امام جعفر صادقؑ سے مروی ہے : درد والے دانت پر ہاتھ رکھ کر سورۂ فاتحہ، سورۂ اخلاص اور سورۂ قدر پڑھ کر (سورۂ نمل آیت ۸۸) بھی پڑھے۔۔۔
بِسْمِ اللہِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیْمِ
Bismi allaahi ar-rahmaani ar-raheem
In the Name of Allah, the most Gracious, the most Merciful.
اللہ کے نام سے (شروع کرتا ہوں) جو بڑا مہربان نہایت رحم کرنے والا ہے۔
وَتَرَى الْجِبَالَ تَحْسَبُهَا جَامِدَةً وَّهِيَ تَمُرُّ مَرَّ السَّحَابِ صُنْعَ اللهِ الَّذِيْٓ اَتْقَنَ كُلَّ شَيْءٍ اِنَّهٗ خَبِيْرٌۢ بِمَا تَفْعَلُوْنَ
Wataraa al-jibaala tahsabuhaa jaamidatan wahiya tamurru marra as-sahaabi sun'a allaahi allazee atqana kulla shay'in innahoo khabeerun bimaa taf'aloon
And you see the mountains, you think them to be solid, and they shall pass away as the passing away of the cloud- the handiwork of Allah Who has made everything thoroughly; surely He is Aware of what you do.
اور تم دیکھو گے تو سمجھو گے کہ جیسے پہاڑ اپنی جگہ پر جامد (جما ہوا) ہیں حالانکہ یہ بادلوں کی طرح چل رہے ہوں گے، یہ اس خدا کی صنعت (بناوٹ) ہے جس نے ہر چیز کو محکم بنایا ہے اور وہ تمہارے تمام اعمال سے باخبر ہے۔
Likewise, Imam Ali (a) is reported to have said: You may rub the place of your prostration (in ritual prayers) with your hand, rub the ached tooth with it, and say the following…
حضرت امیر المومنین علی ابن ابی طالبؑ سے مروی ہے : سجدے کی جگہ پر ہاتھ پھیر کر اسے درد والے دانت پر لگاکر یہ پڑھے۔۔۔
بِسْمِ اللهِ وَالشَّافِىْ اَللهُ وَلَا حَوْلَ وَلَا قُوَّةَ اِلَّا بِاللهِ الْعَلِىِّ الْعَظِيْمِ۔
Bismi allaahi wash-shaafee allaahu walaa hawla walaa quwwata illaa billaahi al-'aliyyi al-'azeem.
In the Name of Allah; and the Healer is Allah. There is neither might nor power save with Allah, the All-high, the All-great.
خدا کے نام کے ساتھ اور اللہ شفا دینے والا ہے اور نہیں کوئی طاقت و قوت مگر جو بلند و بزرگ خدا سے ہے۔

دانتوں کے درد کے خاتمے کے لئے سورۂ فاتحہ،سورۂ فلق، سورۂ ناس اور سورۂ اخلاص پڑھے اور ہرایک سورہ سے پہلے کہے۔۔۔

سورہ اخلاص کے بعد کہے۔۔۔
بِسْمِ اللہِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیْمِ
Bismi allaahi ar-rahmaani ar-raheem
In the Name of Allah, the most Gracious, the most Merciful.
اللہ کے نام سے (شروع کرتا ہوں) جو بڑا مہربان نہایت رحم کرنے والا ہے۔
وَلَهٗ مَا سَكَنَ فِي الَّيْلِ وَالنَّهَارِ، وَهُوَ السَّمِيْعُ الْعَلِيْمُ۔
قُلْنَا يٰنَارُ كُوْنِيْ بَرْدًا وَّسَلٰمًا عَلٰٓى اِبْرٰهِيْمَ۔
وَاَرَادُوْا بِهٖ كَيْدًا فَجَعَلْنٰهُمُ الْاَخْسَرِيْنَ۔
نُوْدِيَ اَنْۢ بُوْرِكَ مَنْ فِي النَّارِ وَمَنْ حَوْلَهَا، وَسُبْحٰنَ اللهِ رَبِّ الْعٰلَمِيْنَ۔
Walahoo maa sakana fee allayli wan-nahaari, wahuwa as-samee'u al-'aleem.
