بِسْمِ اللہِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیْمِ
Bismi allaahi ar-rahmaani ar-raheem
In the Name of Allah, the most Gracious, the most Merciful.
اللہ کے نام سے (شروع کرتا ہوں) جو بڑا مہربان نہایت رحم کرنے والا ہے۔
وَاِنْ يَّكَادُ الَّذِيْنَ كَفَرُوْا لَيُزْلِقُوْنَكَ بِاَبْصَارِهِمْ لَمَّا سَمِعُوا الذِّكْرَ وَيَقُوْلُوْنَ اِنَّهٗ لَمَجْنُوْنٌ
Wa-in yakaadu allazeena kafaroo layuzliqoonaka bi-absaarihim lammaa sami'oo az-zikra wayaqooloona innahoo lamajnoon
And those who disbelieve would almost smite you with their eyes when they hear the reminder, and they say: Most surely he is mad.
اور یہ کفّار قرآن کو سنتے ہیں تو ایسا لگتا ہے کہ عنقریب آپ کو نظروں سے پھسلا دیں گے اور یہ کہتے ہیں کہ یہ تو دیوانے ہیں۔
Imam Sadiq (a) is reported to have said: Once you fear lest you will be affected by an evil eye or you may affect others with it, you may repeat the following statement 3 times…
نیز امام جعفر صادقؑ سے مروی ہے : جب کسی کو یہ خوف ہو کہ کسی کو نظر لگ جائے گی یا اسے کسی کی نظر لگ جائے تو ۳ مرتبہ کہے۔۔۔
مَاشَآءَ اللهُ لَا قُوَّةَ اِلَّا بِاللهِ الْعَلِىِّ الْعَظِيْمِ۔
Maashaa'a allaahu laa quwwata illaa billaahi al-'aliyyi al-'azeem.
As Allah willed. There is no power and might except by Allah, the Exalted and the Mighty.
وہی ہوتا ہے جو خدا چاہے نہیں کوئی قوت مگر جو خدائے بلند بزرگ تر سے ہے۔
It is also reported that whoever puts on an attractive attire, should recite Surah Falaq and Surah Naas before leaving his house. If he does, nothing will harm him by the permission of Almighty Allah. To fend off the evil eyes, you may raise your hand to the level of your face, recite Surah Fateha, Surah Ikhlaas, Surah Falaq, and Surah Naas, and rub your forelocks with your hands.
روایت میں آیا ہے : جب کوئی اپنے آپ کو بنا سنوار کر باہر نکلے تو سورۂ فلق وسورۂ ناس پڑھ لے انشا ء اللہ کوئی چیز اسے نقصان نہیں پہنچائے گی۔ نیز نظرِ بد سے بچنے کے لئے دونوں ہاتھ چہرے کے سامنے بلند کر کے سورۂ فاتحہ، سورۂ اخلاص، سورۂ فلق، سورۂ ناس کو پڑھ کر ہاتھوں کو سر کے اگلے حصّے پر مس کرے۔

نظر بد کو دور کرنے کے لیئے یہ دُعا پڑھے۔۔۔
اَللّٰهُمَّ رَبَّ مَطَرٍ حَابِسٍ وَحَجَرٍ يَابِسٍ وَلَيْلٍ دَامِسٍ وَرَطْبٍ وَّيَابِسٍ رُدَّ عَيْنَ الْعَائِنِ عَلَيْهِ فِىْ كَبِدِهٖ وَنَحْرِهٖ وَمَالِهٖ فَارْجِعِ الْبَصَرَ هَلْ تَرٰى مِنْ فُطُوْرٍ ثُمَّ ارْجِعِ الْبَصَرَ كَرَّتَيْنِ يَنْقَلِبْ اِلَيْكَ الْبَصَرُ خَاسِئًا وَهُوَ حَسِيْرٌ۔
Allaahumma rabba matarin haabisin wahajarin yaabisin walaylin daamisin waratbin wayaabisin rudda 'ayna al-'aa'ini 'alayhi fee kabidihee wanahrihee wamaalihee farji'i al-basara hal taraa min futoorin thumma irji'i al-basara karratayni yanqalib ilayka al-basaru khaasi'an wahuwa haseer.
O Allah, Lord of the withheld rain, the dry stone, the pitch-dark night, and (of all that is) moist and dry: turn the eye of the one who casts the evil eye back upon himself, in his liver, his throat and his wealth. "So look again: do you see any rift? Then look again, and yet again; your sight will return to you dazzled and weary."
اے معبود! اے رکی ہوئی بارش خشک پتھر تاریک رات اور ہر خشک و تر چیز کے پروردگار نظر لگانے والے کی نظر کو اس کے جگر اس کی گردن اور اس کے مال پر لوٹا دے پس نظر اٹھا کے دیکھ بھلا تجھے شگاف نظر آتا ہے پھر دوبارہ آنکھ اٹھا کے دیکھ ہر بار تیری نظر تھک ہار کر تیری طرف پلٹ آئے گی۔

