بِسْمِ اللہِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیْمِ
Bismillaahir rahmaanir raheem
In the Name of Allah, the most Gracious, the most Merciful.
اللہ کے نام سے (شروع کرتا ہوں) جو بڑا مہربا ن نہایت رحم کرنے والا ہے۔
اَللّٰهُمَّ اِنِّیْ اَسْئَلُكَ الْعَافِیَۃَ مِنْ جُهْدِ الْبَلَاۗئِ وَمِنْ شَمَاتَۃِ الْاَعْدَاۗئِ۔ اَللّٰهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِیْ ذَنْۢبِیْ وَزَكِّ عَمَلِیْ وَاغْسِلْ خَطَایَایَ فَاِنِّیْ ضَعِیْفٌ اِلٰی مَا قَوَیْتَ وَاَقْسِمْ لِیْ حِلْمًا تَسُدُّ بِهٖ بَابَ الْجَهْلِ وَعِلْمًا تُفَرِّجُ بِهِ الْجَهَالَاتِ وَیَقِیْنًا تُذْهِبُ بِهِ الشَّكَّ عَنِّیْ وَفَهْمًا تُخْرِجُنِیْ بِهٖ مِنَ الْفِتَنِ الْمُعَضِّلَاتِ وَنُوْرًا اَمْشٖی بِهٖ فِی الںَّاسِ وَاهْتَدِیْ بِهٖ فِی الظُّلُمَاتِ۔
Allaahumma innee as'aluka al-'aafiyata min juhdi al-balaa'i wamin shamaatati al-a'daa'i.
Allaahumma aghfir lee zanbee wazakki 'amalee waghsil khataayaaya fainnee da'eefun ilaa maa qawayta waaqsim lee hilman tasuddu bihee baaba al-jahli wa'ilman tufarriju bihi al-jahaalaati wayaqeenan tuzhibu bihi ash-shakka 'annee wafahman tukhrijunee bihee mina al-fitani al-mu'addilaati wanooran amsheey bihee fee an-naasi wahtadee bihee fee az-zulumaati. auto
O Allah! I seek refuge in You from the difficulties of examination and from the evil designs of the enemy. O Allah! Forgive my sins make my actions pure, ward away my sins because in front of those whom You have bestowed power, I am totally helpless, grant me such a tolerance that the doors of ignorance are closed, bestow on me that knowledge by which ignorance goes away. Give me that certainty by which the doubts are dispelled. Grant me that understanding which brings me out from the corruptions. Bestow on me that light by which I can bring understanding in people and can seek guidance from darkness.
بار الٰہا! میں آزمائش کی سختیوں اور دشمن کے تمسخر سے تیری پناہ مانگتا ہوں۔ معبود! میرے گناہ معاف کر، میرے عمل کو پاک بنا، میری غلطیوں کو دھو دے، کیونکہ جنہیں تونے قوت دی ہے ان کے مقابلے میں میں ناتوان ہوں مجھے ایسی بردباری عطا فرما جس سے جہالت کے دروازے بند ہو سکیں، وہ علم عطا فرما جس سے جہالت دور ہو سکے، وہ یقین جس سے شک دور ہو، وہ سمجھ کو مجھے ناتواں بنا دینے والے فتنوں سے نکال سکے، وہ نور عطا فرما جس کے سہارے لوگوں میں چلوں اور تاریکیوں میں ہدایت حاصل کروں۔
اَللّٰهُمَّ اصْلِحْ لِیْ سَمْعِیْ وَبَصَرِیْ وَشَعْرِیْ وَبَشَرِیْ وَقَلْبِیْ صَالِحًا بَاقِیًا تُصْلِحُ بِهَا مَا بَقِیَ مِنْ جَسَدِیْ اَسْئَلُكَ الرَّاحَۃَ عِنْدَ الْمَوْتِ وَالْعَفْوَ عِنْدَ الْحِسَابِ۔ اَللّٰهُمَّ اِنِّیْ اَسْئَلُكَ اَیُّ عَمَلٍ كَانَ اَحَبُّ اِلَیْكَ وَاَقْرَبُ لَدَیْكَ اَنْ تَسْتَعْمَلْنِیْ فِیْهِ اَبَدًا ثُمَّ لَقِّنِیْ اَشْرَفَ الْاَعْمَالِ عِنْدَكَ وَآتِنِیْ فِیْهِ قُوَّۃً وَصِدْقًا وِجِدًّا وَعَزَمًا مِنْكَ وَنِشَاطًا ثُمَّ اجْعَلْنِیْ اَعْمَلُ اِبْتِغَاۗئَ وَجْهِكَ وَمَعَاشًا فِیْمَا آتَیْتَ صَالِحِیْ عِبَادِكَ ثُمَّ اجْعَلْنِیْ لَا اَشْتَرِیْ بِهٖ ثَمَنًا،
Allaahumma aslih lee sam'ee wabasaree washa'ree wabasharee waqalbee saalihan baaqiyan tuslihu bihaa maa baqiya min jasadee as'aluka ar-raahata 'inda al-mawti wal-'afwa 'inda al-hisaabi.
