سُبْحَانَ مُقَلِّبِ الْقُلُوْبِ

بِسْمِ اللہِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیْمِ
Bismillaahir rahmaanir raheem
In the Name of Allah, the most Gracious, the most Merciful.
اللہ کے نام سے (شروع کرتا ہوں) جو بڑا مہربا ن نہایت رحم کرنے والا ہے۔
سُبْحَانَ مُقَلِّبِ الْقُلُوْبِ وَالْاَبْصَارِ سُبْحَانَ مُقَلِّبِ اللَّيْلِ وَالنَّهَارِ وَخَالِقِ الْاَزْمِنَةِ وَالْاَعْصَارِ الْمُجْرِيْ عَلٰى مَشِيَّتِهِ الْاَقْدَارَ الَّذِيْ لَا بَقَاۗءَ لِشَيْءٍ سِوَاهُ وَكُلُّ شَيْءٍ يَعْتَوِرُهُ الْفَنَاۗءُ غَيْرَهٗ فَهُوَ الْحَيُّ الْبَاقِي الدَّاۗئِمُ تَبَارَكَ اللهُ رَبُّ الْعالَمِيْنَ۔ اَللّٰهُمَّ قَدِ انْتَصَفَ شَهْرُ الصِّيَامِ بِمَا مَضٰى مِنْ اَيَّامِهٖ وَانْجَذَبَ اِلٰى تَمَامِهٖ وَاخْتِتَامِهٖ وَمَا لِيْ عُدَّةٌ اَعْتَدُّ بِهَا فَاَلْجَاُ اِلَيْهَا وَلَا اَعْمَالٌ مِنَ الصَّالِحَاتِ اُعَوِّلُ عَلَيْهَا سِوٰى اِيْمَانِيْ بِكَ وَرَجَاۗئِيْ لَكَ فَاَمَّا رَجَاۗئِيْ فَيُكَدِّرُهٗ عَلَيَّ صَفْوَةُ الْخَوْفِ مِنْكَ وَاَمَّا اِيْمَانِيْ فَلَا يَضِيْعُ عِنْدَكَ وَهُوَ بِتَوْفِيْقِكَ۔ اَللّٰهُمَّ فَلَكَ الْحَمْدُ حِيْنَ لَمْ يَدِيْ عِنْدَ التَّمَاسُكِ بِالْعُرْوَةِ الْوُثْقٰى وَلَمْ تُشْقِنِيْ بِمُفَارَقَتِهَا فِيْمَنِ اعْتَوَرَهُ الشَّقَاۗءُ۔ اَللّٰهُمَّ فَاَنْصِفْنِيْ مِنْ شَهَوَاتِيْ فَاِلَيْكَ مِنْهَا الشَّكْوٰى وَمِنْكَ عَلَيْهَا اُؤَمِّلُ الْعَدْوٰى فَاِنَّكَ تَشَاۗءُ وَتَقْدِرُ وَاَشَاۗءُ وَلَسْتُ (وَلَ) اَقْدِرُ وَلَسْتُ۔ اِلٰهِيْ وَسَيِّدِيْ مَحْجُوْجًا وَلَكِنْ مَسْئُوْلًا تُرْجٰى وَمَخُوْفًا يُتَّقٰى تُحْصِيْ وَنَنْسٰى وَبِيَدِكَ حُلْوُ وَمُرُّ الْقَضَاۗءِ۔ اَللّٰهُمَّ فَاَذِقْنِيْ حَلَاوَةَ عَفْوِكَ وَلَا تُجَرِّعْنِيْ غُصَصَ سَخَطِكَ وَصَلَّى اللهُ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَّآلِهِ الطَّاهِرِيْنَ يَا اَرْحَمَ الرَّاحِمِيْنَ۔
Subhaana muqallibi al-quloobi wal-absaari subhaana muqallibi al-layli wan-nahaari wakhaaliqi al-azminati wal-a'saari al-mujree 'alaa mashiyyatihi al-aqdaara allazee laa baqaa'a lishay'in siwaahu wakullu shay'in ya'tawiruhu al-fanaa'u ghayrahoo fahuwa al-hayyu al-baaqee ad-daa'imu tabaaraka allaahu rabbu al-'lameena.
Allaahumma qadi antasafa shahru as-siyaami bimaa madaa min ayyaamihee wanjazaba ilaa tamaamihee wakhtitaamihee wamaa lee 'uddatun a'taddu bihaa fal-jau ilayhaa walaa a'maalun mina as-saalihaati u'awwilu 'alayhaa siwaa eemaanee bika warajaa'ee laka faammaa rajaa'ee fayukaddiruhoo 'alayya safwatu al-khawfi minka waammaa eemaanee falaa yadee'u 'indaka wahuwa bitawfeeqika.
Allaahumma falaka al-hamdu heena lam yadee 'inda at-tamaasuki bil-'urwati al-wuthqaa walam tushqinee bimufaaraqatihaa feemani a'tawarahu ash-shaqaa'u.
Allaahumma faansifnee min shahawaatee failayka minhaa ash-shakwaa waminka 'alayhaa u'ammilu al-'adwaa fainnaka tashaa'u wataqdiru waashaa'u walastu (wala) aqdiru walastu.
