جب مدینہ جائے تو پہلے زیارت کی نیت سے غسل کرے، پاک و صاف لباس پہنے، خوشبو لگائے اور اذنِ دخول پڑھے اور جب تم بابِ جبرائیلؑ سے داخل ہو۔ پہلے اپنا دایاں پاؤں اندر رکھے اور ۱۰۰مرتبہ کہے۔۔۔
اَللهُ اَكْبَرُ۔
Allaahu akbar.
Allah is Greatest.
اللہ بزرگ تر ہے۔
Then perform 2 rakats namaz of honouring the Mosque. After that, you may walk to the holy chamber that includes the tomb of the Holy Prophet (s). There, you may touch it with your hand, kiss it, and recite ziyarat Assalamo alaika ya Rasoolullah.
اب ۲ رکعت نماز تحیت مسجد بجالائے۔ پھر حجرۂ مبارک کی طرف جائے اور اپنا ہاتھ اس سے مس کرکے اس پر بوسہ دے کر دُعا اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَیْكَ یَا رَسُوْلَ اللہِ پڑھے۔۔۔
Then recite Assalaamo alaika ya khalilallah.
اس کے بعد اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَیْكَ یَا خَلِیْلَ اللہِ پڑھے۔
After ziyarat recite dua Allahummaj al-Jawaame’a.
پھر اپنے ہاتھ پھیلاکر دُعا اَللّٰھُمَّ اجْعَلْ جَوَامِعَ پڑھے۔
Then stand at the head side and recite Assalamo alaika ya abal Qasim.
پھر سرِ مبارک کی جانب کھڑے ہو کر اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَیْكَ یَا اَبَا الْقَاسِمِ کہے۔
Stand near the fore pillar on the right hand side of the tomb with the minbar to your right, facing the qibla, and this is where the Holy Prophet’s head rests. You may then recite Ashhado an la ilaaha illallah.
پھر اس ستون کے قریب کھڑا ہو جو قبر مطہر کے دائیں طرف ہے وہاں اس طرح قبلہ رخ ہوجائے کہ بایاں کاندھا قبرِ مبارک کی طرف اور دایاں کاندھا منبر کی جانب ہو کہ یہی رسولؐ کے سرِ مبارک کا مقام ہے۔ لہٰذا اس طرح کھڑے ہو کر اَشْہَدُ اَنْ لَّا اِلٰہَ اِلَّا اللہُ پڑھے۔
Then go near the grave and placing your hand upon it and say…
پھر قبرِ مبارک کے قریب جائے اور اپنا ہاتھ اس پر رکھ کر یہ پڑھے۔۔۔
اَسْئَلُ اللہَ الَّذِی اجْتَبٰیكَ وَاخْتَارَكَ وَہَدٰیكَ وَہَدٰی بِكَ اَنْ یُّصَلِّیَ عَلَیْكَ وَعَلٰی اَھْلِ بَیْتِكَ الطَّاہِرِیْنَ۔
As'alu allaaha allazee ijtabaaka wakhtaaraka wahadaaka wahadaa bika an yusalliya 'alayka wa'alaa ahli baytika at-taahireen.
I pray Allah Who has chosen you, selected you, guided you, and guided (others) through you to bless you and your pure household.
میں سوال کرتا ہوں اﷲسے جس نے آپ کو منتخب کیا آپ کو اختیارکیا آپ کو ہدایت دی اور آپ کے ذریعے ہدایت دی وہ اﷲ آپ پر اور آپ کے پاکیزہ اہل بیت پر درود نازل فرمائے۔
After this say…
اس کے بعد کہے۔۔۔
اِنَّ اللهَ وَمَلٰٓئِكَتَهٗ يُصَلُّوْنَ عَلَى النَّبِيِّ يٰٓاَيُّهَا الَّذِيْنَ اٰمَنُوْا صَلُّوْا عَلَيْهِ وَسَلِّمُوْا تَسْلِيْمًا۔
Inna allaaha wamalaa'ikatahoo yusalloona 'alaa an-nabiyyi yaa ayyuhaa allazeena aamanoo salloo 'alayhi wasallimoo tasleemaa.
Surely Allah and His angels bless the Prophet; O you who believe! call for (Divine) blessings on him and salute him with a (becoming) salutation.
بے شک اﷲ اور اس کے فرشتے درود بھیجتے ہیں نبی اکرمؐ پر اے ایمان والوتم بھی ان پر درود بھیجو اوراس طرح سلام کرو جیسا حق ہے۔
Placing your hand on the wall of the inner room and say…
اپنے ہاتھوں کو اندر کے مکان کی دیوار پر رکھ کر کہے۔۔۔
اَتَیْتُكَ یَا رَسُوْلَ اللہِ مُہَاجِرًا اِلَیْكَ قَاضِیًا لِمَا اَوْجَبَہُ اللہُ عَلَیَّ مِنْ قَصْدِكَ وَاِذْ لَمْ اَلْحَقْكَ حَیًّا فَقَدْ قَصَدْتُكَ بَعْدَ مَوْتِكَ عَالِمًا اَنَّ حُرْمَتَكَ مَیِّتًا كَحُرْمَتِكَ حَیًّا فَكُنْ لِیْ بِذَالِكَ عِنْدَ اللہِ شَاہِدًا۔
Ataytuka yaa rasoola allaahi muhaajiran ilayka qaadiyan limaa awjabahu allaahu 'alayya min qasdika wa-iz lam al-haqka hayyan faqad qasadtuka ba'da mawtika 'aaliman anna hurmataka mayyitan kahurmatika hayyan fakun lee bizaalika 'inda allaahi shaahidaa.
