کتاب بلد الامین میں حضرت صاحب العصر والزّمان(عج) سے منقول ہے کہ اس دُعا کو ہر حاجت طلب کرنے سے پہلے پڑھے۔۔۔
بِسْمِ اللہِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیْمِ
Bismi allaahi ar-rahmaani ar-raheem
In the Name of Allah, the most Gracious, the most Merciful.
اللہ کے نام سے (شروع کرتا ہوں) جو بڑا مہربان نہایت رحم کرنے والا ہے۔
اَللّٰهُمَّ اِنِّيْ اَسْاَلُكَ بِعَزِيْزِ تَعْزِيْزِ اعْتِزَازِ عِزَّتِكَ، بِطَوْلِ حَوْلِ شَدِيْدِ قُوَّتِكَ، بِقُدْرَةِ مِقْدَارِ اقْتِدَارِ قُدْرَتِكَ، بِتَاْكِيْدِ تَحْمِيْدِ تَمْجِيْدِ عَظَمَتِكَ، بِسُمُوِّ نُمُوِّ عُلُوِّ رَفْعَتِكَ، بِدَيْمُوْمِ قَيُّوْمِ دَوَامِ مُدَّتِكَ، بِرِضْوَانِ غُفْرَانِ اَمَانِ رَحْمَتِكَ، بِرَفِيْعِ بَدِيْعِ مَنِيْعِ سَلْطَنَتِكَ، بِسُعَاةِ صَلَاةِ بِسَاطِ رَحْمَتِكَ، بِحَقَآئِقِ الْحَقِّ مِنْ حَقِّ حَقِّكَ، بِمَكْنُوْنِ السِّرِّ مِنْ سِرِّ سِرِّكَ، بِمَعَاقِدِ الْعِزِّ مِنْ عِزِّ عِزِّكَ، بِحَنِيْنِ اَنِيْنِ تَسْكِيْنِ الْمُرِيْدِيْنَ، بِحَرَقَاتِ خَضَعَاتِ زَفَرَاتِ الْخَآئِفِيْنَ، بِآمَالِ اَعْمَالِ اَقْوَالِ الْمُجْتَهِدِيْنَ، بِتَخَشُّعِ تَخَضُّعِ تَقَطُّعِ مَرَارَاتِ الصَّابِرِيْنَ، بِتَعَبُّدِ تَهَجُّدِ تَمَجُّدِ تَجَلُّدِ الْعَابِدِيْنَ۔
Allaahumma innee as'aluka bi'azeezi ta'zeezi i'tizaazi 'izzatika, bitawli hawli shadeedi quwwatika, biqudrati miqdaari iqtidaari qudratika, bita'keedi tahmeedi tamjeedi 'azamatika, bisumuwwi numuwwi 'uluwwi raf'atika, bidaymoomi qayyoomi dawaami muddatika, biridwaani ghufraani amaani rahmatika, birafee'i badee'i manee'i saltanatika, bisu'aati salaati bisaati rahmatika, bihaqaa'iqi al-haqqi min haqqi haqqika, bimaknooni as-sirri min sirri sirrika, bima'aaqidi al-'izzi min 'izzi 'izzika, bihaneeni aneeni taskeeni al-mureedeena, biharaqaati khada'aati zafaraati al-khaa'ifeena, bi-aamaali a'maali aqwaali al-mujtahideena, bitakhashshu'i takhaddu'i taqattu'i maraaraati as-saabireena, bita'abbudi tahajjudi tamajjudi tajalludi al-'aabideen.