Allaahee wasayyidee mahjoojan walakin mas'oolan turjaa wamakhoofan yuttaqaa tuhsee wanansaa wabiyadika hulwu wamurru al-qadaa'i.
Allaahumma faaziqnee halaawata 'afwika walaa tujarri'nee ghusasa sakhatika wasallaa allaahu 'alaa muhammadin waaalihi at-taahireena yaa arhama ar-raahimeena. auto
Glory be to God who changes what is in the heart and sights! Glory be to You who changes the nights and days and creates the times and periods He who endorses my destined decree! He other than whom nothing shall survive! All things but Him shall be destroyed He is the Living the Everlasting! Blessed be God the Lord of the worlds! O my God! With what has passed of it, the month of fasting has become one half It is going to complete and end However, I have no good deeds to offer to You except for my faith in You and my hope of You My hope is weakened by my sincere fear of You However, my faith shall not be weakened near You with Your granting me success. O my God! All Praise belongs to You who did not push off my hand when I tried to grab onto the most trustworthy stronghold and did not make me wretched like those who lost it. O my God! Please deal with me fairly regarding my carnal desires since I complain to You regarding them and have hopes in You regarding them since You Will and Destine but I will and I cannot destine. O my God! O my Master! You do not get overcome by anyone and I beg of You with hopes, You are feared. You count our deeds but we forget The sweetness and bitterness of destiny is in Your Hands O my God! Please let me taste the sweetness of Your Pardon. Please do not let me feel the grief of Your Wrath Please bestow Your Blessings on the Prophet Muhammad and his Progeny O the Most Compassionate, Most Merciful.
پاک ہے وہ ذات جو دلوں اور نگاہوں کو پلٹ دیتی ہے۔ پاک ہے وہ ذات جو رات اور دن کو بدلتی ہے، اور زمانوں اور ادوار کو پیدا کرنے والی ہے، جو اپنی مشیت کے مطابق تقدیروں کو جاری کرنے والی ہے۔ اس کے سوا کسی چیز کو بقا نہیں، اور ہر چیز فنا کے گھیرے میں ہے سوائے اس کے۔ وہی ہمیشہ زندہ، باقی اور دائمی ہے۔ بہت بابرکت ہے اللہ، جو تمام جہانوں کا رب ہے۔ اے اللہ! روزے کے مہینے کا نصف گزر چکا ہے اس کے گزرے ہوئے دنوں کے ساتھ، اور اب وہ اپنی تکمیل اور اختتام کی طرف کھنچا چلا جا رہا ہے۔ اور میرے پاس کوئی ایسا ذخیرہ نہیں جس پر میں بھروسہ کر سکوں، نہ کوئی نیکیوں کے اعمال ہیں جن پر میں اعتماد کر سکوں سوائے اس ایمان کے جو مجھے تجھ پر ہے، اور اس امید کے جو میں تجھ سے رکھتا ہوں۔ پس جہاں تک امید کا تعلق ہے اسے تیرے خوف کی پاکیزگی میری امید کو گھلا دیتی ہے، اور جہاں تک میرے ایمان کا تعلق ہے وہ تیرے ہاں ضائع نہیں ہوتا، اور وہ تیرے ہی توفیق سے قائم ہے۔ اے اللہ! تیرے ہی لیے حمد ہے، کہ تُو نے مجھے مضبوط رسی (عروة الوثقیٰ) کو تھامے رکھنے سے محروم نہیں کیا، اور مجھے اُن لوگوں میں شامل نہیں کیا جنہیں بدبختی نے اس سے جدا کر دیا۔ اے اللہ! میری خواہشات کے مقابلے میں میرا انصاف فرما کیونکہ انہی کے بارے میں میں تجھ سے شکایت کرتا ہوں، اور انہی پر قابو پانے میں تیرا ہی فضل چاہتا ہوں۔ تو چاہتا ہے اور طاقت رکھتا ہے، اور میں بھی چاہتا ہوں مگر طاقت نہیں رکھتا۔ اے میرے معبود اور میرے مالک! تو ایسا ہے کہ جس سے سوال کیا جاتا ہے مگر وہ مجبور نہیں، تو وہ ہے جس سے امید رکھی جاتی ہے، اور تو وہ ہے جس سے ڈر کر پرہیز کیا جاتا ہے۔ تو گنتا ہے اور ہم بھول جاتے ہیں، اور میٹھا اور کڑوا فیصلہ تیرے ہی ہاتھ میں ہے۔ اے اللہ! مجھے اپنے معاف کرنے کی مٹھاس چکھا دے، اور اپنے غضب کی تلخی مجھے نہ چکھا۔ اور اللہ محمدؐ اور ان کی پاک آلؑ پر رحمت نازل کرے، اے سب رحم کرنے والوں سے زیادہ رحم کرنے والے!
اَللّٰهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَّآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ۔
Allahumma swalle alaa muhammadiw wa aale muhammadin
Allah’s (s.w.t) choicest blessings be upon Mohammed and his holy progeny.
اے معبود! رحمت نازل فرما حضرت محمدؐ اور انکی آل ؑپر۔
