزین بنا دیا ہے، ذلت و رسوائی میرے چہرے سے آشکار ہے، درماندگی مجھ پر غالب آگئی ہے گناہوں نے مجھے گھیر لیا ہے پس رافت و رحمت مجھ پر واجب ہو گئی ہے۔
فَصَلِّ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَّاٰلِهٖ وَامْسَحْ مَا بِيْ بِیَمِیْنِكَ الشَّافِیَةِ، وَانْظُرْ اِلَيَّ بِعَیْنِكَ الرَّاحِمَةِ، وَاَدْخِلْنِيْ فِيْ رَحْمَتِكَ الْوَاسِعَةِ وَاَقْبِلْ اِلَيَّ بِوَجْهِكَ الَّذِيْ اِذَا اَقْبَلْتَ بِهٖ، عَلٰى اَسِیْرٍ فَكَكْتَهٗ، وَعَلٰى ضَالٍّ هَدَیْتَهٗ، وَعَلٰى جَاۗئِبٍ اَدَّیْتَهٗ، وَعَلٰى فَقِیْرٍ اَغْنَیْتَهٗ، وَعَلٰى ضَعِیْفٍ قَوَّیْتَهٗ، وَعَلٰى خَاۗئِفٍ اٰمَنْتَهٗ، وَلَا تُخْلِنِيْ لِقَاۗءَ عَدُوِّكَ وَعَدُوِّيْ، یَا ذَاالْجَلَالِ وَالْاِكْرَامِ۔
Fa-salle a’laa mohammadin wa aalehi, wam sah maa bee be-yameenekash shaafeyate, wan zur elayya be-a’ynekar rahmate, wa adkhilnee fee rahmatekal waase-a’te, wa aqbil elayya be-wajhekal lazee ezaa aq-balta behi a’laa aseerin fakaktahu, wa a’laa zaallin hadaytahu, wa a’laa jaa-ezin addaytahu wa a’laa faqeerin aghnaytahu, wa a’laa za-e’efin qawwaytahu, wa a’laa khaa-efin aamantahu, wa laa tukhlenee leqaa-a a’duwweka wa a’duwwee, yaa zal jalaale wal ikraame.
And if it is turned to the destitute, he becomes affluent. If it is turned to the weak, he becomes strong. If it is turned to the fearful, he is granted security. O God, allow my and your enemy to meet me, O owner of might and majesty.
یہ وہ وقت ہے جس میں تو نے اپنے اولیاء کی دعاؤں کو قبول کرنے کا وعدہ کیا ہے، پس محمد و آل محمد پر درود بھیج، اور اپنی قدرت سے فقر اور بیچارگی کو ہم سے دور فرما، اور اپنی نگاہ رحمت سے مجھے مشرف فرما اور مجھے اپنی وسیع رحمتوں میں داخل فرما۔
یَا مَنْ لَا یَعْلَمُ كَیْف هُوَ، وَحَیْثُ هُوَ وَقُدْرَتَهٗ اِلَّا هُوَ، یَا مَنْ سَدَّ الْهَوَاۗءَ بِالسَّمَاۗءِ، وَكَبَسَ الْاَرْضَ عَلَى الْمَاۗءِ، وَاخْتَارَ لِنَفْسِهٖ، اَحْسَنَ الْاَسْمَاۗءِ۔ یَا مَنْ سَمّٰى نَفْسَهٗ بِالْاِسْمِ الَّذِيْ بِهٖ، تَقْضِيْ حَاجَةَ كُلِّ طَالِبٍ یَدْعُوْہُ بِهٖ۔
Yaa man laa ya’lamo kayfa howa, wa hayso howa wa qudratahu illaa howa, yaa man saddal hawaa-a bis-samaa-e, wa kabasal arza a’lal maa-e, wakh taara lenafsehi ahsanal asmaa-e.
Yaa man sammaa nafsahu bil-ismil lazee behi taqzee haajata kulle taalebin yad-o’oho behi.
O One, whose reality, position and power is not known to anyone, except Him. O One, who has confined the atmosphere by the sky and placed the earth on water and chose the best names for Himself. O that God, who adopted for Himself every that name through which He fulfills the needs of all those, who pray through them.
