Lailatul Raghaib
لیلۃ الرغائب
1st Thursday night (Eve of Friday) of Mahe Rajab is said to be Lailatul Raghaib (Night of Desires).
اَللّٰهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ النَّبِيِّ الْاُمِّيِّ وَعَلٰى آلِهٖ۔
Allaahumma salle a’laa mohammadin nabiyyil ummeeye wa a’laa aale-hi.
O Allah send blessings on Muhammad, the Ummi Prophet, and on his descendants.
اے معبود! محمد ؐ امی پر اور ان کی آلؑ پررحمت نازل فرما۔
سُبُّوْحٌ قُدُّوْسٌ رَبُّ الْمَلَائِكَةِ وَالرُّوْحِ۔
Subboo-hoon quddoo-soon rabbul malaa-e-kate war-roohe.
Holy and most Holy is the Lord of the Angels and spirits.
فرشتوں اورروح کا رب بے عیب پاک تر ہے۔
رَبِّ اغْفِرْ وَارْحَمْ وَتَجَاوَزْ عَمَّا تَعْلَـمُ، اِنَّكَ اَنْتَ الْعَلِيُّ الْاَعْظَمُ۔
Rabbigh-fir war-ham wa tajaa-waz a’mmaa ta’lamo, inna-ka antal a’liyyul a’zamo.
O Lord! Forgive, have mercy and be indulgent about that which Thou knows well, verily Thou art Sublime, Mighty.
پالنے والے بخش دے رحم فرما اوران گناہوں سے در گزر کر جن کو تو جانتا ہے بے شک تو بلند تر بزرگ تر ہے۔
