بِسْمِ اللہِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیْمِ
Bismi allaahi ar-rahmaani ar-raheem
In the Name of Allah, the most Gracious, the most Merciful.
اللہ کے نام سے (شروع کرتا ہوں) جو بڑا مہربان نہایت رحم کرنے والا ہے۔
اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَیْكَ اَیُّہَا النَّبِیُّ وَرَحْمَۃُ اللہِ وَبَرَكَاتُہٗ۔
بِسْمِ اللہِ وَبِاللہِ وَمِنَ اللہِ وَمَا شَآئَ اللہُ۔
اَلسَّلَامُ عَلٰی اَنْبِیَآئِ اللہِ وَرُسُلِہٖ۔
اَلسَّلَامُ عَلٰی رَسُوْلِ اللہِ۔
اَلسَّلَامُ عَلٰی اِبْرَاہِیْمَ خَلِیْلِ اللہِ۔
وَالْحَمْدُ لِلہِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِیْنَ۔
As-salaamu 'alayka ayyuhaa an-nabiyyu warahmatu allaahi wabarakaatuh.
Bismi allaahi wabillaahi wamina allaahi wamaa shaa'a allaah.
As-salaamu 'alaa anbiyaa'i allaahi warusulih.
As-salaamu 'alaa rasooli allaah.
As-salaamu 'alaa ibraaheema khaleeli allaah.
Wal-hamdu lillaahi rabbi al-'aalameen.
Peace be upon you, O Prophet, and the mercy of Allah and His blessings. In the name of Allah, and by Allah, and from Allah, and as Allah wills. Peace be upon the prophets of Allah and His messengers. Peace be upon the Messenger of Allah. Peace be upon Abraham, the close friend of Allah. And all praise belongs to Allah, Lord of all the worlds.
اے نبی اکرمؐ آپ پر سلام ہو اور خدا کی رحمت اور برکات ہوں۔ اللہ کے نام سے، اللہ کے لئے اور اللہ کی طرف سے اور جو بھی اللہ نے چاہا ہے (اسے بجالانے کے لئے) اللہ کے تمام نبیوں اور رسولوں پر سلام ہو، رسول اللہؐ پر سلام ہو، حضرت ابراہیم خلیل اللہ پر سلام ہو، تمام تعریفیں عالمین کے پالنے والے خدا کے لئے ہیں۔

ایک اور روایت میں وارد ہوا ہے کہ مسجد الحرام کے دروازہ کے نزدیک یہ دُعا پڑھے۔۔۔
بِسْمِ اللہِ وَبِاللہِ وَمِنَ اللہِ وَاِلَی اللہِ وَمَا شَآئَ اللہُ وَعَلٰی مِلَّۃِ رَسُوْلِ اللهِ صَلَّی اللهُ عَلَیْہِ وَآلِہٖ وَخَیْرُ الْاَسْمَآئِ للہِ۔
وَالْحَمْدُ لِلہِ وَالسَّلَامُ عَلٰی رَسُوْلِ اللهِ۔
اَلسَّلَامُ عَلٰی مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ۔
اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَیْكَ اَیُّہَا النَّبِیُّ وَرَحْمَۃُ اللهِ وَبَرَكَاتُہٗ۔
Bismi allaahi wabillaahi wamina allaahi wa-ilaa allaahi wamaa shaa'a allaahu wa'alaa millati rasooli allaahi sallaa allaahu 'alayhi wa-aalihee wakhayru al-asmaa'i lllaah.
Wal-hamdu lillaahi was-salaamu 'alaa rasooli allaah.
As-salaamu 'alaa muhammadi ibni 'abdi allaah.
As-salaamu 'alayka ayyuhaa an-nabiyyu warahmatu allaahi wabarakaatuh.
I commence by the Name of Allah, by Him, from Him, towards Him, by His wish and on the following of the Holy Messenger (s.a.w.a). The Holy Names belong to Allah. All praise is to Allah. Peace be with the Messenger of Allah. Peace be with Muhammad, son of Abdullah. Peace be with you, O Prophet of Allah and may the mercy and blessings of Allah be with you.
