Allahumma ma amilto
اَللّٰهُمَّ مَا عَمِلْتُ

بِسْمِ اللہِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیْمِ
Bismillaahir rahmaanir raheem
In the Name of Allah, the most Gracious, the most Merciful.
اللہ کے نام سے (شروع کرتا ہوں) جو بڑا مہربا ن نہایت رحم کرنے والا ہے۔
اَللّٰهُمَّ مَا عَمِلْتُ فِيْ هٰذِهِ السَّنَةِ مِنْ عَمَلٍ نَهَيْتَنِيْ عَنْهٗ وَلَمْ تَرْضَهٗ وَنَسِيْتُهٗ وَلَمْ تَنْسَهٗ وَدَعَوْتَنِيْ اِلَى التَّوْبَةِ بَعْدَ اجْتِرَائِيْ عَلَيْكَ۔ اَللّٰهُمَّ فَاِنِّيْ اَسْتَغْفِرُكَ مِنْهُ فَاغْفِرْ لِيْ وَمَا عَمِلْتُ مِنْ عَمَلٍ يُقَرِّبُنِيْ اِلَيْكَ فَاقْبَلْهُ مِنِّيْ وَلَا تَقْطَعْ رَجَائِيْ مِنْكَ يَا كَرِيْمُ۔
Allaahumma maa 'amiltu fee haazihi as-sanati min 'amalin nahaytanee 'anhoo walam tardahoo wanaseetuhoo walam tansahoo wada'awtanee ilaa at-tawbati ba'da ajtiraa'ee 'alayka.
Allaahumma fainnee astaghfiruka minhu faghfir lee wamaa 'amiltu min 'amalin yuqarribunee ilayka faqbalhu minnee walaa taqta' rajaa'ee minka yaa kareemu. auto
O Allah, as for any act that I have done in this year from those that You have warned me against doing and You have been displeased with it, I have forgotten it but You have not, and You have called me to repent after I have dared to challenge You, O Allah, I am now praying You to forgive those actions; so, (please) forgive me. As for any action done that draws me near to You, (please) accept it from me and never cut off my hope in You, O All-generous!
اے معبود! اس سال میں جو ایسا عمل میں نے کیا ہے جس سے تو نے مجھے روکا ہے جو تجھے پسند نہیں میں اسے بھول گیا ہوں لیکن تو اسےنہیں بھولا اور تو نے گناہ پر میری اس دلیری کے بعد مجھے توبہ کی طرف بلایا ہے اے معبود! میں تجھ سے اس گناہ کی معافی مانگتا ہوں پس مجھے بخش دے، میرا جو عمل مجھ کو تیرے نزدیک لانے والا ہے اسے قبول فرما اور میں تجھ سے جو آس رکھتا ہوں اسے نہ توڑ اے مہربان۔
اَللّٰهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَّآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ۔
Allahumma swalle alaa muhammadiw wa aale muhammadin
Allah’s (s.w.t) choicest blessings be upon Mohammed and his holy progeny.
اے معبود! رحمت نازل فرما حضرت محمدؐ اور انکی آل ؑپر۔