Allaahumma innee as'aluka ayyu 'amalin kaana ahabbu ilayka waaqrabu ladayka an tasta'malnee feehi abadan thumma laqqinee ashrafa al-a'maali 'indaka waaatinee feehi quwwatan wasidqan wijiddan wa'azaman minka wanishaatan thumma aj'alnee a'malu ibtighaa'a wajhika wama'aashan feemaa aatayta saalihee 'ibaadika thumma aj'alnee laa ashtaree bihee thamanan, auto
O Allah! Reform my ears, eyes, intellect, heart, such reforms which remains and by which the other parts of the body are also reformed. I wish to be pardoned at the time of death and at the time of accounting. O Allah! I love all those actions which are dear to You and is accepted by You, involve me in such deeds always and honour me by those deeds which are close to You, and grant me sincerity and steadiness in those deeds, after which I continue doing those deeds throughout my life and whatever You have bestowed upon Your pious creatures make it as a support for me, make it in such a way that I never sell it at any cost throughout my life, neither I exchange it for something, at easiness or difficulties, either forgetfully or intentionally so much so that I die in this state.
معبود! میرے کان، آنکھ، شعور و وجود و قلب کی اصلاح فرما، وہ اصلاح جو باقی رہے، جس سے میرے جسم کے مابقی چیزوں کی بھی اصلاح ہو۔ میری تمنّا ہے کہ موت کے وقت راحت، حساب کے وقت معافی عطا ہو۔ پروردگارا! میں ہر اس عمل کا متمنّی ہوں جو تجھے محبوب ہو، تیری بارگاہ میں زیادہ سے زیادہ مقبول ہو اور مجھے اسی عمل میں ہمیشہ مصروف رکھ، پھر تیرے نزدیک جو بہترین عمل ہو اس سے مشرّف فرما، اور اس عمل میں قوت و خلوص، کوشش و استقلال و مسرّت نصیب فرما۔ اس کے بعد میں تیری ذات ہی کے لئے عمل کروں اور تونے اپنے نیک بندوں کو جو عطا فرمایا ہے اسے زندگی کا سہارا بنا دے، اور ایسا کردے کہ اسے کسی قیمت پر نہ بیچوں، نہ اس کے بدلے میں کچھ لوں۔ آسانی ہو یا دشواری، سستی ہو یا بھول یا ریا کاری کسی حالت میں اس عمل کو تبدیل نہ فرما۔
وَلَا اَبْتَغِیْ بِهٖ بَدَلًا وَلَا تُغَیِّرْهُ فِیْ سَرَّاۗئَ وَلَا ضَرَّاۗئَ وَلَا كَسِلًا وَلَا نِسْیَانًا وَلَا رِیَاۗئً وَلَاسُمْعَۃً حَتّٰی تَتَوَفَّانِیْ عَلَیْهِ وَارْزُقْنِیْ اَشْرَفَ الْقَتْلِ فِیْ سَبِیْلِكَ اَنْصُرُكَ وَاَنْصُرُ رَسُوْلَكَ اَشْتَرٰی بِهِ الْحَیٰوۃَ الْبَاقِیَۃَ بِالْحَیٰوۃِ الدُّنْیَا وَاَعِنِّیْ بِمَرْضَاتٍ مِنْ عِنْدِكَ۔ اَللّٰهُمَّ اِنِّیْ اَسْئَلُكَ قَلْبًا سَلِیْمًا ثَابِتًا حَفِیْظًا مُنِیْبًا یَعْرِفُ الْمَعْرُوْفَ فَیَتَّبِعُهٗ وَیُنْكِرُ الْمُنْكَرَ فَیَجْتَنِبُهٗ لَا فَاجِرًا وَلَا شَقِیًّا وَلَا مُرْتَابًا یَا بَاسِطَ الْیَدَیْنِ بِالرَّحْمَۃِ یَا مَنْ سَبَقَتْ رَحْمَتُهٗ غَضَبَهٗ۔
Walaa abtaghee bihee badalan walaa tughayyirhu fee sarraa'a walaa darraa'a walaa kasilan walaa nisyaanan walaa riyaa'an walaasum'atan hattaa tatawaffaanee 'alayhi warzuqnee ashrafa al-qatli fee sabeelika ansuruka waansuru rasoolaka ashtaraa bihi al-hayaata al-baaqiyata bil-hayaati ad-dunyaa waa'innee bimardaatin min 'indika.
Allaahumma innee as'aluka qalban saleeman thaabitan hafeezan muneeban ya'rifu al-ma'roofa fayattabi'uhoo wayunkiru al-munkara fayajtanibuhoo laa faajiran walaa shaqiyyan walaa murtaaban yaa baasita al-yadayni bir-rahmati yaa man sabaqat rahmatuhoo ghadabahoo. auto
Grant me a great martyrdom in Your way, I help You and Your Prophet. I can buy the life for the hereafter and gain Your pleasure. O Allah! I ask from You such a heart which is tranquil and steadfast, safe and praying, which can understand recognition and adhere to it, does not love evil and be away from it, neither it is a transgressor, nor wretched nor uncertain. O the one to spread mercy. O the one whose mercy precedes His Wrath. I request You to let my life proceed towards goodness and let death be a means of clearing all the defects. Complete my deeds on martyrdom.