O Allah! I ask You by the might of the strengthening of the exaltation of Your glory; by the power of the strength of Your severe force; by the power of the measure of the capacity of Your might; by the affirmation of the praise of the glorification of Your greatness; by the eminence of the growth of the loftiness of Your elevation; by the everlastingness of the self-subsistence of the permanence of Your duration; by the good pleasure of the forgiveness of the security of Your mercy; by the loftiness, wonder and invincibility of Your sovereignty; by the vast bounties of the expanse of Your mercy; by the realities of truth from the truth of Your truth; by the hidden secret from the secret of Your secret; by the bonds of might from the might of Your might; by the yearning moans of the seekers longing for comfort; by the burning, humbled sighs of the fearful; by the hopes of the deeds and words of the strivers; by the humility, lowliness and broken bitterness of the patient; and by the devotion, night vigils, glorification and endurance of the worshippers.
یا اللہ! میں تجھ سے سوال کرتا ہوں، تیری معزّز و گرامی و بزرگ عزّت کے واسطے سے، تیری عظیم طاقت و شدید قوت کے واسطے سے تیری قدرت کے اقتدار کی مقدار اور قدر کے واسطے سے، تا کید کے واسطے سے جو تیری تعریف کی بزرگی و عظمت کی ہے، تیری رفعت کی نمایاں علو اور بلندی کے واسطے سے تیری ہمیشہ قائم و دائم رہنے والی مدّت کے واسطے سے، تیری راضی ہوجانے والی بخشش دینے والی، امان دینے والی رحمت کے واسطہ سے، تیری بلند و نادر و مستحکم سلطنت کے واسطے سے، تیری رحمت کی پھیلی ہوئی خوشبو کے واسطے سے تیرے حق کی اصل حقیقتوں کے واسطے سے، تیرے پردے میں چھپے ہوئے بھیدوں کے واسطے سے تیری معزّز عزّت کے مضبوط عہد و پیمان کے واسطے سے، نالہ و شیون کے واسطے سے جو رقّت آمیز ہیں مریدوں و ارادتمندوں، خوفِ خدا رکھنے والوں کی فروتنی اور دل سوزی اور آہوں کے واسطے سے، اعمال و اقوال کے واسطے سے جو کہ پر اُمید ہیں مجتہدین کے خشوع و خضوع کے واسطے سے اور تلخ کامی کے واسطے سے صبر کرنے والوں کی عبادت گزاروں کی عبادت اور تہجّد کے واسطے سے۔
اَللّٰهُمَّ ذَهَلَتِ الْعُقُوْلُ، وَانْحَسَرَتِ الْاَبْصَارُ، وَضَاعَتِ الْاَفْهَامُ، وَحَارَتِ الْاَوْهَامُ، وَقَصُرَتِ الْخَوَاطِرُ، وَبَعُدَتِ الظُّنُوْنُ عَنْ اِدْرَاكِ كُنْهِ كَيْفِيَّةِ مَا ظَهَرَ مِنْ بَوَادِيْ عَجَآئِبِ اَصْنَافِ بَدَآئِعِ قُدْرَتِكَ، دُوْنَ الْبُلُوْغِ اِلٰى مَعْرِفَةِ تَلَاْلُؤِ لَمَعَانِ بُرُوْقِ سَمَآئِكَ۔
اَللّٰهُمَّ مُحَرِّكَ الْحَرَكَاتِ، وَمُبْدِئَ نِهَايَةِ الْغَايَاتِ، وَمُخْرِجَ يَنَابِيْعِ تَفْرِيْعِ قُضْبَانِ النَّبَاتِ، يَا مَنْ شَقَّ صُمَّ جَلَامِيْدِ الصُّخُوْرِ الرَّاسِيَاتِ، وَاَنْبَعَ مِنْهَا مَآءً مَعِيْنًا حَيَاةً لِلْمَخْلُوْقَاتِ، فَاَحْيٰى مِنْهَا الْحَيَوَانَ وَالنَّبَاتَ، وَعَلِمَ مَا اخْتَلَجَ فِيْ سِرِّ اَفْكَارِهِمْ مِنْ نُطْقِ اِشَارَاتِ خَفِيَّاتِ لُغَاتِ النَّمْلِ السَّارِحَاتِ۔