اللہ کے نام سے، اللہ کی ذات پر بھروسہ کر کے، اللہ کے حکم سے اور اللہ کی طرف جانے کے خیال سے، اللہ نے جو چاہا ہے (اسکی بجا آوری کے لئے) رسول اللہؐ کی ملّت پر باقی رہ کر، ان پر اور ان کی آل پر درود و سلام ہو، اللہ کے لئے تمام اچھے نام ہیں، اللہ کے لئے تمام تعریفیں ہیں، اور سلام ہو رسول اللہؐ پر، سلام ہو حضرت محمد بن عبد اللہؐ پر، اے نبیٔ اکرمؐ! آپ پر سلام ہو اور اللہ کی رحمتیں و برکتیں ہوں۔
اَلسَّلَامُ عَلٰی اَنْبِیَآئِ اللهِ وَرُسُلِہٖ۔
اَلسَّلَامُ عَلٰی خَلِیْلِ اللهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ۔
اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَی الْمُرْسَلِیْنَ وَالْحَمْدُ لِلہِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِیْنَ۔
اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَیْنَا وَعَلٰی عِبَادِ اللهِ الصَّالِحِیْنَ۔
As-salaamu 'alaa anbiyaa'i allaahi warusulih.
As-salaamu 'alaa khaleeli allaahi ar-rahmaan.
As-salaamu 'alaa al-mursaleena wal-hamdu lillaahi rabbi al-'aalameen.
As-salaamu 'alaynaa wa'alaa 'ibaadi allaahi as-saaliheen.
Peace be with the Prophets of Allah and His Messengers. Peace be with Ibrahim, the friend of the Merciful. Peace be with the Prophets. All praise is to Allah, the Sustainer of the universes. Peace be with us and on the virtuous servants of Allah.
سلام ہو اللہ کے تمام انبیاء و مرسلین پر، سلام ہو خلیل الرحمٰن ابراہیمؑ پر، تمام رسولوں پر سلام ہو، تمام تعریفیں عالمین کے پروردگار کے لئے ہیں، ہم پر اور اللہ کے صالح بندوں پر سلام ہو۔
اَللّٰہُمَّ صَلِّ عَلٰی مُحَمَّدٍ وَّآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ وَبَارِكْ عَلٰی مُحَمَّدٍ وَّآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ وَارْحَمْ مُحَمَّدًا وَّآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ كَمَا صَلَّیْتَ وَبَارَكْتَ وَتَرَحَّمْتَ عَلٰی اِبْرَاہِیْمَ وَآلِ اِبْرَاہِیْمَ اِنَّكَ حَمِیْدٌ مَّجِیْدٌ۔
اَللّٰہُمَّ صَلِّ عَلٰی مُحَمَّدٍ وَّآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَبْدِكَ وَرَسُوْلِكَ۔
Allaahumma salli 'alaa muhammadin wa-aali muhammadin wabaarik 'alaa muhammadin wa-aali muhammadin warham muhammadan wa-aali muhammadin kamaa sallayta wabaarakta watarahhamta 'alaa ibraaheema wa-aali ibraaheema innaka hameedun majeed.
Allaahumma salli 'alaa muhammadin wa-aali muhammadin 'abdika warasoolik.
O Allah! Send Your blessings on Muhammad and his progeny, bestow on them Your benediction and have mercy on them as You blessed, sent benediction and had mercy on Ibrahim and his progeny, You are Praiseworthy and Glorious. O Allah! Bless Muhammad and his progeny, Your servant and Messenger.
اے اللہ! محمدؐ و آل محمدؑ پر درود و سلام نازل فرما، اور محمدؐ و آل محمدؑ پر برکت دے اور محمدؐ و آل محمدؑ پر رحم فرما، جیسا کہ تو نے درود نازل کیا اور برکت دی اور رحمت نازل کی ابراہیمؑ اور آل ابراہیمؑ پر، تو قابل تعریف، مجد و بزرگی والا ہے۔ اے اللہ! محمدؐ و آلِ محمدؑ پر درود بھیج، وہ محمدؐ جو تیرے بندہ اور رسول ہیں۔
اَللّٰہُمَّ صَلِّ عَلٰی اِبْرَاہِیْمَ خَلِیْلِكَ وَعَلٰی اَنْبِیَآئِكَ وَرُسُلِكَ وَسَلِّمْ عَلَیْہِمْ وَسَلَامٌ عَلَی الْمُرْسَلِیْنَ وَالْحَمْدُ لِلہِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِیْنَ۔
اَللّٰہُمَّ افْتَحْ لِیْ اَبْوَابَ رَحْمَتِكَ وَاسْتَعْمِلْنِیْ فِیْ طَاعَتِكَ وَمَرْضَاتِكَ وَاحْفَظْنِیْ بِحِفْظِ الْاِیْمَانِ اَبَدًا مَّا اَبْقَیْتَنِیْ جَلَّ ثَنَآئُ وَجْہِكَ۔
Allaahumma salli 'alaa ibraaheema khaleelika wa'alaa anbiyaa'ika warusulika wasallim 'alayhim wasalaamun 'alaa al-mursaleena wal-hamdu lillaahi rabbi al-'aalameen.