Qulnaa yaa naaru koonee bardan wasalaaman 'alaa ibraaheem.
Wa-araadoo bihee kaydan faja'alnaahumu al-akhsareen.
Noodiya an boorika man fee an-naari waman hawlahaa, wasubhaana allaahi rabbi al-'aalameen.
And to Him belongs whatever dwells in the night and the day and He is the Hearing, the Knowing. We said: O fire! Be a comfort and peace to Abraham. They desired a war on him but We made them the greatest losers. Blessed is Whoever is in the fire and whatever is about it and glory be to Allah, the Lord of the worlds.
اور اسی کے لئے ہے جو رات اور دن میں ٹھہرا ہوا ہے اور وہ سننے جاننے والا ہے۔ہم نے کہا اے آگ ابراہیمؑ کے لئے ٹھنڈی اور سلامتی والی ہو جا انہوں نے اسے فریب دینا چاہا تو ہم نے ان کابرا حال کر دیا ندا ہوئی کہ بابرکت ہے وہ جو آگ میں ہے اور جو اس کے اطراف میں ہے اور پاک ہے اللہ جہانوں کا رب ہے۔
You may then say the following supplicatory prayer…
اس کے بعد کہے۔۔۔
اَللّٰهُمَّ يَا كَافِيًا مِنْ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ وَلَا يَكْفِىْ مِنْكَ شَيْءٌ اِكْفِ عَبْدَكَ وَابْنَ اَمَتِكَ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا يُخَافُ وَيُحْذَرُ وَمِنْ شَرِّ الْوَجَعِ الَّذِىْ يَشْكُوْهُ اِلَيْكَ۔
Allaahumma yaa kaafiyan min kulli shay'in walaa yakfee minka shay'un ikfi 'abdaka wabna amatika min sharri maa yukhaafu wayuhzaru wamin sharri al-waja'i allazee yashkoohu ilayk.
O Allah, O He Who saves from all things while nothing can save from You, (please) save Your servant and the son of Your she-servant from the evil of what he fears and anticipates and from the evil of the ache about which he is complaining to You.
اے معبود! اے جو ہر چیز کی نسبت کافی ہے اور کوئی چیز تیری نسبت کافی نہیں کفایت کر اپنے بندے اور اپنی کنیز کے بیٹے کی اس چیز کے شر سے جس سے خوف کھاتا اور ڈرتا ہے اور اس دردسے جس کی شکایت تجھ سے کر رہا ہے۔
It is also reported that one who suffers from toothache may take a blade or a leaf of a date-palm tree, rub the ached place with it, and repeat the following statement 7 times…
نیز روایت نقل ہوئی ہے : چھری یا کھجور کا پتہ لے کر اس جگہ پرمس کرے جہاں درد ہو تا ہے اور ۷ مرتبہ کہے۔۔۔

اللہ کے نام سے (شروع کرتا ہوں) جو بڑا مہربان نہایت رحم کرنے والا ہے۔
بِسْمِ اللهِ وَ بِاللهِ مُحَمَّدٌ رَسُوْلُ اللهِ وَ اِبْرٰهِيْمُ خَلِيْلُ اللهِ اُسْكُنْ بِالَّذِىْ سَكَنَ لَهٗ مَا فِى اللَّيْلِ وَالنَّهَارِ بِاِذْنِهٖ وَهُوَ عَلٰى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيْرٌ۔
Bismi allaahi wa billaahi muhammadun rasoolu allaahi wa ibraaheemu khaleelu allaahi uskun billazee sakana lahoo maa fee al-layli wan-nahaari bi'iznihee wahuwa 'alaa kulli shay'in qadeer.