یہاں تک کہ مجھے اسی پر موت آئے، مجھے اپنی راہ میں بہترین شہادت عطا فرما، تیری مدد کروں، تیرے رسول کی مدد کروں۔ میں زندگانی باقی دنیا کے بدلے خریدلوں اور اپنی بارگاہ سے اپنی رضا مرحمت فرما۔ خدا وندا! میں تجھ سے وہ دل مانگتا ہوں جو سلیم اور ثابت قدم، محفوظ و دعاگو، معروف کو سمجھے اور اس کی پیروی کے منکر کو پسند کرے اور اس سے بچے، نہ فاجر ہو نہ شقی ہو نہ شکی۔ اے رحمت کے سائے پھیلانے والے، اے وہ کہ جس کی رحمت اس کے غضب سے آگے ہے۔
اَسْئَلُكَ اَنْ تَجْعَلَ حَیٰوتِیْ زِیَادَۃً فِیْ كُلِّ خَیْرٍ وَاجْعَلِ الْوَفَاۃَ نَجَاۃً مِنْ كُلِّ شَرٍّ وَاخْتِمْ لِیْ عَمَلِیْ بِالشَّهَادَۃِ یَا عُدَّتِیْ فِیْ كُرْبَتِیْ وَیَا صَاحِبِیْ فِیْ حَاجَتِیْ وَیَا وَلِیّٖ فِیْ نِعْمَتِیْ اَسْئَلُكَ اَنْ تَرْزُقَنِیْ شُكْرَ نِعْمَتَكَ وَصَبْرًا عَلٰی بَلِیَّتِكَ وَرِضًی بِقَدْرِكَ وَتَصْدِیْقًا بِوَعْدِكَ وَحِفْظًا لِوَصِیَّتِكَ وَ وَرْعًا وَ تَوَكُّلًا عَلَیْكَ وَاِعْتِصَامًا بِحَبْلِكَ وَتَمَسُّكًا بِكِتَابِكَ وَمَعْرِفَۃً بِحَقِّكَ وَقُوَّۃً فِیْ عِبَادَتِكَ۔
As'aluka an taj'ala hayaatee ziyaadatan fee kulli khayrin waj'ali al-wafaata najaatan min kulli sharrin wakhtim lee 'amalee bish-shahaadati yaa 'uddatee fee kurbatee wayaa saahibee fee haajatee wayaa waliyyee fee ni'matee as'aluka an tarzuqanee shukra ni'mataka wasabran 'alaa baliyyatika waridan biqadrika watasdeeqan biwa'dika wahifzan liwasiyyatika wa war'an wa tawakkulan 'alayka wai'tisaaman bihablika watamassukan bikitaabika wama'rifatan bihaqqika waquwwatan fee 'ibaadatika. auto
O my supporter in difficulties, O my Lord at times of need and O the Lord of my bounties. Make me thankful on the bounties, patience on calamities, agreeable on destiny, trust on the covenants, grace for protecting the laws of Islam, piety, reliance on Yourself, relation with You, attachment with Your book, insight of Your right, strength for Your worship, delight in Your remembrance, must be destined for me till the time You keep me on Your earth and when the needed thing, death comes then convert my death as being killed in Your way, and that too by the worst of Your creatures, and my past life like those who while living received sustenance from Your kingdom.
میں تجھ سے درخواست کرتا ہوں کہ میری زندگی نیکیوں کے لئے بڑھا اور موت کو ہر عیب سے نجات کا سبب بنا، اور میرے عمل کو شہادت پر ختم کر۔ اے مصیبتوں میں میرے سہارے، اے حاجتوں میں میرے مالک اور اے میری نعمتوں کے مالک، اور مجھے اپنی نعمتوں پر شکر کرنے والا، بلاؤں پر صبر کرنے والا، تقدیر پر رضا مندی، وعدے پر یقین، احکام کی محافظت کی توفیق، پرہز گاری، تیری ذات پر توکل، تیرے رشتے سے تعلق، تیری کتاب سے وابستگی، تیرے حق کی بصیرت، تیری عبادت کی قوت۔
وَنِشَاطًا لِذِكْرِكَ مَا اسْتَعْمَرْتَنِیْ فِیْ اَرْضِكَ فِاِذَا كَانَ مَا لَا بُدَّ مِنْهُ الْمَوْتَ فَاجْعَلْ مَیْتَنِیْ قَتْلًا فِیْ سَبِیْلِكَ بِیَدِ شَرِّ خَلْقِكَ وَاجْعَلْ مَصِیْرِیْ فِی الْاَحْیَاۗئِ الْمَرْزُوْقِیْنَ عِنْدَكَ فِیْ دَارِ الْحَیْوَانِ۔ اَللّٰهُمَّ اجْعَلِ النُّوْرَ فِیْ بَصَرِیْ وَالْیَقِیْنَ فِیْ قَلْبِیْ وَخَوْفَكَ فِیْ نَفْسِیْ وَذِكْرَكَ عَلٰی لِسَانِیْ۔ اَللّٰهُمَّ اجْعَلْ رَغْبَتِیْ فِیْ مَسْئَلَتِیْ اِیَّاكَ رَغْبَۃَ اَوْلِیَاۗئِكَ فِیْ مَسَاۗئِلِهِمْ وَاجْعَلْ رَهْبَتِیْ اِیَّاكَ فِی اسْتَجَارَتِیْ مِنْ عَذَابِكَ رَهْبَۃَ اَوْلِیَاۗئِكَ۔
Wanishaatan lizikrika maa asta'martanee fee ardika fiizaa kaana maa laa budda minhu al-mawta faj'al maytanee qatlan fee sabeelika biyadi sharri khalqika waj'al maseeree fee al-ahyaa'i al-marzooqeena 'indaka fee daari al-haywaani.