Allaahumma iftah lee abwaaba rahmatika wasta'milnee fee taa'atika wamardaatika wahfaznee bihifzi al-eemaani abadan maa abqaytanee jalla thanaa'u wajhik.
O Allah! Bless Ibrahim, Your friend and Your Prophets and Messengers and bestow peace on them. Peace be with the Messengers. All praise is to Allah, the Sustainer of the universes. O Allah! Open for me the gates of Your mercy. Keep me occupied in Your obedience and seeking Your pleasure. Protect me that I guard my faith to my last, Exalted is Your Praise.
خدایا! ابراہیمؑ پر درود بھیج جو تیرے خلیل ہیں اور اپنے تمام انبیاء پر صلوات و سلام بھیج اور اللہ کے تمام رسولوں پر سلام ہو اور عالمین کے پالنے والے خدا کے لئے تمام تعریفیں ہیں۔ اے اللہ! تو میرے لئے اپنی رحمت کے دروازے کھول دے اور مجھے اپنی اطاعت اور مرضی میں لگائے رکھ اور مجھے جب تک باقی رکھے اس وقت تک ایمان کے ساتھ محفوظ رکھ، تیری ذات کی تعریف بزرگ و جلیل ہے۔
اَلْحَمْدُ لِلہِ الَّذِیْ جَعَلَنِیْ مِنْ وَفْدِہٖ وَزُوَّارِہٖ وَجَعَلَنِیْ مِمَّنْ یَّعْمُرُ مَسَاجِدَہٗ وَجَعَلَنِیْ مِمَّنْ یُنَاجِیْہِ۔
اَللّٰہُمَّ اِنِّیْ عَبْدُكَ وَزَآئِرُكَ فِیْ بَیْتِكَ وَعَلٰی كُلِّ مَاْتِیٍّ حَقٌّ لِمَنْ اٰتٰیہُ وَزَارَہٗ وَاَنْتَ خَیْرُ مَاْتِیٍّ وَّاَكْرَمُ مَزُوْرٍ۔
Al-hamdu lillaahi allazee ja'alanee min wafdihee wazuwwaarihee waja'alanee mimman ya'muru masaajidahoo waja'alanee mimman yunaajeeh.
Allaahumma innee 'abduka wazaa'iruka fee baytika wa'alaa kulli ma'tiyyin haqqun liman aataahu wazaarahoo wa-anta khayru ma'tiyyin wa-akramu mazoor.
All praise to Allah who made me one of His callers and visitors, and made me one of those who maintain His mosques and one of those who hold intimate converse with Him. O Allah! I am Your servant and visitor to Your House. Every host owes a right to the one who comes to visit him, and You are the best of those to whom one comes and the most generous of those who are visited.
تمام تعریفیں اس اللہ کے لئے ہیں جس نے مجھے اپنے پاس آنے والوں میں اور اپنے زائروں میں قرار دیا، اور ان لوگوں میں قرار دیا ہے جو اس کی مسجدوں کو آباد کرتے ہیں اور ان لوگوں میں قرار دیا جو اس سے مناجات کرتے ہیں۔ اے اللہ! میں تیرا بندہ اور تیرے گھر کا زائر ہوں اور جس کے پاس جایا جاتا ہے اس میں سے ہر ایک پر آنے والے اور زائر کا حق ہوتا ہے اور تو ان تمام لوگوں میں سب سے بہتر ہے جن کی زیارت کی جائے، تو سب سے زیادہ کرم والا ہے۔
فَاَسْئَلُكَ یَا اَللہُ یَا رَحْمٰنُ بِاَنَّكَ اَنْتَ اللهُ لَا اِلٰہَ اِلَّا اَنْتَ وَحْدَكَ لَا شَرِیْكَ لَكَ بِاَنَّكَ وَاحِدٌ اَحَدٌ صَمَدٌ لَمْ یَلِدْ وَلَمْ یُوْلَدْ وَلَمْ یَكُنْ لَہٗ كُفُوًا اَحَدٌ وَّاَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا عَبْدُكَ وَرَسُوْلُكَ صَلَّی اللهُ عَلَیْہِ وَعَلٰی اَھْلِ بَیْتِہٖ۔
Fa-as'aluka yaa allaahu yaa rahmaanu bi-annaka anta allaahu laa ilaaha illaa anta wahdaka laa shareeka laka bi-annaka waahidun ahadun samadun lam yalid walam yoolad walam yakun lahoo kufuwan ahadun wa-anna muhammadan 'abduka warasooluka sallaa allaahu 'alayhi wa'alaa ahli baytih.
