Allahummaj Alli Feehe
اَللّٰھُمَّ اجْعَلْ لِیْ فِیْہِ
One of the short duas for the days of the month of Ramazan, each asking for a particular thing on its own day.
This one asks for three: a share of Allah's mercy, which it calls wide; guidance towards His shining proofs; and to be led to His all-encompassing pleasure.
It asks all of it by His love, and addresses Him at the end as the hope of those who desire Him.
بِسْمِ اللہِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیْمِ
Bismillaahir rahmaanir raheem
In the Name of Allah, the most Gracious, the most Merciful.
اللہ کے نام سے (شروع کرتا ہوں) جو بڑا مہربا ن نہایت رحم کرنے والا ہے۔
اَللّٰھُمَّ اجْعَلْ لِیْ فِیْہِ نَصِیْبًا مِّنْ رَّحْمَتِکَ الْوَاسِعَۃِ وَاھْدِنِیْ فِیْہِ لِبَرَاھِیْنِکَ السَّاطِعَۃِ وَخُذْ بِنَاصِیَتِیْ اِلٰی مَرْضَاتِکَ الْجَامِعَۃِ بِمَحَبَّتِکَ یَااَمَلَ الْمُشْتَاقِیْنَ۔
Allaahum-maj a’l lee feehe nasee-ban mir rahmate-kal waase-a’te wahde-nee feehe le-baraa-heene-kas saate-a’te wa khuz be-naase-yatee ilaa mar-zaate-kal jaame-a’te be-ma-hab-bate-ka yaa ama-lal mushtaa-qeen.
O Allah! On this day, grant me a share from Your mercy which is wide, guide me towards Your shining proofs, lead me to Your all encompassing pleasure, by Your love, O the hope of the desirous.
اے معبود! آج کے دن مجھے اپنی وسیع رحمت میں سے بہت زیادہ حصہ دے اس میں مجھ کو اپنے روشن دلائل کی ہدایت فرما اور میری مہار پکڑ کے مجھے اپنی جامع رضاؤں کی طرف لے جا اپنی محبت سے اے شوق رکھنے والوں کی آرزو۔
اَللّٰهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَّآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ۔
Allahumma swalle alaa muhammadiw wa aale muhammadin
Allah’s (s.w.t) choicest blessings be upon Mohammed and his holy progeny.
اے معبود! رحمت نازل فرما حضرت محمدؐ اور انکی آل ؑپر۔