Allaahumma aj'ali an-noora fee basaree wal-yaqeena fee qalbee wakhawfaka fee nafsee wazikraka 'alaa lisaanee.
Allaahumma aj'al raghbatee fee mas'alatee iyyaaka raghbata awliyaa'ika fee masaa'ilihim waj'al rahbatee iyyaaka fee astajaaratee min 'azaabika rahbata awliyaa'ika. auto
O Allah! Bestow light in my eyes, certainty in my heart, and fear in my soul and Your remembrance on my tongue. O Allah! Grant me that pleasure which Your beloved ones had when they were seeking from You and I fear Your wrath as Your beloved ones used to fear You. O Allah! Bestow on me Your happiness and obedience, to such an extent that except You, I don't fear any of Your creature and leave Your obedience.
تیری یاد میں نشات اس وقت تک نصیب رہے جب تک تو اپنی زمین پر مجھے باقی رکھے اور جب ضروری سے صروری چیز، موت کا وقت ہو تو میری موت کو اپنی راہ میں قتل ہونے سے بدل دے، اور وہ بھی اپنی مخلوق کے بدترین شخص کے ہاتھوں سے، اور میری بازگشت ان زندوں میں کر جو منزل حیات میں تیری بارگاہ سے روزی حاصل کرتے ہیں۔ خدا وندا! میری آمکھوں میں نور، میرے دل میں یقین، میرے نفص میں تیرا خوف، میری زبان پر تیرا ذکر ہو۔ بار الٰہا! میری درخواستوں میں تجھ سے وہ شوق ہو جو تیرے اولیاء کو اپنے سوالات کے وقت ہوتا ہے، اور میرا تجھ سے خوف اور تیرے عذاب سے ایسا ڈر ہو جو تیرے اولیاء کو ہوتا ہے۔
اَللّٰهُمَّ فَاسْتَعْمِلْنِیْ فِیْ مَرْضَاتِكَ وَطَاعَتِكَ عَمَلًا لَا اَتْرُكَ شَیْئًا مِنْ مَرَضَاتِكَ وَطَاعَتِكَ مَخَافَۃَ اَحَدٍ مِّنْ خَلْقِكَ دُوْنَكَ۔ اَللّٰهُمَّ مَا آتَیْتَنِیْ مِنْ خَیْرِ فَاتِنِیْ مَعَهٗ شُكْرًا یُحْدِثُ لِیْ بِهٖ ذِكْرًا وَّاَحْسِنْ لِیْ بِهٖ ذُخْرًا وَمَا زَوَیْتَ عَنِّیْ مِنْ عَطَاۗئٍ وَآتَیْتَنِیْ عَنْهُ غِنًی فَاجْعَلْ لِیْ فِیْهِ اَجْرًا وَآتِنِیْ عَلَیْهِ صَبْرًا۔ اَللّٰهُمَّ سُدَّ فَقْرِیْ فِی الدُّنْیَا وَلَا تُلْهِنِیْ عَنْ عِبَادَتِكَ وَلَا تُنْسِنِیْ ذِكْرَكَ وَلَا تُقَصِّرْ رَغَبَتِیْ فِیْمَا عِنْدَكَ۔
Allaahumma fasta'milnee fee mardaatika wataa'atika 'amalan laa atruka shay'an min maradaatika wataa'atika makhaafata ahadin min khalqika doonaka.
Allaahumma maa aataytanee min khayri faatinee ma'ahoo shukran yuhdithu lee bihee zikran waahsin lee bihee zukhran wamaa zawayta 'annee min 'ataa'in waaataytanee 'anhu ghinan faj'al lee feehi ajran waaatinee 'alayhi sabran.
Allaahumma sudda faqree fee ad-dunyaa walaa tulhinee 'an 'ibaadatika walaa tunsinee zikraka walaa tuqassir raghabatee feemaa 'indaka. auto
O Allah! When You grant me bounties also bestow on me the power to thank You by which I remember You and those bounties which are away from me. You find me needing it. Grant me reward and patience on it. O Allah! Dispel poverty from me in the world and let me not be unmindful of Your worship, don't let me be away from Your remembrance, and do not divert my attention from the rewards which are with You.