میری طرف توجہ فرما، ایسی توجہ کہ اگر کسی اسیر پر پڑے تو اس کو آزاد کردے، اور اگر کسی گمراہ پر پڑے تو وہ ہدایت یافتہ ہوجائے، اور اگر کسی بھٹکے ہوئے پر پڑے تو وہ اپنی منزل کو پا جائے، اور جب کسی محتاج پر پڑے تو اسے بے نیاز کردے، اور اگر کسی ضعیف پر پڑے تو اسے قوی بنا دے، اور جب کسی خوفزدہ پر پڑے تو ا س کو محفوظ کردے پس اے عظمت وبزرگواری والے! مجھے میرے اور اپنے دشمنوں کے درمیان نہ چھوڑنا قرار نہ دینا۔
وَاَسْئَلُكَ بِذٰلِكَ الْاِسْمِ، فَلَا شَفِیْعَ اَقْوٰى لِيْ مِنْهُ، وَبِحَقِّ مُحَمَّدٍ وَّاٰلِ مُحَمَّدٍ، (اَسْئَلُكَ) اَنْ تُصَلِّيَ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَّاٰلِ مُحَمَّدٍ، وَاَنْ تَقْضِيَ لِيْ حَوَاۗئِجِيْ، وَتُسْمِعَ مُحَمَّدًا، وَعَلِیًّا، وَفَاطِمَةَ، وَالْحَسَنَ، وَالْحُسَیْنَ، وَعَلِیًّا، وَمُحَمَّدًا۔
Wa as-aloka be-zaalekal isme, falaa shafee-a’ aqwaa lee minho, wa be-haqqe mohammadin wa aale mohammadin (as-aloka) an tosalleya a’laa mohammadin wa aale mohammadin, wa an taqzeya lee hawaa-ejee, wa tusme-a’ mohammadan wa a’liyyan wa faatemata, wal hasana wal husayna wa a’liyyan wa mohammadan.
I beseech You through the mediation of your names as I have no intercessor stronger than this. And I adjure You by the right of Muhammad and progeny of Muhammad that You bless Muhammad and progeny of Muhammad and fulfill all my pleas. And make my plea reach upto His Eminence Muhammad, Ali, Fatima, Hasan, Husain, Ali, Muhammad.
ا ے وہ ذات جس کی کیفیت، جگہ اور قدرت سے سوائے اس کے کوئی واقف نہیں، اے وہ ذات جس نے ہواؤں کو آسمان سے روکا اور زمین کو پانی پر پھیلا دیا، اور بہترین ناموں کو اپنے لئے منتخب کیا، پاک ہے وہ ذات جس نے خود کو ایسے نام سے موسوم کیا کہ جوبھی اس نام سے پکارے اس کی حاجات پوری ہوجاتی ہیں۔
وَجَعْفَرًا، وَمُوْسٰى، وَعَلِیًّا، وَمُحَمَّدًا، وَعَلَیًّا، وَالْحَسَنَ، وَالْحُجَّةَ صَلَوَاتُكَ عَلَیْهِمْ وَبَرَكَاتُكَ وَرَحْمَتُكَ، صَوْتِيْ، فَیَشْفَعُوْا لِيْ اِلَیْكَ وَتُشَفِّعُهُمْ فِيَّ، وَلَا تَرُدَّنِيْ خَاۗئِبًا، بِحَقِّ لَا اِلٰهَ اِلَّا اَنْتَ، وَبِحَقِّ مُحَمَّدٍ وَّاٰلِ مُحَمَّدٍ، صَلِّ عَلٰی مُحَمَّدٍ وَاٰلِ مُحَمَّدٍ، وَافْعَلْ بِیْ كَذَا وَكَذَا یَا كَرِیْمُ۔
Wa ja’faran wa moosaa, wa a’liyyan wa mohammadan wa a’liyyan, wal hasana wal hujjata – salawaatoka a’layhim wa barakaatoka wa rahmatoka – sawtee, fayashfa-o’o lee elayka wa toshaf-fe- a’hum fiyya, wa laa toraddanee khaa-eban, be-haqqe laa elaaha illaa anta, wa be-haqqe mohammadin wa aale mohammadin, salle a’laa mohammadin wa aale mohammadin, waf a’l bee ‘kazaa wa kazaa’ yaa kareemo.
Ja’far, Musa, Ali, Muhammad, Ali, Hasan and Hujjat Qaim (your blessings and mercy be on them all), so that they may be able to recommend my case in your court and You allow them to intercede for me. And don’t turn me away in despair, I adjure You by ‘there is no god, except Allah’ and I adjure You by Muhammad and progeny of Muhammad, conduct with me ‘as follows’, O merciful God.
اے پروردگار میں نے تجھے اس نام کے ساتھ پکارا ہے کہ میرے لئے اس سے بہتر شفیع کوئی نہیں، اور محمد و آل محمد کے وسیلے سے سوال کرتی ہوں کہ محمد پر درود بھیج اور میری حاجات کو پورا فرما، اور میری التجاؤں کو سن، محمد، علی، فاطمہ، حسن، حسین، محمد، جعفر، موسیٰ، علی، محمد، علی، حسن اور حجۃ صلوة اللہ علیم اجمعین تک اپنی برکتیں اور رحمتیں پہنچا تاکہ وہ تیری بارگاہ میں میری شفاعت کریں اور تو انہیں میرے لئے شفیع قرار دے، اور مجھے ناامید نہ کرنا، اس صدقے میں تیرے سوا کوئی معبود نہیں، اور تیرے علاوہ کوئی خدا نہیں، اے کریم محمد و ال محمد کے صدقے اے کریم میری فلاں فلاں حاجت کو پورا فرما۔
اَللّٰهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَّآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ۔
Allahumma swalle alaa muhammadiw wa aale muhammadin
Allah’s (s.w.t) choicest blessings be upon Mohammed and his holy progeny.
اے معبود! رحمت نازل فرما حضرت محمدؐ اور انکی آل ؑپر۔
