بِسْمِ اللہِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیْمِ

Bismillaahir rahmaanir raheem

In the Name of Allah, the most Gracious, the most Merciful.

اللہ کے نام سے (شروع کرتا ہوں) جو بڑا مہربا ن نہایت رحم کرنے والا ہے۔

سَبَّحَ لِلهِ مَا فِي السَّمٰوٰتِ وَمَا فِي الْاَرْضِ وَهُوَ الْعَزِيْزُ الْحَكِيْمُ

Sabbaha lillaahi maa fisamaawaati wa maa fil ardi wa huwal ’azeezul hakeem.

Whatever is in the heavens and whatever is in the earth declares the glory of Allah; and He is the Mighty, the Wise.

زمین و آسمان کا ہر ذرہ اللہ کی تسبیح میں مشغول ہے اور وہی صاحبِ عزّت اور صاحبِ حکمت ہے۔

يٰٓاَيُّهَا الَّذِيْنَ اٰمَنُوْا لِمَ تَقُوْلُوْنَ مَا لَا تَفْعَلُوْنَ

Yaa ayyuhal lazeena aamanoo lima taqooloona maa laa taf’aloon.

O you who believe! why do you say that which you do not do?

ایمان والو آخر وہ بات کیوں کہتے ہو جس پر عمل نہیں کرتے ہو۔

كَبُرَ مَقْتًا عِنْدَ اللهِ اَنْ تَقُوْلُوْا مَا لَا تَفْعَلُوْنَ

Kabura maqtan ’indal laahi an taqooloo maa laa taf’aloon.

It is most hateful to Allah that you should say that which you do not do.

اللہ کے نزدیک یہ سخت ناراض گی کا سبب ہے کہ تم وہ کہو جس پر عمل نہیں کرتے ہو۔

اِنَّ اللهَ يُحِبُّ الَّذِيْنَ يُقَاتِلُوْنَ فِيْ سَبِيْلِهٖ صَفًّا كَاَنَّهُمْ بُنْيَانٌ مَّرْصُوْصٌ

Innal laaha yuhibbul lazeena yuqaatiloona fee sabeelihee saffan ka annahum bunyaanum marsoos.

Surely Allah loves those who fight in His way in ranks as if they were a firm and compact wall.

بےشک اللہ ان لوگوں کو دوست رکھتا ہے جو اس کی راہ میں اس طرح صف باندھ کر جہاد کرتے ہیں جس طرح سیسہ پلائی ہوئی دیواریں۔

وَاِذْ قَالَ مُوْسٰى لِقَوْمِهٖ يٰقَوْمِ لِمَ تُؤْذُوْنَنِيْ وَقَد تَّعْلَمُوْنَ اَنِّيْ رَسُوْلُ اللهِ اِلَيْكُمْ فَلَمَّا زَاغُوْٓا اَزَاغَ اللهُ قُلُوْبَهُمْ وَاللهُ لَا يَهْدِي الْقَوْمَ الْفٰسِقِيْنَ

Wa iz qaala moosa liqawmihee yaa qawmi lima tu’zoonanee wa qat ta’lamoona annee rasoolul laahi ilaikum falammaa zaaghooo azaaghal laahu quloobahum; wallaahu laa yahdil qawmal faasiqeen.

And when Musa said to his people: O my people! why do you give me trouble? And you know indeed that I am Allah’s apostle to you; but when they turned aside, Allah made their hearts turn aside, and Allah does not guide the transgressing people.

اور اس وقت کو یاد کرو جب موسٰیؑ نے اپنی قوم سے کہا کہ قوم والو مجھے کیوں اذیت دے رہے ہو تمہیں تو معلوم ہے کہ میں تمہاری طرف اللہ کا رسول ہوں پھر جب وہ لوگ ٹیڑھے ہو گئے تو خدا نے بھی ان کے دلوں کو ٹیڑھا ہی کر دیا کہ اللہ بدکار قوم کی ہدایت نہیں کرتا ہے۔

وَاِذْ قَالَ عِيْسَى ابْنُ مَرْيَمَ يٰبَنِيْٓ اِسْرَاۗئِيْلَ اِنِّيْ رَسُوْلُ اللهِ اِلَيْكُم مُّصَدِّقًا لِّمَا بَيْنَ يَدَيَّ مِنَ التَّوْرٰةِ وَمُبَشِّرًۢا بِرَسُوْلٍ يَّاْتِيْ مِنْۢ بَعْدِي اسْمُهٗٓ اَحْمَدُ فَلَمَّا جَاۗءَهُمْ بِالْبَيِّنٰتِ قَالُوْا هٰذَا سِحْرٌ مُّبِيْنٌ

Wa iz qaala ’eesab-nu-maryama yaa banee israaa’eela innee rasoolul laahi ilaikum musaddiqal limaa baina yadayya minat tawraati wa mubashshiram bi rasooliny yaatee mim ba’dis muhooo ahmad; falammaa jaaa’ahum bil baiyinaati qaaloo haazaa sihrum mubeen.