معبود! مجھے اپنی خوشنودی و فرماں پرداری کے ایسے اعمال میں لگا دے کہ میں تیرے علاوہ تیری کسی مخلوق کے خوف سے تیری کسی مرضی اور اطاعت کو ترک نہ کروں۔ بار الٰہا! جو نعمت بھی عطا فرما، اس کے ساتھ ہی ایسے شکر کی توفق بھی دے جس سے میرا ذکر بھی ہو اور ذخیرہ بھی خوشگوار ہو سکے، اور جس نعمت سے مجھے محروم کر دیا ہو یا اس سے مجھے نیاز مند فرمایا ہو، تو اس میں مجھے اجر اور صبر عطا فرما۔ خدا وبدا! دنیا میں میری فقیری دور فرما اور اپنی عبادت سے غافل نہ ہونے دے، اپنی یاد کو فراموش نہ ہونے دے اور جو انعام تیری بارگاہ میں ہے اس سے میری توجہ کو کم نہ ہونے دے۔
اَللّٰهُمَّ اِنِّیْ اَعُوْذُ بِكَ مَنَ الْغَمِّ وَالْحُزْنِ وَالْعَجْزِ وَالْكَسَلِ وَالْجُبْنِ وَالْبُخْلِ وَسُوْۗئِ الْخُلْقِ وَضَلْعِ الدَّبْنِ وَغَلَبَۃِ الرِّجَالِ وَغَلَبَۃِ الْعَدُوِّ وَتَوَالِیَ الْاَیَّامِ وَشَرِّ مَا یَعْمَلُ الظَّالِمُوْنَ فِی الْاَرْضِ وَبَلِیَّۃٍ لَا اَسْتَطِیْعُ عَلَیْهِ صَبْرًا وَاَعُوْذُ بِكَ مِنْ كُلِّ شَیْءٍ زَحْزَحَ بَیْنِیْ وَبَیْنَكَ اَوْ بَاعَدَ مِنْكَ اَوْ صَرَفَ عَنِّیْ وَجْهَكَ اَوْ نَقَصَ مِنْ حَظِّیْ عِنْدَكَ وَاَعُوْذُ بِكَ اَنْ تَحُوْلَ خَطَایَایَ اَوْظُلْمِیْ اَوْ اِسْرَافِیْ عَلٰی نَفْسِیْ وَاتِّبَاعَ هَوَاۗئِیْ وَاسْتِعْمَالَ شَهْوَتِیْ دُوْنَ رَحْمَتِكَ وَبِرِّكَ وَفَضْلِكَ وَبَرَكَاتِكَ وَمَوْعُوْدِكَ عَلٰی نَفْسِكَ۔
Allaahumma innee a'oozu bika mana al-ghammi wal-huzni wal-'ajzi wal-kasali wal-jubni wal-bukhli wasoo'i al-khulqi wadal'i ad-dabni waghalabati ar-rijaali waghalabati al-'aduwwi watawaaliya al-ayyaami washarri maa ya'malu az-zaalimoona fee al-ardi wabaliyyatin laa astatee'u 'alayhi sabran waa'oozu bika min kulli shay'in zahzaha baynee wabaynaka aw baa'ada minka aw sarafa 'annee wajhaka aw naqasa min hazzee 'indaka waa'oozu bika an tahoola khataayaaya awzulmee aw israafee 'alaa nafsee waattibaa'a hawaa'ee wasti'maala shahwatee doona rahmatika wabirrika wafadlika wabarakaatika wamaw'oodika 'alaa nafsika. auto
O Allah! I seek refuge from the sorrow, helplessness, laziness, cowardice, miserliness, and bad behaviour excess of debts, overpowering and enmity of the people, trouble of days, evil deeds of the inhabitants of the earth, and the intolerable things and I seek Your safety from all those things which become a barrier between You and me or which makes me away from You or divert my attention from You. Or minimize my share from You and I seek Your protection from my sins, my oppression upon myself, following my soul may prevent Your mercy and promises from me.