يَا مَنْ سَبَّحَتْ وَهَلَّلَتْ وَقَدَّسَتْ وَكَبَّرَتْ وَسَجَدَتْ لِجَلَالِ جَمَالِ اَقْوَالِ عَظِيْمِ عِزَّةِ جَبَرُوْتِ مَلَكُوْتِ سَلْطَنَتِهِ مَلَآئِكَةُ السَّبْعِ السَّمَآوَاتِ، يَا مَنْ دَارَتْ فَاَضَآءَتْ وَاَنَارَتْ لِدَوَامِ دَيْمُوْمِيَّتِهِ النُّجُوْمُ الزَّاهِرَاتُ، وَاَحْصٰى عَدَدَ الْاَحْيَآءِ وَالْاَمْوَاتِ، صَلِّ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَاٰلِ مُحَمَّدٍ خَيْرِ الْبَرِيَّاتِ، وَافْعَلْ بِيْ۔
Allaahumma zahalati al-'uqoolu, wanhasarati al-absaaru, wadaa'ati al-afhaamu, wahaarati al-awhaamu, waqasurati al-khawaatiru, waba'udati az-zunoonu 'an idraaki kunhi kayfiyyati maa zahara min bawaadee 'ajaa'ibi asnaafi badaa'i'i qudratika, doona al-bulooghi ilaa ma'rifati tala'lu'i lama'aani burooqi samaa'ik.
Allaahumma muharrika al-harakaati, wamubdi'a nihaayati al-ghaayaati, wamukhrija yanaabee'i tafree'i qudbaani an-nabaati, yaa man shaqqa summa jalaameedi as-sukhoori ar-raasiyaati, wa-anba'a minhaa maa'an ma'eenan hayaatan lil-makhlooqaati, fa-ahyaa minhaa al-hayawaana wan-nabaata, wa'alima maa ikhtalaja fee sirri afkaarihim min nutqi ishaaraati khafiyyaati lughaati an-namli as-saarihaat.
Yaa man sabbahat wahallalat waqaddasat wakabbarat wasajadat lijalaali jamaali aqwaali 'azeemi 'izzati jabarooti malakooti saltanatihi malaa'ikatu as-sab'i as-samaawaati, yaa man daarat fa-adaa'at wa-anaarat lidawaami daymoomiyyatihi an-nujoomu az-zaahiraatu, wa-ahsaa 'adada al-ahyaa'i wal-amwaati, salli 'alaa muhammadin wa-aali muhammadin khayri al-bariyyaati, waf'al bee.
O Allah! Minds are bewildered, sight falls short, understandings are lost, imaginations are confounded, thoughts fall short and conjectures are far from perceiving the essence of the manner of what has appeared of the first signs of the wonders of the kinds of the marvels of Your power, let alone reaching the knowledge of the gleam of the flashing of the lightning of Your heaven. O Allah! O Mover of all movements, Originator of the end of all ends, Bringer forth of the springs of the branching of the shoots of plants! O He who split the solid boulders of the firm rocks and made flowing water spring forth from them as life for the creatures, and gave life through it to animals and plants, and knew what stirs in the secret of their thoughts, of the speech of the hidden signs of the languages of the roaming ants! O He to the majesty of the beauty of the words of the great might of the omnipotence of the dominion of whose sovereignty the angels of the seven heavens glorify, declare His Oneness, sanctify, magnify and prostrate! O He for the everlastingness of whose eternity the shining stars revolve, shine and give light, and who has counted the number of the living and the dead! Bless Muhammad and the family of Muhammad, the best of creation, and do for me (such and such).