And when Isa son of Marium said: O children of Israel! surely I am the apostle of Allah to you, verifying that which is before me of the Taurat and giving the good news of an Apostle who will come after me, his name being Ahmad, but when he came to them with clear arguments they said: This is clear magic.

اور اس وقت کو یاد کرو جب عیسٰی بن مریمؑ نے کہا کہ اے بنی اسرائیل میں تمہاری طرف اللہ کا رسول ہوں اپنے پہلے کی کتاب توریت کی تصدیق کرنے والا اور اپنے بعد کے لئے ایک رسول کی بشارت دینے والا ہوں جس کا نام احمد ہے لیکن پھر بھی جب وہ معجزات لے کر آئے تو لوگوں نے کہہ دیا کہ یہ تو کھلا ہوا جادو ہے۔

وَمَنْ اَظْلَمُ مِمَّنِ افْتَرٰى عَلَى اللهِ الْكَذِبَ وَهُوَ يُدْعٰٓى اِلَى الْاِسْلَامِ وَاللهُ لَا يَهْدِي الْقَوْمَ الظّٰلِمِيْنَ

Wa man azlamu mimma nif taraa ’alal laahil kaziba wa huwa yad’aaa ilal islaam; wallaahu laa yahdil qawmaz zaalimeen.

And who is more unjust than he who forges a lie against Allah and he is invited to Islam, and Allah does not guide the unjust people.

اور اس سے بڑا ظالم کون ہو گا جو خدا پر جھوٹا الزام لگائے جب کہ اسے اسلام کی دعوت دی جا رہی ہو اور اللہ کبھی ظالم قوم کی ہدایت نہیں کرتا ہے۔

يُرِيْدُوْنَ لِيُطْفِئُوْا نُوْرَ اللهِ بِاَفْوَاهِهِمْ وَاللهُ مُتِمُّ نُوْرِهٖ وَلَوْ كَرِهَ الْكٰفِرُوْنَ

Yureedoona liyutfi’oo nooral laahi bi afwaahihim wallaahu mutimmu noorihee wa law karihal kaafiroon.

They desire to put out the light of Allah with their mouths but Allah will perfect His light, though the unbelievers may be averse.

یہ لوگ چاہتے ہیں کہ نورِ خدا کو اپنے منہ سے بجھا دیں اور اللہ اپنے نور کو مکمل کرنے والا ہے چاہے یہ بات کفار کو کتنی ہی ناگوار کیوں نہ ہو۔

هُوَ الَّذِيْٓ اَرْسَلَ رَسُوْلَهٗ بِالْهُدٰى وَدِيْنِ الْحَقِّ لِيُظْهِرَهٗ عَلَى الدِّيْنِ كُلِّهٖ وَلَوْ كَرِهَ الْمُشْرِكُوْنَ

Huwal lazee arsala rasoolahoo bilhudaa wa deenil haqqi liyuzhirahoo ’alad deeni kullihee wa law karihal mushrikoon.

He it is Who sent His Apostle with the guidance and the true religion, that He may make it overcome the religions, all of them, though the polytheists may be averse.

وہی خدا وہ ہے جس نے اپنے رسول کو ہدایت اور دینِ حق کے ساتھ بھیجا ہے تاکہ اسے تمام ادیان پر غالب بنائے چاہے یہ بات مشرکین کو کتنی ہی ناگوار کیوں نہ ہو۔

يٰٓاَيُّهَا الَّذِيْنَ اٰمَنُوْا هَلْ اَدُلُّكُمْ عَلٰى تِجَارَةٍ تُنْجِيْكُم مِّنْ عَذَابٍ اَلِيْمٍ

Yaaa ayyuhal lazeena aamanoo hal adullukum ’alaa tijaaratin tunjeekum min ’azaabin aleem.

O you who believe! shall I lead you to a merchandise which may deliver you from a painful chastisement?

ایمان والو کیا میں تمہیں ایک ایسی تجارت کی طرف رہنمائی کروں جو تمہیں درد ناک عذاب سے بچا لے۔

تُؤْمِنُوْنَ بِاللهِ وَرَسُوْلِهٖ وَتُجَاهِدُوْنَ فِيْ سَبِيْلِ اللهِ بِاَمْوَالِكُمْ وَاَنْفُسِكُمْ ذٰلِكُمْ خَيْرٌ لَّكُمْ اِنْ كُنْتُمْ تَعْلَمُوْنَ

Tu’minoona billaahi wa rasoolihee wa tujaahidoona fee sabeelil laahi bi amwaalikum wa anfusikum; zaalikum khairul lakum in kuntum ta’lamoon.