اے پالنے والے! میں رنج و غم، عاجزی و سستی، بُزدلی و بخل اور بد اخلاقی، زیادتی قرض، لوگوں کے غلبے، دشمنوں کی بالا دستی، دنوں کی گردشوں، زمین پر رہنے والے ظالموں کے ستم خیز اعمال، اور ناقابل برداشت و صبر باتوں سے تیری پناہ طلب کرتا ہوں، اور ہر اس چیز سے پناہ مانگتا ہوں جو میرے اور تیرے درمیان میں رکاوٹ بن جائے یا مجھے تجھ سے دور کر دے، یا مجھ سے تیری توجہ کو موڑ دے، یا میرا حصہ تیری بارگاہ میں کم کر دے، اور اس بات سے پناہ مانگتا ہوں کہ میری خطائیں، میرا ظلم، اپنے اپر اپنی زیادتی، اپنی خواہشوں کی پیروی، اپنی طلب تیری رحمت و احسان، تیرے وعدہ کرم و فضل کو روک دے۔
اَللّٰهُمَّ اِنِّیْ اَعُوْذُ بِكَ مِنْ صَاحِبِ سُوْۗئٍ فِی الْمَغِیْبِ وَالْمَحْضَرِ فَاِنَّ قَلْبَهٗ یَرْعَانِیْ وَعَیْنَاهُ تَنْظُرَانِیْ وَاُذُنَاهُ تَسْمَعَانِیْ اِنْ رَاٰی حَسَنَۃً اَخْفَاهَا وَاِنْ رَاٰی سَیِّئَۃً اَبْدَاهَا وَاَعُوْذُ بِكَ مِنْ طَمْعٍ یُدْنِیْ اِلٰی طَمْعٍ وَاَعُوْذُ بِكَ مِنْ ضَلَالَۃٍ تُرْدِیْنِیْ وَمِنْ فِتْنَۃٍ تُعْرِضُ بِیْ وَمِنْ خَطِیْئَۃٍ لَا تَوْبَۃَ مَعَهَا وَمِنْ مَنْظَرِ سُوْۗئٍ فِی الْاَهْلِ وَالْمَالِ وَالْوَلَدِ عِنْدَ غَضَاضَۃِ الْمَوْتِ وَاَعُوْذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْكُفْرِ وَالشَّكِّ وَالْبَغْیِ وَالْحَمِیَّۃِ وَالْغَضَبِ وَاَعُوْذُ بِكَ مِنْ شَیْءٍ یُطْغِیْنِیْ وَمِنْ فَقْرٍ یُنْسِیْنِیْ وَمِنْ هُوًی یُرْدِیْنِیْ وَمِنْ عَمَلٍ یُخْزِیْنِیْ وَمِنْ صَاحِبٍ یُغْوِیْنِیْ۔
Allaahumma innee a'oozu bika min saahibi soo'in fee al-magheebi wal-mahdari fainna qalbahoo yar'aanee wa'aynaahu tanzuraanee wauzunaahu tasma'aanee in raaa hasanatan akhfaahaa wain raaa sayyi'atan abdaahaa waa'oozu bika min tam'in yudnee ilaa tam'in waa'oozu bika min dalaalatin turdeenee wamin fitnatin tu'ridu bee wamin khatee'atin laa tawbata ma'ahaa wamin manzari soo'in fee al-ahli wal-maali wal-waladi 'inda ghadaadati al-mawti waa'oozu bika mina al-kufri wash-shakki wal-baghyi wal-hamiyyati wal-ghadabi waa'oozu bika min shay'in yutgheenee wamin faqrin yunseenee wamin huwan yurdeenee wamin 'amalin yukhzeenee wamin saahibin yughweenee. auto
O Allah! I seek refuge from an evil companion whose heart even is inclined to me, and eyes set on me, his ears are hearing me, but when he sees goodness he conceals it from me and if he sees evil he reveals it to me, and I seek refuge from this greed which brings us closer to another greed. I seek refuge from the deviation, which destroys me and that corruption which ruins me, and from that sin after which there is no repentance and from the destruction of progeny which is visible at the time of death, and I seek Your protection from polytheism, disobedience, prejudice and anger. And I seek refuge from those things that makes me rebellious and the poverty which destroys me and from the desires which annihilates me and those deeds which debases me, and from that friend who deviates me.
خدا وندا! میں سامنے اور غیبت میں اس بدکار ساتھی سے تیری پناہ مانگتا ہوں جس کا دل اگر چہ میری رعایت اور آنکھیں مجھ پر نظر، اس کے کان میری بات سنتے ہیں، مگر جب نیکی دیلھتا ہے تو چھپا دیتا ہے، اور اگر بدی دیکھتا ہے تو ظاہر کر دیتا ہے، اور میں اس لالچ سے پناہ مانگتا ہوں جو دوسرے لالچ سے قریب کر دے۔ اس گمراہی سے پناہ مانگتا ہو جو مجھے ہلاک کر دے گی اور اس فتنے سے جو مجھے لاحق ہو اہے، اور اس خطا سے جس کے بعد توبہ نہیں، اور آل اولاد، مال اور عیال کی اس تباہ حالی سے جو موت کے وقت نظر آئے، اور میں کفر و شک، بغاوت و تعصّب اور غصّے سے پناہ مانگتا ہوں، اور اس چیز سے پناہ مانگتا ہوں جو مجھے سرکش بنا دے اور اس فقیری سے جو مجھے مٹا دے، ان خواہشوں سے جو مجھے فنا کردیں اور اس عمل سے جو مجھے رسوا کر دیں، اس ساتھی سے جو مجھے گمراہ کر دے۔
