Allahumma Inna-ka Qulta
اَللّٰهُمَّ اِنَّكَ قُلْتَ
A supplication of longing to be called to the pilgrimage. Quoting Allah’s word in the Qur’an — “Proclaim the Hajj among people; they will come to you on foot and on every lean camel, from every distant path” — the reciter expresses their wish to be among those who answer that call and are granted the journey to Allah’s House.
بِسْمِ اللہِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیْمِ
Bismillaahir rahmaanir raheem
In the Name of Allah, the most Gracious, the most Merciful.
اللہ کے نام سے (شروع کرتا ہوں) جو بڑا مہربا ن نہایت رحم کرنے والا ہے۔
اَللّٰهُمَّ اِنَّكَ قُلْتَ فِیْ كِتَابِكَ وَقَوْلُكَ الْحَقُّ: وَ اَذِّنْ فِنَّاسِ بِلْحَجِّ یَا تُوْكَ رِجَالًا وَّعَلٰی كُلِّ ضَامِرٍ یَّاتِیْنَ مِنْ كُلِّ فَجٍّ عَمِیْقٍ۔ اَللّٰهُمَّ اِنِّیْٓ اَرْجُوْٓ اَنْ اَكُوْنَ مِمَّنْ اَجَابَ دَعْوَتَكَ وَقَدْ جِئْتُ مِنْ شُقَّۃٍۢ بَعِیْدَۃٍ وَّفَجٍّ عَمِیْقٍ، سَامِعًا لِّنِدَاۗئِكَ وَمُسْتَجِیْبًا لَّكَ، مُطِیْعًا لِّاَمْرِكَ، وَكُلُّ ذٰلِكَ بِفَضْلِكَ عَلَیَّ وَاحْسَانِكَ اِلَیَّ۔
Allaahumma innaka qulta fee ketaa-beka wa qawlo-kal haqqo: wa azzin fin-naase bil-hajje yaa tooka rejaa-lan wa a’laa kulle zaame-rin yaa-teena min kulle fajjin a’mee-kin.
Allaahumma innee arjoo an akoo-na mimman ajaa-ba da’wata-ka wa qad jeto min shuqqa-tim baee’datiw wa fajjin a’mee-qin saame-a’l le-nedaaa-e-ka wa musta-jee-ban laka, motee-a’n le-amre-ka, wa kullo zaale-ka be-fazle-ka a’laiyya wah-saane-ka ilaiyya.
O Allah; You have said in Your Book and You say only the truth: “And proclaim among men the Pilgrimage. They will come to you on foot and on every lean camel, coming from every remote path.” O Allah; I do wish that I would be one of those who have responded to Your call… And I have come from a long distance and a remote path, listening to your call and responding to you and obeying your order all that is due to Your bestowal of favor on me and Your nice conferral on me.
اے اللہ! تو نے اپنی کتاب میں فرمایا ہے اور تیرا قول حق اور سچ ہے کہ: اے ابراہیمؑ! لوگوں میں حج کا اعلان کرو، وہ لوگ تمہارے پاس پیدل آئیں گے اور کمزور و لاغر سواری پر سوار ہو کر آئینگے اور وہ اونٹنیاں ہر طرف سے چوڑے راستہ سے آئینگی۔ اے اللہ! میں امید کرتا ہوں کہ میں ان لوگوں میں سے ہوجاؤں جنہوں نے تیری دعوت قبول کی اور میں تیری بارگاہ میں بہت سختی دور دراز کی مسافت اور چوڑے چکلے دور کے راستہ سے آیا ہوں، تیری ندا کو سن کر، تجھے جواب دیتے ہوئے تیرے حکم کی اطاعت کرتے ہوئے اور یہ ساری باتیں مجھ پر تیرے فضل و کرم اور احسان کی وجہ سے ہیں۔
فَلَكَ الْحَمْدُ عَلٰی مَا وَفَّقْتَنِیْ لَهٗ، اَبْتَغِیْ بِذٰلِكَ الزُّلْفَۃَ عِنْدَكَ وَالْقُرْبَۃَ اِلَیْكَ وَالْمَنْزِلَۃَ لَدَیْكَ وَالْمَغْفِرَۃَ لِذُنُوْبِیْ وَالتَّوْبَۃَ عَلَیَّ مِنْهَا بِمَنِّكَ۔ اَللّٰهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلٰی مُحَمَّدٍ وَّآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ وَحَرِّمْ بَدَنِیْ عَلَی النَّارِ، وَآمِنِّیْ مِنْ عَذَابِكَ وَعِقَابِكَ بِرَحْمَتِكَ یَآ اَرْحَمَ الرَّاحِمِیْنَ۔
Fala-kal hamdo a’laa maa waffaq-tanee lahu, ab-taqhee be-zaale-kaz zul-fata i’n-daka wal-qurbata ilaika wal manze-lata ladaika wal magh-fe-rata le-zonoo-bee wattaw-bata a’laiyya minhaa be-manneka.
Allaahumma salle a’laa mohammadiw wa aale mohammadin wa harrim bada-nee a’lan naare, wa aa-minnee min a’zaa-beka wa e’qaa-beka be-rah-mate-ka yaa ar-hamar raahe-meen.
So, all praise be to You for the success that You have conferred upon me seeking closeness to You and nearness and a high standing with You and forgiveness of my sins and acceptance of my repentance, out of Your favour. O Allah; (please) bless Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad. And forbid Hellfire from consuming my body and secure me from Your chastisement and punishment, In the name of Your mercy, O Most Merciful of all those who show mercy.
پس تیری تعریف ہے کہ تو نے مجھے اس کی توفیق دی اور میں اس (عمل) سے تیری نزدیکی اور قربت چاہتا ہوں اور تیرے نزدیک مقام و مرتبۂ بلند چاہتا ہوں اور اپنے گناہوں کی مغفرت چاہتا ہوں اور تیرے احسان سے ان گباہوں کی توبہ چاہتا ہوں۔ اے ہروردگار! محمدؐ و آلِ محمدؑ پع درود و سلام بھیج اور میرے بدن کو جہنم پر حرام قرار دے اور اپنے عقاب و عذاب سے مجھے امان دے اپنی رحمت کے واسطہ سے، اے رحم کرنے والوں میں سب سے پہتر رحم کرنے والے۔
اَللّٰهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَّآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ۔
Allahumma swalle alaa muhammadiw wa aale muhammadin
Allah’s (s.w.t) choicest blessings be upon Mohammed and his holy progeny.
اے معبود! رحمت نازل فرما حضرت محمدؐ اور انکی آل ؑپر۔