You shall believe in Allah and His Apostle, and struggle hard in Allah’s way with your property and your lives; that is better for you, did you but know!

اللہ اور اس کے رسول پر ایمان لے آؤ اور راہِ خدا میں اپنے جان و مال سے جہاد کرو کہ یہی تمہارے حق میں سب سے بہتر ہے اگر تم جاننے والے ہو۔

يَغْفِرْ لَكُمْ ذُنُوْبَكُمْ وَيُدْخِلْكُمْ جَنّٰتٍ تَجْرِيْ مِنْ تَحْتِهَا الْاَنْهٰرُ وَمَسٰكِنَ طَيِّبَةً فِيْ جَنّٰتِ عَدْنٍ ذٰلِكَ الْفَوْزُ الْعَظِيْمُ

Yaghfir lakum zunoobakum wa yudkhilkum jannaatin tajree min tahtihal anhaaru wa masaakina taiyibatan fee jannaati ’adn; zaalikal fawzul ’azeem.

He will forgive you your faults and cause you to enter into gardens, beneath which rivers flow, and goodly dwellings in gardens of perpetuity; that is the mighty achievement;

وہ تمہارے گناہوں کو بھی بخش دے گا اور تمہیں ان جنتوں میں داخل کرے گا جن کے نیچے نہریں جاری ہوں گی اور اس ہمیشہ رہنے والی جنّت میں پاکیزہ مکانات ہوں گے اور یہی بہت بڑی کامیابی ہے۔

وَاُخْرٰى تُحِبُّوْنَهَا نَصْرٌ مِّنَ اللهِ وَفَتْحٌ قَرِيْبٌ وَبَشِّرِ الْمُؤْمِنِيْنَ

Wa ukhraa tuhibboonahaa nasrum minal laahi wa fat hun qareeb; wa bashshiril mu ’mineen.

And yet another (blessing) that you love: help from Allah and a victory near at hand; and give good news to the believers.

اور ایک چیز اور بھی جسے تم پسند کرتے ہو، اللہ کی طرف سے مدد اور قریبی فتح اور آپ مومنین کو بشارت دے دیجئے۔

يٰٓاَيُّهَا الَّذِيْنَ اٰمَنُوْا كُوْنُوْٓا اَنْصَارَ اللهِ كَمَا قَالَ عِيْسَى ابْنُ مَرْيَمَ لِلْحَوَارِيّٖنَ مَنْ اَنْصَارِيْٓ اِلَى اللهِ قَالَ الْحَوَارِيُّوْنَ نَحْنُ اَنْصَارُ اللهِ فَاٰمَنَت طَّاۗئِفَةٌ مِّنْۢ بَنِيْٓ اِسْرَاۗئِيْلَ وَكَفَرَت طَّاۗئِفَةٌ فَاَيَّدْنَا الَّذِيْنَ اٰمَنُوْا عَلٰى عَدُوِّهِمْ فَاَصْبَحُوْا ظٰهِرِيْنَ

Yaaa ayyuhal lazeena aamanoo koonooo ansaaral laahi kamaa qaala ’eesab-nu-maryama lil hawaariyyeena man ansaareee ilal laah; qaalal hawaariyyoona nahnu ansaa rul laahi fa aamanat taaa’ifatum mim bannee israaa’eela wa kafarat taaa’ifatun fa ayyadnal lazeena aamanoo ’alaa ’aduwwihim fa asbahoo zaahireen.

O you who believe! be helpers (in the cause) of Allah, as Isa son of Marium said to (his) disciples: Who are my helpers in the cause of Allah? The disciples said: We are helpers (in the cause) of Allah. So a party of the children of Israel believed and another party disbelieved; then We aided those who believed against their enemy, and they became uppermost.

ایمان والو اللہ کے مدد گار بن جاؤ جس طرح عیسٰی بن مریمؑ نے اپنے حواریین سے کہا تھا کہ اللہ کی راہ میں میرا مدد گار کون ہے تو حواریین نے کہا کہ ہم اللہ کے ناصر ہیں لیکن پھر بنی اسرائیل میں سے ایک گروہ ایمان لے آیا اور ایک گروہ کافر ہو گیا تو ہم نے صاحبانِ ایمان کی دشمن کے مقابلہ میں مدد کر دی تو وہ غالب آکر رہے۔

Sadaqallahul aliyyul azeem

Almighty God the most high speaks the truth.

اللہ بزرگ و برتر نے سچ فرمایا ہے۔
