Yaa Zal Manne Wal Ehsaan
يَا ذَا الْمَنِّ وَالْاِحْسَانِ
بِسْمِ اللہِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیْمِ
Bismillaahir rahmaanir raheem
In the Name of Allah, the most Gracious, the most Merciful.
اللہ کے نام سے (شروع کرتا ہوں) جو بڑا مہربا ن نہایت رحم کرنے والا ہے۔
يَا ذَا الْمَنِّ وَالْاِحْسَانِ يَا ذَا الْجَلَالِ وَالْاِكْرَامِ يَا ذَا الْجُوْدِ وَالْاِفْضَالِ يَا ذَا الطَّوْلِ يَا لَا اِلٰهَ اِلَّا اَنْتَ ظَهْرَ اللَّاجِيْنَ وَاَمَانَ الْخَاۗئِفِيْنَ اِنْ كُنْتَ كَتَبْتَنِيْ فِيْ اُمِّ الْكِتَابِ شَقِيًّا فَاكْتُبْنِيْ عِنْدَكَ سَعِيْدًا مُوَفَّقًا لِلْخَيْرِ وَامْحُ اسْمَ الشَّقَاۗءِ عَنِّيْ فَاِنَّكَ قُلْتَ فِي الْكِتَابِ الَّذِيْ اَنْزَلْتَ عَلٰى نَبِيِّكَ صَلَوَاتُكَ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهٖ يَمْحُوا اللهُ مَا يَشَاۗءُ وَيُثْبِتُ وَعِنْدَهٗ اُمُّ الْكِتَابِ۔ اَللّٰهُمَّ ارْزُقْنِيْ طَيِّبًا وَاسْتَعْمِلْنِيْ صَالِحًا۔ اَللّٰهُمَّ امْنُنْ عَلَيَّ بِالرِّزْقِ الْوَاسِعِ الْحَلَالِ الطَّيِّبِ بِرَحْمَتِكَ تَكُوْنُ لَكَ الْمِنَّةُ عَلَيَّ وَتَكُوْنُ لِيْ غِنًى عَنْ خَلْقِكَ خَالِصًا لَيْسَ لِاَحَدٍ مِّنْ خَلْقِكَ مِنْهُ (مِنْهُ مِنْ غَيْرِكَ) مِنْ غَيْرِكَ وَاجْعَلْنَا فِيْهِ مِنَ الشَّاكِرِيْنَ وَلَا تَفْضَحْنِيْ يَوْمَ التَّلَاقِ۔ اَللّٰهُمَّ اِنِّيْ اَسْئَلُكَ السَّعَةَ فِي الدُّنْيَا وَاَعُوْذُ بِكَ مِنَ السَّرَفِ فِيْهَا وَاَسْئَلُكَ الزُّهْدَ فِي الدُّنْيَا وَاَعُوْذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْحِرْصِ عَلَيْهَا وَاَسْئَلُكَ الْغِنٰى فِي الدُّنْيَا وَاَعُوْذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْفَقْرِ فِيْهَا۔ اَللّٰهُمَّ اِنْ بَسَطْتَ عَلَيَّ فِي الدُّنْيَا فَزَهِّدْنِيْ فِيْهَا وَاِنْ قَتَّرْتَ عَلَيَّ رِزْقِيْ فَلَا تُرَغِّبْنِيْ فِيْهَا۔
Yaa zal-manne wal ehsaane yaa zal jalaale wal ikraame yaa zal joode wal if-zaale yaa zat-tawle yaa laa ilaaha illaa anta zahral laa-jeena wa amaa-nal khaa’e feena in kunta katab-tanee fee ummil ketaabe shaqee-yan fak-tubnee i’nda-ka sa-e’e-dan mo-waffa-qan lil-khaire wam-hus mash-shakaaa-e a’nnee qulta fil ketaa-bil lazee an-zalta a’laa nabiyye-ka sala-waato-ka a’laiy-he wa aale-hi yamhul laaho maa yashaaa-o wa yusbe-to wa i’n-dahu ummul kitaabe.
Allaahum-mar zuqnee taiyye-ban was-ta’milnee saale-han.
Allaahum-mam nun a’laiy-ya bir-rizqil waase-i’l halaa-lit taiyye-be be-rah-mateka takoo-no lakal minna-to a’laiy-ya wa takoo-no lee ghe-nan a’n khalqe-ka khaale-san laiy-sa le-aha-din min khalqe-ka minho (minho min ghaire-ka) min ghaire-ka waj-a’l-naa feehe mi-nash shaake-reena wa laa taf-zahnee yawmat talaaqe.