اَللّٰهُمَّ اِنِّیْ اَعُوْذُ بِكَ مِنْ شَرِّ یَوْمٍ اَوَّلَهٗ فَزَعٌ وَآخِرُهٗ جَزَعٌ تَسْوَدُّ فِیْهِ الْوُجُوْهُ وَتَجُفُّ فِیْهِ الْاَكْبَادُ وَاَعُوْذُ بِكَ اَنْ اَعْمَلَ ذَنْۢبًا مُحْبِطًا لَا تَغْفِرُهٗ اَبَدًا وَمِنْ ذَنْۢبٍ یَمْنَعُ خَیْرَ الْآخِرَۃِ وَمِنْ اَمَلٍ یَمْنَعُ خَیْرَ الْعَمَلِ وَمِنْ حَیٰوهٍ تَمْنَعُ خَیْرَ الْمَمَاۃِ وَاَعُوْذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْجَهْلِ وَالْهَزْلِ وَمِنْ شَرِّ الْقَوْلِ وَالْفِعْلِ وَمِنْ سُقْمٍ یَشْغَلَنِیْ وَمِنْ صِحَّۃٍ تُلْهِیْنِیْ۔
Allaahumma innee a'oozu bika min sharri yawmin awwalahoo faza'un waaakhiruhoo jaza'un taswaddu feehi al-wujoohu watajuffu feehi al-akbaadu waa'oozu bika an a'mala zanban muhbitan laa taghfiruhoo abadan wamin zanbin yamna'u khayra al-aakhirati wamin amalin yamna'u khayra al-'amali wamin hayaahin tamna'u khayra al-mamaati waa'oozu bika mina al-jahli wallaahazli wamin sharri al-qawli wal-fi'li wamin suqmin yashghalanee wamin sihhatin tulheenee. auto
O Allah! I seek Your protection from the day whose beginning is fear and end is restlessness in which faces turn black and heart becomes dry and of those sins that seizes the good deeds which is not forgiven by You and of the sins which prevents good deeds and with the hope which refuses good deeds, and from that life which refrains from good death, I seek refuge from ignorance and from vain talks, foul language and evil deeds, from that diseases which keeps me busy, from that health which makes me forget You.
اے خدا! میں اس دن سے پناہ مانگتا ہوں جس کے آغاز میں گھبراہٹ اور آخر میں بے چینی ہے۔ جس میں چہرے سیاہ، دل خشک ہوں گے، اور اس گناہ سے پناہ، جو عمل ضبط کرا دے جسے تو کبھی نہ بخشے گا، اور اس گناہ سے جو آخرت کی نیکی روکے، اور اس امید سے جو اچھے عمل کو منع کرے، اور اس زندگی سے جو اچھی موت سے باز رکھے اور میں جہالت سے پناہ مانگتا ہوں، اور لغویت سے، بد زبانی و بد عملی سے ایسی بیماری سے جو مجھے اُلجھا دے، ایسے صحت سے جو مجھے تیری یاد بھلا دے۔
وَاَعُوْذُ بِكَ مِنَ التَّعَبِ وَالنَّصَبِ وَالْوَصَبِ وَالضِّیْیِ وَالضَّلَالَۃِ وَالْغَاۗئِلَۃِ وَالذِّلَّۃِ وَالْمَسْكَنَۃِ وَالرِّیَاۗئِ وَالسُّمْعَۃِ وَالنِّدَامَۃِ وَالْحُزْنِ وَالْخُشُوْعِ وَالْبَغِیْ وَالْفِتَنِ وَمِنْ جَمِیْعِ الْآفَاتِ وَالسَّیِّئَاتِ وَبَلَاۗئِ الدُّنْیَا وَالْآخِرَۃِ وَاَعُوْذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْفَوَاحِشِ مَا ظَهَرَمِنْهَا وَمَا بَطَنَ وَاَعُوْذُ بِكَ مِنْ وَسْوَسَۃِ الْاَنْفُسِ وَمِمَّا لَا تُحِبُّ مِنَ الْقَوْلِ وَالْفِعْلِ وَالْعَمَلِ اِنِّیْ اَعُوْذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْجِنِّ وَالْاِنْسِ وَالْحِسِّ وَاللِّبْسِ وَمِنْ طَوَارِقِ اللَّیْلِ وَالنَّهَارِ وَاَنْفُسِ الْجِنِّ وَاَعْیُنِ الْاِنْسِ۔
Waa'oozu bika mina at-ta'abi wan-nasabi wal-wasabi wad-deeyi wad-dalaalati wal-ghaa'ilati waz-zillati wal-maskanati war-riyaa'i was-sum'ati wan-nidaamati wal-huzni wal-khushoo'i wal-baghee wal-fitani wamin jamee'i al-aafaati was-sayyi'aati wabalaa'i ad-dunyaa wal-aakhirati waa'oozu bika mina al-fawaahishi maa zaharaminhaa wamaa batana waa'oozu bika min waswasati al-anfusi wamimmaa laa tuhibbu mina al-qawli wal-fi'li wal-'amali innee a'oozu bika mina al-jinni wal-insi wal-hissi wal-libsi wamin tawaariqi al-layli wan-nahaari waanfusi al-jinni waa'yuni al-insi. auto
I seek refuge from fatigue and tiredness, from sorrow and hardships, from deviation and cheating from disgrace, poverty and ego, from doing actions for showing off, from shame and sorrow, from revolt and mischief, from all calamities and evil, from the calamities of this world and the hereafter. With Your help I wish to be saved from all absurdities, from the whispering of the hearts and from all those words and actions which You do not approve of and by Your help I wish to be saved from the Jinns, people, cheating, calamities of the day and night, from the evil of Jinns and the evil eyes of the people.
