Surah Nasr (110, 3 ayat)سورۂ نصر

The passage sets a condition and its response. When the help of Allah and the victory come, and men are seen entering the religion of Allah in companies, the one addressed is told to celebrate the praise of his Lord and to ask His forgiveness. It ends on the description of Allah as oft-returning to mercy.

Help (Madani)

It is narrated that whoever recites this Surah in compulsory prayers will always be victorious over his enemies. On the Day of Judgement he will be given a book in which it will be written that he is free from hellfire. Recitation of this Surah in the prayers ensures that the prayers are accepted. The one who recites this Surah frequently is held in the same status as those who were with the Holy Prophet (s) when Makkah was conquered.

امام صادقؑ نے فرمایا:جس نے مستحب یا واجب نماز میں سورۂ نصر کی تلاوت کی وہ اپنے دشمنوں پرکامران ہوگا۔ (مجمع البیان، ج۱۰ص۴۶۶)

بِسْمِ اللہِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیْمِ

Bismi allaahi ar-rahmaani ar-raheem

In the Name of Allah, the most Gracious, the most Merciful.

اللہ کے نام سے (شروع کرتا ہوں) جو بڑا مہربان نہایت رحم کرنے والا ہے۔

اِذَا جَآءَ نَصْرُ اللهِ وَالْفَتْحُ

Izaa jaa'a nasru allaahi wal-fath

When there comes the help of Allah and the victory

جب خدا کی مدد اور فتح کی منزل آجائے گی۔

وَرَاَيْتَ النَّاسَ يَدْخُلُوْنَ فِيْ دِيْنِ اللهِ اَفْوَاجًا

Wara'ayta an-naasa yadkhuloona fee deeni allaahi afwaajaa

And you see men entering the religion of Allah in companies

اور آپ دیکھیں گے کہ لوگ دینِ خدا میں فوج در فوج داخل ہو رہے ہیں۔

فَسَبِّحْ بِحَمْدِ رَبِّكَ وَاسْتَغْفِرْهُ اِنَّهٗ كَانَ تَوَّابًا

Fasabbih bihamdi rabbika wastaghfirhu innahoo kaana tawwaabaa

Then celebrate the praise of your Lord, and ask His forgiveness; surely He is oft-returning (to mercy).

تو اپنے رب کی حمد کی تسبیح کریں اور اس سے استغفار کریں کہ وہ بہت زیادہ توبہ قبول کرنے والا ہے۔

صَدَقَ اللهُ الْعَلِیُّ الْعَظِیْمُ۔

Sadaqa allaahu al-'aliyyu al-'azeem.

Almighty God the most high speaks the truth.

اللہ بزرگ و برتر نے سچ فرمایا ہے۔