نظرِ بد سے بچنے کے لئے یہ پڑھے۔۔۔
اَللّٰهُمَّ ذَا السُّلْطَانِ الْعَظِيْمِ وَالْمَنِّ الْقَدِيْمِ وَالْوَجْهِ الْكَرِيْمِ ذَا الْكَلِمَاتِ التَّامَّاتِ وَالدَّعَوَاتِ الْمُسْتَجَابَاتِ عَافِ فُلَانًا مِنْ اَنْفُسِ الْجِنِّ وَاَعْيُنِ الْاِنْسِ۔
Allaahumma zaa as-sultaani al-'azeemi wal-manni al-qadeemi wal-wajhi al-kareemi zaa al-kalimaati at-taammaati wad-da'awaati al-mustajaabaati 'aafi fulaanan min anfusi al-jinni wa-a'yuni al-ins.
O Allah, Possessor of the mighty authority, the eternal favour and the Noble Face, Possessor of the perfect words and the answered supplications, grant well-being to (so-and-so) from the evil eye of the jinn and the eyes of mankind.
اے معبود! اے بڑی سلطنت کے مالک قدیم احسان والے اے عطا کرنے والی ذات اے کامل و مکمل کلمات اور قبول شدہ دعاؤں کے صاحب و مالک فلاں شخص کو جنات کی پھونکوں اور انسانوں کی نظروں سے بچا۔
Having applied this supplicatory amulet to Imam Hasan and Imam Husain (a), the Holy Prophet (s) said to his companions, “Apply this supplicatory amulet to your children.”

بِسْمِ اللهِ الْعَظِيْمِ عَبَسَ عَابِسٍ وَشِهَابَ قَابِسٍ حَجَرَ يَابِسٍ رَدَدْتُ عَيْنَ الْعَائِنِ عَلَيْهِ مِنْ رَآءْسِهٖ اِلٰى قَدَمَيْهِ اَخَذَ عَيْنَاهٗ قَابِضٌ بِكَلَاهُ وَعَلٰى جَارِهٖ وَاَقَارِبِهٖ جِلْدُهٗ دَقِيْقٌ وَدَمُهٗ رَقِيْقٌ وَبَابُ الْمَكْرُوْهِ تَلِيْقُ فَارْجِعِ الْبَصَرَ هَلْ تَرٰى مِنْ فُطُوْرٍ ثُمَّ ارْجِعِ الْبَصَرَ كَرَّتَيْنِ يَنْقَلِبْ اِلَيْكَ الْبَصَرُ خَاسِئًا وَهُوَ حَسِيْرٌ۔
Bismi allaahi al-'azeemi 'abasa 'aabisin washihaaba qaabisin hajara yaabisin radadtu 'ayna al-'aa'ini 'alayhi min ra'sihee ilaa qadamayhi akhaza 'aynaahoo qaabidun bikalaahu wa'alaa jaarihee wa-aqaaribihee jilduhoo daqeequn wadamuhoo raqeequn wabaabu al-makroohi taleequ farji'i al-basara hal taraa min futoorin thumma irji'i al-basara karratayni yanqalib ilayka al-basaru khaasi'an wahuwa haseer.
In the Name of Allah, the Great. A frowner has frowned, a burning flame, a dry stone. I have turned the eye of the one who casts the evil eye back upon himself, from his head to his feet. A seizer has taken his eyes, gripping his kidneys, and (it falls) upon his neighbour and his relatives. His skin is thin and his blood is thin, and the door of what is hateful befits (him). "So look again: do you see any rift? Then look again, and yet again; your sight will return to you dazzled and weary."
خدا کے نام سے جو بڑا رحم والا مہربان ہے خدائےبزرگ کے نام سے تندرو کی تندروئی جلتے ہوئے انگارے اور خشک پتھر پر دے ماری ہے میں نظر لگانے والے کی آنکھ اس کے سر سے اس کے پاؤ ں تک پکڑ لیں اس کی دونوں آنکھیں جس نے ان کو پکڑ لیا ان کو پلٹا دیا اس کے ہمسائے اور عزیزوں پر اس کی کمزورجلد اور پتلے خون پر اور بدی کے دروازے پر جو اس کے لئے ہے پس نظر اٹھا کے دیکھ کیا تجھے کوئی شگاف نظر آتا ہے پھر باربار نظر اٹھا کر اوپر کو دیکھتا رہ لیکن تیری نگاہیں بری طرح سے تھکی ہاری ہوئی تیری طرف پلٹ آئیں گی۔