اور میں پناہ مانگتا ہوں تھکاوٹ اور زحمت، رنج و تنگی، گمراہی اور فریب دہی و ذلّت سے غربت و ریاکاری، سنانے اور دکھانے کے لئے عمل کرنے، شرمندگی اور غم (دنیا والوں سے) فروتنی اور (تیری) بغاوت، فتنہ خیزیوں اور تمام آفتوں اور برائیوں، دنیا و آخرت کی بلاوں سے، میں تیرے ذریعے ظاہری و باطنی لغویتوں سے بچنا چاہتا ہوں میں تیرے سہارے بچنا چاہتا ہوں، دلوں کے وسوسوں اور ایسے قوت و فعل و عمل جو تجھے پسند نہیں۔ میں تیرے ذریعے جنّوں، انسانوں، مکر و فریب، دنوں اور راتوں کی مصیبتوں، جنّوں کی زد، اور انسانوں کی نگاہِ بد سے بچنا چاہتا ہوں۔
اَللّٰهُمَّ اِنِّیْ اَعُوْذُ بِكَ مِنْ شَرِّ نَفْسِیْ وَمِنْ شَرِّ لِسَانِیْ وَمِنْ شَرِّ سَمٖعِیْ وَمِنْ شَرِّ بَصَرِیْ وَ اَعُوْذُ بِكَ مِنْ نَفْسٍ لَا تَشْبَعُ وَمِنْ قَلْبٍ لَّا تَخْشَعُ وَمِنْ دُعَاۗئٍ لَا یُسْمَعُ وَمِنْ صَلٰوۃٍ لَا تُقْبَلُ۔ اَللّٰهُمَّ لَا تُخَلَّنِیْ فِیْ شَیْءٍ مِنْ عَذَابِكَ وَلَا تَرُدَّنِیْ فِیْ ضَلَالَۃٍ۔ اَللّٰهُمَّ اِنِّیْ اَعُوْذُ بِكَ بِشِدَّۃِ مُلْكِكَ وَعِزَّۃِ قُدْرَتِكَ وَعَظْمَتِ سُلْطَانِكَ وَمِنْ شَرِّ خَلْقِكَ اَجْمَعِیْنَ۔
Allaahumma innee a'oozu bika min sharri nafsee wamin sharri lisaanee wamin sharri samee'ee wamin sharri basaree wa a'oozu bika min nafsin laa tashba'u wamin qalbin laa takhsha'u wamin du'aa'in laa yusma'u wamin salaatin laa tuqbalu.
Allaahumma laa tukhallanee fee shay'in min 'azaabika walaa taruddanee fee dalaalatin.
Allaahumma innee a'oozu bika bishiddati mulkika wa'izzati qudratika wa'azmati sultaanika wamin sharri khalqika ajma'eena. auto
O Allah! I seek protection from You, save me from the evil of the heart, evil of the tongue, evil of the ears, and mischief of the eyes. I supplicate to You, save me from the stomach which never fills, and from the heart which is not afraid of You and from the supplication which is not worth hearing and from the prayer which is rejected. O Allah! Do not put me in the smallest chastisement and do not sent upon me in ignorance. O Allah! Save me from Your severest control, high power, honour and kingdom and from all the losses of Your entire creation.
خدا وندا! میں تجھ سے پناہ مانگتا ہوں (اے رب العٰلمین) مجھے میرے دل کے شر، زبان کی بدی، کانوں کے نقص، آنکھوں کے فتور سے بچا۔ میں تجھ سے دعا کرتا ہوں کہ اس نفس سے محفوظ رکھ جو شکم سیر ہونے دے، اور اس دل سے جو تجھ سے ڈرتا نہ ہو، اس دعا سے جو سننے کے قابل نہ ہو، اس نماز سے جو مقبول نہ ہو۔ خدا وبدا! مجھے اپنے معمولی سے معمولی عذاب میں بھی نہ اُتارنا، گمراہی میں وارد نہ ہونے دینا۔ اے معبود! مجھے اپنی شدّت، اختیار، جلال قدرت، عظمت، سلطنت کی سخت گیری سے محفوظ رکھ اور اپنی تمام مخلوقات کے ہر نقصان سے بچا۔ (آمین یا ربّ العٰلمین)
اَللّٰهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَّآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ۔
Allahumma swalle alaa muhammadiw wa aale muhammadin
Allah’s (s.w.t) choicest blessings be upon Mohammed and his holy progeny.
اے معبود! رحمت نازل فرما حضرت محمدؐ اور انکی آل ؑپر۔