یا اللہ! عقلیں زائل ہو گئیں اور مایوس ہو گئیں آنکھیں اور گم ہو گئی ہے سمجھ اور حیرت زدہ ہے وہم اور نارسا ہے خیال اور بہت دور رہ گیا ہے گمان ادراک سے تیری کُنہ اور کیفیت کے، حالاں کہ تیری قدرت کی اقسام کی عجیب و غریب اختراع اور ایجادات ظاہر اور آشکار ہیں، اور تیرے آسمان کی بجلیوں کی چمک دمک کی معرفت تک پہنچنے سے بھی قاصر ہیں۔ یا اللہ! اے حرکتوں کو حرکت میں لانے والے، اور ابتداء کرنے والے ہر انتہا کی اور جاری کرنے والے چشموں اور نہروں کے درختوں، پودوں، شاخوں اور ٹہنیوں کے اندر۔ اے وہ ذات جس نے توڑا سخت بڑی بڑی چٹانوں کو اور ان میں سے جاری کیا صاف و شفّاف پانی کو اپنی مخلوقات کی زندگی کے لیے اور اس سے زندگی بخشی جانوروں اور پودوں کو اور اسے علم ہے کہ ان مخلوقات کے پوشیدہ افکار میں کیا کیا آیا کرتا ہے۔ وہ زبان کے خفیف اشاروں سے واقف ہے رینگنے والی چیونٹیوں کے اور اے وہ ذات کہ تسبیح و تہلیل و تقدیس اور تکبیر کہی اور سربسجود ہوئے جس کے جلال و جمال اقوال اور عظیم قوّت، جبروت، ملکوت اور سلطنت کو دیکھ کر ساتوں آسمانوں کے فرشتے۔ اے وہ ذات کہ جس کے گرد چکّر لگایا ضوفشاں اور نور افشاں ہوئے جس کے دوام و ابدیّت کے گرد روشن ستارے اور وہ جو احصا و شمار رکھتا ہے زندوں اور مردوں کی تعداد کا۔ رحمت نازل فرما حضرت محمدؐ اور آلِ محمدؑ پر جو تمام مخلوقات میں سب سے بہتر ہیں، اور میرے ساتھ (ایسا ایسا) کر۔

اب اپنی حاجت بیان کرے اور پھر کہے۔۔۔
وَصَلَّی اللهُ عَلٰی مُحَمَّدٍ وَّآلِهٖ اَجْمَعِیْنَ، لَا اِلٰهَ اِلَّا اللهُ وَاللهُ اَكْبَرُ وَسُبْحَانَ اللهِ وَالْحَمْدُ لِلهِ كَثِیْرًا۔
اَللّٰهُمَّ اِنِّیْ اَسْئَلُكَ مِنْ فَضْلِكَ وَرَحْمَتِكَ فَاِنَّهٗ لَا یَمْلِكُهَا اَحَدٌ غَیْرُكَ۔
Wasallaa allaahu 'alaa muhammadin wa-aalihee ajma'eena, laa ilaaha illaa allaahu wallaahu akbaru wasubhaana allaahi wal-hamdu lillaahi katheeraa.
Allaahumma innee as'aluka min fadlika warahmatika fa-innahoo laa yamlikuhaa ahadun ghayruk.
May Allah send blessings upon Muhammad and all of his family. There is no god except Allah, Allah is the Greatest, Glory be to Allah, and all praise belongs to Allah in abundance. O Allah, I ask You from Your grace and Your mercy, for indeed none possesses them except You.
اور رحمت نازل ہو اللہ کی حضرت محمدؐ اور ان کی آلؑ پر۔ نہیں ہے کوئی معبود سوائے اللہ کے اور اللہ سب سے بڑا ہے اور پاک و منزّہ ہے اللہ اور بہت بہت حمد کا سزاوار ہے اللہ۔ اے اللہ میں تجھ سے سوال کرتا ہوں تیرے فضل و کرم اور تیری رحمت کا اس لئے کہ فضل و رحمت کا مالک سوائے تیرے کوئی دوسرا نہیں ہے۔
اَللّٰهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَّآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ۔
Allaahumma salli 'alaa muhammadin wa-aali muhammad.
O Allah, send blessings upon Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad.
اے معبود! رحمت نازل فرما حضرت محمدؐ اور انکی آلؑ پر۔
