Migraine Pain
آدھے سر کا درد
يَا ظَاهِرًا مَوْجُوْدًا وَيَا بَاطِنًا غَيْرَ مَفْقُوْدٍ اُرْدُدْ عَلٰى عَبْدِكَ الضَّعِيْفِ اَيَّادِيَكَ الْجَمِيْلَةَ عِنْدَهٗ وَاَذْهِبْ عَنْهُ مَا بِهٖ مِنْ اَذًى اِنَّكَ رَحِيْمٌ قَدِيْرٌ۔
Yaa zaaheran mawjoo-dan wa yaa baate-nan ghaira mafqoo-din urdud a’laa a’bde-kaz za-ee’fe ayyaa-deya-kal jamee-lata i’nda-hu wa azhib a’nho maa behi min a-zan innaka rahee-mun qadeerun.
O Manifestly Existent, O never missing although immanent! Confer back Your excellent favors upon your weak servant and remove from him the harm from which he is suffering. Verily, You are All-merciful and Omnipotent.
اے ظاہر میں موجود جو باطن میں بھی غائب نہیں اپنے ناتواں بندے کی طرف اپنی اچھی اچھی نعمتیں پلٹا دے اور اس سے ہر قسم کی تکلیف اور اذیت دور کر دے یقیناً تو مہربان قدرت والا ہے۔
