بِسْمِ اللہِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیْمِ
Bismi allaahi ar-rahmaani ar-raheem
In the Name of Allah, the most Gracious, the most Merciful.
اللہ کے نام سے (شروع کرتا ہوں) جو بڑا مہربان نہایت رحم کرنے والا ہے۔
اَللّٰھُمَّ لَا تُؤَاخِذْنِیْ فِیْہِ بِالْعَثَرَاتِ وَاَقِلْنِیْ فِیْہِ مِنَ الْخَطَایَا وَالْھَفَوَاتِ وَلَا تَجْعَلْنِیْ فِیْہِ غَرَضًا لِّلْبَلَایَا وَالْاٰفَاتِ بِعِزَّتِکَ یَاعِزَّ الْمُسْلِمِیْن۔
Allaahumma laa tu'aakhiznee feehi bil-'atharaati wa-aqilnee feehi mina al-khataayaa wal-hafawaati walaa taj'alnee feehi gharadan lilbalaayaa wal-aafaati bi'izzatika yaa 'izza al-muslimeen.
O Allah! On this day, do not condemn me for slips, pardon me for mistakes and errors, do not make me a target for afflictions and troubles, by Your honor, O the honor of the Muslims.
اے معبود! آج کے دن لغزشوں پر میری گرفت نہ فرما اس میں میری خطاؤں اور فضول باتوں سے درگزر کر اور آج مجھ کو مشکلوں اور مصیبتوں کا نشانہ قرار نہ دے اپنی عزّت کے واسطے سے اے مسلمانوں کی عزّت۔
اَللّٰهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَّآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ۔
Allaahumma salli 'alaa muhammadin wa-aali muhammad.
O Allah, send blessings upon Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad.
اے معبود! رحمت نازل فرما حضرت محمدؐ اور انکی آلؑ پر۔
It is reported in Iqbal Al-Amaal to recite dua Allaahumma La To-addib-nee on the 14th day of Mahe Ramazan.
سید ابن بقی نے کتاب اقبال الاعمال میں روایت کی ہے کہ ۱۴؍ماہِ رمضان کے دن میں دُعا اَللّٰهُمَّ لَا تُؤَدِّبْنِيْ پڑھے۔
