What is said on visiting a graveyard, kept among the amaal for the dead. The page's heading is specific: visiting the grave of a believer.
The salam comes first, and it is addressed to the buried as people rather than as remains — peace be upon the inhabitants of these graves, the faithful believers and the Muslims — and then says the thing the visitor and the buried have in common: you have gone ahead of us, and we, if Allah wills, shall join you.
What follows is a prayer for them by their condition: for the souls now extinct, the bodies now decayed and the bones now crumbled that left this life bearing faith. It asks that rest be put into them, that they be joined to those they loved, that the soil be kept from harming their sides, and that a share of Allah's mercy be made to dwell with them so that their loneliness is answered.

اَلسَّلَامُ عَلٰى اَهْلِ الدِّيَارِ مِنَ الْمُؤْمِنِيْنَ وَالْمُسْلِمِيْنَ اَنْتُمْ لَنَا فَرَطٌ وَنَحْنُ اِنْ شَاءَ اللهُ بِكُمْ لَاحِقُوْنَ۔
Assalaamu alaa ahlid diyaare minal momeneena wal muslemeena antum lana faratoon wa nahno insha-allahu bekum la heqoon.
Peace be upon the inhabitants of these graves, the faithful believers and Muslims. You have preceded us, and we, Allah willing, shall join you.
سلام ہو اہلِ قبر ستان میں سے مومنوں اور مسلمانوں پر آپ لوگ ہمارے پیشوا ہیں اورانشاء اللہ ہم بھی آپ سے آ ملیں گے۔
اَللّٰهُمَّ رَبَّ هٰذِهِ الْاَرْوَاحِ الْفَانِيَةِ وَالْاَجْسَادِ الْبَالِيَةِ وَالْعِظَامِ النَّخِرَةِ الَّتِيْ خَرَجَتْ مِنَ الدُّنْيَا وَهِيَ بِكَ مُؤْمِنَةٌ اَدْخِلْ عَلَيْهِمْ رَوْحًا مِنْكَ وَسَلَامًا مِنِّيْ۔
Allahumma rabba haazehil arwaahil faane-yate wal ajsaadil baale-yate wal ezaamin nakhe-ratil latee kharajat menad duniya wa heya beka momenatoon adkhil alaihim rauhan minka wa salaaman minnee.
O Allah, O Lord of these extinct souls, rotten bodies, and crumbled bones that left this worldly life bearing faith in You, (please) insert into them rest from You and salutation from me.
اے معبود! تو ہی پروردگار ہے ان گزری ہوئی روحوں کا ان بوسیدہ جسموں کا اور ان گلی ہوئی ہڈیوں کا جو دنیا سے باہر نکل چکی ہیں لیکن یہ چیزیں تجھ پر ایمان رکھتی ہیں ان کو اپنی طرف سے آسائش دے اور میرا سلام پہنچا۔
اَللّٰهُمَّ وَلِّهِمْ مَا تَوَلَّوْا وَاحْشُرْهُمْ مَعَ مَنْ اَحَبُّوْا۔
Allahumma wallehim maa tawallaw wahshur hum maa’ man ahabboo.
O Allah, (please) turn them to that to which they have turned and join them to those whom they have loved.
اے معبود! ان کے دوستوں کو دوست رکھ اور انہیں ان کے ساتھ اٹھا جن سے وہ محبت رکھتے تھے۔
اَللّٰهُمَّ ارْحَمْ غُرْبَتَهٗ وَصِلْ وَحْدَتَهٗ وَآنِسْ وَحْشَتَهٗ وَآمِنْ رَوْعَتَهٗ وَاَسْكِنْ اِلَيْهِ مِنْ رَحْمَتِكَ رَحْمَةً يَسْتَغْنِيْ بِهَا عَنْ رَحْمَةِ مَنْ سِوَاكَ وَاَلْحِقْهٗ بِمَنْ كَانَ يَتَوَلَّاهٗ۔
Allahummar ham ghurbatahu wa-sil wahdatahu wa aanis wah-shatahu wa aamin rau-atahu wa as-kin ilaihe min rehmate-ka rehmatan yastaghnee beha an rehmate man sewaaka wa alhiqhu be-man kaana yatawallaahu.
O Allah, (please) have mercy on his strangeness, connect his loneliness, entertain his isolation, secure his horror, attach Your mercy to him; such mercy by which he can do without the mercy of anyone other than You, and join him to those to whom he has adhered.
اے معبود! اس کی تنہائی پر رحم فرما بے کسی میں اس کے ساتھ رہ، خوف میں اس کا ہم دم بن اسے ڈر سے امان دے اور اپنی رحمت کے سائے میں قرار دے ایسی رحمت جس سے وہ سوائے تیرےسوا کسی رحمت کا محتاج نہ رہے اور اسے ان سے ملا دے جن کا وہ محب تھا۔
اَللّٰهُمَّ جَافِ الْاَرْضَ عَنْ جُنُوْبِهِمْ وَصَاعِدْ اِلَيْكَ اَرْوَاحَهُمْ وَلَقِّهِمْ مِنْكَ رِضْوَانًا وَاَسْكِنْ اِلَيْهِمْ مِنْ رَحْمَتِكَ مَا تَصِلُ بِهٖ وَحْدَتَهُمْ وَتُوْنِسُ بِهٖ وَحْشَتَهُمْ اِنَّكَ عَلٰى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيْرٌ۔
Allahumma jaafil arze an jonoobe-him wa saa’id ilaika arwaaha-hum wa laqqe-him minka rizwaanan wa as-kin ilai-him min rehmate-ka maa taselu be-hee wahdata-hum wa toone-so be-hee wahshata-hum innaka alaa kulle shaieen qadeeroon.
O Allah, (please) prevent the soil from harming their sides, take their souls up to You, increase Your pleasure with them, and make part of Your mercy dwell with them so that You will save them from loneliness and entertain their isolation. Verily, You have power over all things.”
اے معبود! زمین کو اس کے پہلوؤں سے خالی کر دے ان کی روحوں کو اپنی طرف بلند کر ان کو اپنی خوشنودی سے بہرہ مند فرما اور اپنی رحمت کو ان کے ساتھ کر دے تاکہ تو ان کی تنہائی دور کردے اور ان کے خوف کو دور کر دے بے شک تو ہرچیز پر قدرت رکھتا ہے۔