I beseech You, O Allah! O Merciful, You are Allah, there is no God but You, You have no partner, for You are One and on whom all depend. You were not born and do not give birth and there is none like You. Verily, Muhammad is Your servant and Messenger, may Your blessings be on him and his Household.
تو میں تجھ سے سوال کرتا ہوں اے اللہ، اے رحمان کہ تو ہی بس خدا ہے دوسرا نہیں، تو اکیلا ہے، تیرا کوئی شریک نہیں ہے، اس طرح سوال کرتا ہوں کہ تو واحد ہے، تو بے نیاز ہے، تو نے کسی کو نہیں پیدا کیا اور تو کسی سے نہیں پیدا کیا گیا، اور تیرا کوئی ہمسر نہیں ہے، اور یہ کہ محمدؐ تیرے بندہ اور رسول ہیں، ان پر اور ان کے اہل بیتؑ پر خدا درود و سلام بھیجے۔
یَا جَوَادُ یَا كَرِیْمُ یَا مَاجِدُ یَا جَبَّارُ یَا كَرِیْمُ اَسْئَلُكَ اَنْ تَجْعَلَ تُحْفَتَكَ اِیَّایَ بِزِیَارَتِیْ اِیَّاكَ اَوَّلَ شَیْءٍ تُعْطِیْنِیْ فَكَاكَ رَقَبَتِیْ مِنَ النَّارِ۔
Yaa jawaadu yaa kareemu yaa maajidu yaa jabbaaru yaa kareemu as'aluka an taj'ala tuhfataka iyyaaya biziyaaratee iyyaaka awwala shay'in tu'teenee fakaaka raqabatee mina an-naar.
O Magnanimous, O Generous, O Glorious, O Mighty, O Generous, I beseech You that of the gifts You grant me for visiting You, the first be the protection from the fire of Hell.
اے جواد! اے کریم! اے بزرگ، اے جبار، اے کریم! میں تجھ سے سوال کرتا ہوں کہ تو قرار دے میرے لئے اپنی زیارت کرنے کا تحفہ، پہلی چیز جو تو مجھے عطا کرے وہ جہنم سے میری گردن آزاد کرنے کا تحفہ ہو۔
Then he should repeat thrice…
پھر ۳ مرتبہ کہے۔۔۔
اَللّٰہُمَّ فُكَّ رَقَبَتِیْ مِنَ النَّارِ۔
Allaahumma fukka raqabatee mina an-naar.
O Allah! Save my neck from the fire of Hell.
اے اللہ! میری گردن جہنم سے آزاد کردے۔
Then he should continue…
اور اس کے بعد یوں کہے۔۔۔
وَاَوْسِعْ عَلَیَّ مِنْ رِزْقِكَ الْحَلَالِ الطَّیِّبِ وَادْرَئْ عَنِّیْ شَرَّ شَیَاطِیْنِ الْجِنِّ وَالْاِنْسِ وَشَرَّ فَسَقَۃِ الْعَرَبِ وَالْعَجَمِ۔
Wa-awsi' 'alayya min rizqika al-halaali at-tayyibi wadra' 'annee sharra shayaateeni al-jinni wal-insi washarra fasaqati al-'arabi wal-'ajam.
And increase my lawful and pure sustenance and protect me from the evil of the devils, jinn and men and the godless of the Arabs and the non-Arabs.
اے اللہ! میرے اوپر اپنے حلال اور پاکیزہ رزق کو وسیع کر دے اور مجھ سے جن و انس کے شیطانوں کو دور کر دے اور عرب و عجم کے فاسقوں (بدکاروں) کے شر کو دور کر دے۔
While entering the mosque…
مسجد الحرام میں داخل ہوتے وقت کہے۔۔۔
بِسْمِ اللهِ وَبِاللهِ وَعَلٰی مِلَّۃِ رَسُوْلِ اللهِ صَلَّی اللهُ عَلَیْهِ وَآلِهٖ۔
Bismi allaahi wabillaahi wa'alaa millati rasooli allaahi sallaa allaahu 'alayhi wa-aalih.
In the name of Allah, and by Allah, and upon the religion (way) of the Messenger of Allah may Allah’s blessings be upon him and his family.
اللہ کے نام سے، اللہ کی ذات پر بھروسہ کر کے اور رسول اللہؐ کی ملّت پر باقی رہ کر۔
اَللّٰهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَّآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ۔
Allaahumma salli 'alaa muhammadin wa-aali muhammad.
O Allah, send blessings upon Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad.
اے معبود! رحمت نازل فرما حضرت محمدؐ اور انکی آلؑ پر۔