In the Name of Allah (I begin) and in Allah (I trust). Muhammad is the messenger of Allah and Abraham is the friend of Allah. Calm down in the name of the One to Whom whatsoever is in the night and day rests by His permission and He has power over all things.
خدا کے نام سے خدا کی ذات سے محمدؐ خدا کے رسولؐ ہیں اورابراہیمؑ خدا کے سچے دوست ہیں اے درد رک جا اس کے حکم سے جس کے اذن سے رات دن میں ہر چیز ٹھہری ہوئی ہے اور وہ ہر چیز پر قدرت رکھتا ہے۔
It is also reported that one who suffers from toothache may put a stick or a piece of iron on the tooth and use this supplicatory amulet from the side of the tooth by repeating it 7 times…
روایت میں ہے : جس دانت میں درد ہو اس پر کوئی لکڑی یا لوہا رکھ کر ۷ مرتبہ کہے۔۔۔

اَلْعَجَبُ كُلُّ الْعَجَبِ دُوْدَةٌ تَكُوْنُ فِى الْفَمِ تَاْكُلُ الْعَظْمَ وَتُنْزِلُ الدَّمَ اَنَا الرَّاقِىْ وَاللهُ الشَّافِىْ وَالْكَافِىْ لَا اِلٰهَ اِلَّا اللهُ وَالْحَمْدُ لِلهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِيْنَ۔
وَاِذْ قَتَلْتُمْ نَفْسًا فَادّٰرَءْتُمْ فِيْهَا، وَاللهُ مُخْرِجٌ مَّا كُنْتُمْ تَكْتُمُوْنَ۔
فَقُلْنَا اضْرِبُوْهُ بِبَعْضِهَا، كَذٰلِكَ يُحْيِ اللهُ الْمَوْتٰى وَيُرِيْكُمْ اٰيٰتِهٖ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَعْقِلُوْنَ۔
Al-'ajabu kullu al-'ajabi doodatun takoonu fee al-fami ta'kulu al-'azma watunzilu ad-dama anaa ar-raaqee wallaahu ash-shaafee wal-kaafee laa ilaaha illaa allaahu wal-hamdu lillaahi rabbi al-'aalameen.
Wa-iz qataltum nafsan faddaara'tum feehaa, wallaahu mukhrijun maa kuntum taktumoon.
Faqulnaa idriboohu biba'dihaa, kazaalika yuhyi allaahu al-mawtaa wayureekum aayaatihee la'allakum ta'qiloon.
How wonderful! It is the wonder of wonders that a worm in the mouth eats the bone and causes blood to come out. I am the one who recites (the charm), and Allah is the Healer and the Sufficer. There is no god save Allah. All praise be to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds. “And when you killed a man, then you disagreed with respect to that, and Allah was to bring forth that which you were going to hide. So, We said: Strike the dead body with part of the sacrificed cow. Thus Allah brings the dead to life and He shows you His signs so that you may understand.”
تعجب ہے، بڑا ہی تعجب ہے کہ ایک کیڑا جو منہ میں ہوتا ہے، ہڈی کو کھاتا ہے اور خون نکالتا ہے۔ میں دم کرنے والا ہوں اور اللہ شفا دینے والا اور کفایت کرنے والا ہے، اللہ کے سوا کوئی معبود نہیں اور حمد اللہ کے لیے ہے جو جہانوں کا رب ہے۔ اور جب تم نے ایک شخص کو قتل کیا پھر اس کے بارے میں آپس میں جھگڑنے لگے، اور اللہ اس بات کو ظاہر کرنے والا تھا جسے تم چھپا رہے تھے۔ تو ہم نے کہا کہ اس (مقتول) کو اس (گائے) کے ایک ٹکڑے سے مارو، اسی طرح اللہ مردوں کو زندہ کرتا ہے اور تمہیں اپنی نشانیاں دکھاتا ہے تاکہ تم سمجھو۔
The previous method may be repeated 7 times.
اس عمل کو ۷ مرتبہ انجام دے۔