Allaahumma innee as-alo-kas sa-a’ta fid-dunyaa wa a-o’o-zo beka menas sarafe feehaa wa as-alo-kaz zohda fid-dunyaa wa a-o’o-zo beka minal harse a’laiy-haa wa as-alo-kal ghenaa fid-dunyaa wa a-o’o-zoo beka minal faqre feehaa.
Allaahumma in be-satta a’laiy-ya fid-dunyaa fa-zahhid nee feehaa wa in qattar-ta a’laiy-ya rizqee falaa to-ragh-ghib-nee feehaa.
O Lord of Favors and Kindness! O Lord of Majesty, Bounty and Honor! O Lord of Generosity and Favors! O He who is Benevolent! O There is no God but You! You are Protection for those who seek protection! O Shelter of the frightened ones. If it is the case that You have recorded me as one of the wretched ones in the Mother of the Books, please now record me as one of the prosperous ones who succeed in doing good deeds, and remove my name from the list of the wretched ones. You yourself said the following in the Book which You sent down to Your Prophet (a.s), Allah doth blot out or confirm what He pleaseth: with Him is the Mother of the Book. (Holy Qur’an: 13:39). O God! Please bless me with pure sustenance and engage me in good deeds. O my God! Please favor me with legitimate and Pure Extensive Sustenance due to Your Mercy so as it be a favor from You to me, so as to make me needless of Your creatures. Let it be pure with no mentioning by any of Your creatures but You. Let us be amongst those who thank You. Please do not disgrace me on the Day of Encounter! O my God! I ask you for prosperity in the world. I take refuge in You from wasting it! I ask You to grant me abstinence it this world! And I take refuge in You from being greedy of it! I ask You for wealth in this world, and I take refuge in You from being poor in it. O my God! If You grant me Extensive Sustenance in this world, please make me abstain from it. If You give me little sustenance, please make me inclined to it.
اے بزرگی اور احسان والے! اے جلال اور کرم والے! اے سخاوت اور فضل والے! اے طاقت اور قدرت کے مالک! تیرے سوا کوئی معبود نہیں۔ تو ہی بے سہارا لوگوں کا سہارا ہے، اور ڈرنے والوں کو پناہ دینے والا ہے۔ اگر تو نے امُّ الکتاب (لوحِ محفوظ) میں میرا نام بدبختوں میں لکھ دیا ہے، تو مجھے اپنے پاس سعادت مند، نیک بخت اور بھلائی کی توفیق پانے والوں میں لکھ دے، اور میرا نام بدبختوں کی فہرست سے مٹا دے۔ کیونکہ تو نے اس کتاب میں فرمایا ہے جو تو نے اپنے نبیؐ پر نازل کی: "اللہ جس چیز کو چاہے مٹا دیتا ہے اور جسے چاہے برقرار رکھتا ہے، اور اصل کتاب تو اسی کے پاس ہے۔" اے اللہ! مجھے پاکیزہ رزق عطا فرما، اور مجھے نیک اعمال میں استعمال کر۔ اے اللہ! مجھ پر وسیع، حلال اور پاکیزہ رزق کے دروازے کھول دے اپنی رحمت کے ساتھ تاکہ احسان صرف تیرا ہو، اور مجھے تیری مخلوق سے بے نیاز کردے، ایسی بے نیازی جو خالص تیری طرف سے ہو، جس میں تیری مخلوق کا کوئی حصہ نہ ہو۔ اور ہمیں شکر گزار بندوں میں شامل کر، اور مجھے یومِ ملاقات (روزِ قیامت) کے دن رسوا نہ کرنا۔ اے اللہ! میں تجھ سے دنیا میں کشادگی (آسانی) مانگتا ہوں، اور دنیا میں حد سے زیادہ خرچ کرنے سے تیری پناہ چاہتا ہوں۔ اور تجھ سے دنیا میں زہد (دل کا بے رغبت ہونا) مانگتا ہوں، اور دنیا کی لالچ سے تیری پناہ چاہتا ہوں۔ اور تجھ سے دنیا میں بے نیازی مانگتا ہوں، اور دنیا میں فقیر ہونے سے تیری پناہ چاہتا ہوں۔ اے اللہ! اگر تو نے دنیا کو میرے لیے پھیلا دیا (وسعت دے دی)، تو میرے دل میں اس کی رغبت کم کر دے۔ اور اگر تو نے میرا رزق تنگ کر دیا، تو دنیا کو میرے دل میں محبوب نہ بنا۔
اَللّٰهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَّآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ۔
Allahumma swalle alaa muhammadiw wa aale muhammadin
Allah’s (s.w.t) choicest blessings be upon Mohammed and his holy progeny.
اے معبود! رحمت نازل فرما حضرت محمدؐ اور انکی آل ؑپر۔