I have come to you, O Messenger of Allah, as one who has migrated to you, fulfilling what Allah has made obligatory upon me in turning to you. And if I did not reach you in your life, then I have turned to you after your death, knowing that your sanctity in death is like your sanctity in life. So be, because of this, a witness for me with Allah.
یا رسول اللہ! میں سب کو چھوڑ کر آپ کی طرف آیا ہوں۔ اللہ نے جو میرے اوپر واجب کیا ہے اس کو ادا کرنے کے لئے، آپ کے قصد سے اور چونکہ میں زندگی میں آپ سے نہ ملحق ہوا تو میں نے حضرتؐ کی وفات کے بعد آپ کا قصد کیا ہے اور میں جانتا ہوں کہ آپ کا جو احترام آپ کی زندگی میں ہے وہی احترام و حرمت مرنے کے بعد بھی ہے، تو آپ اس بات کے اللہ کے پاس گواہ رہیں۔
Then pass your right hand over your face and say…
پھر اپنا دایاں ہاتھ چہرے پر ملے اور کہے۔۔۔
اَللّٰہُمَّ اجْعَلْ ذٰلِكَ بَیْعَۃً مَرْضِیَّۃً لَدَیْكَ وَعَہْدًا مُؤَكَّدًا عِنْدَكَ تُحْیِنِیْ مَا اَحْیَیْتَنِیْ عَلَیْہِ وَعَلَی الْوَفَآئِ بِشَرَائِطِہٖ وَحُدُوْدِہٖ وَحُقُوْقِہٖ وَاَحْكَامِہٖ وَتُمِیْتَنِیْ اِذَا اَمَتَّنِیْ عَلَیْہِ وَتَبْعَثْنِیْ اِذَا بَعَثْتَنِیْ عَلَیْہِ۔
Allaahumma ij'al zaalika bay'atan mardiyyatan ladayka wa'ahdan mu'akkadan 'indaka tuhyinee maa ahyaytanee 'alayhi wa'alaa al-wafaa'i bisharaa'itihee wahudoodihee wahuqooqihee wa-ahkaamihee watumeetanee izaa amattanee 'alayhi watab'athnee izaa ba'athtanee 'alayh.
O Allah, make this a pledge that is pleasing in Your sight, and a firm covenant with You so that You keep me alive, for as long as You keep me alive, upon it and upon fulfilling its conditions, limits, rights, and rulings; and that You cause me to die, when You cause me to die, upon it; and raise me, when You raise me, upon it.
اے اللہ! اس بیعت کو اپنے نزدیک پسندیدہ بیعت قرار دینا اور اپنے نزدیک تاکیدی عہد قرار دینا جس میں کہیں سے کمزوری نہیں ہے اور اس پر اور اس کے شرائط کی وفا پر اور اس کے حدود اور حقوق اور اس کے احکام پر جب تک تو چاہے مجھے زندہ رکھنا اور جب چاہے مجھے اس پر موت دے دینا اور جب چاہے تو مجھے اس پر اٹھانا۔
Stand in the section over the head and recite the Ziyarat on behalf of your parents and friends in the following way…
اب سرِ مبارک کی جانب کھڑے ہو کر اپنے والدین اور دوستوں کی نیابت میں زیارت کرتے ہوے اس طرح سے کہے۔۔۔
اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَیْكَ یَا نَبِیَّ اللہِ مِنْ اَبِیْ وَاُمِّیْ وَ وَلَدِیْ وَخَآصَّتِیْ وَجَمِیْعِ اَھْلِ بَلَدِیْ حُرِّھِمْ وَعَبْدِہِمْ وَاَبْیَضِھِمْ وَاَسْوَدِھِمْ وَمِنْ…
As-salaamu 'alayka yaa nabiyya allaahi min abee wa-ummee wa waladee wakhaassatee wajamee'i ahli baladee hurrihim wa'abdihim wa-abyadihim wa-aswadihim wamin…

اے اللہ کے نبیؐ! آپ پر میرے ماں باپ اور میری أولاد اور مخصوص لوگوں اور میرے شہر کے تمام لوگوں کی طرف سے سلام ہو۔ چاہے وہ غلام ہو یا آزاد، کالے ہو یا گورے اور۔۔۔
Now mention the names of those whom you hold dear.
پھر انکا نام لو جن کو تم عزیز رکھتے ہو۔
Then go towards the Qibla and face the Holy Grave and with your back towards Qibla and recite Assalamo alaika ya nabiyyallah.
پھر قبلہ کی طرف جائے اور اپنا رخ قبر کی جانب رکھے، کہ تمہاری پشت قبلہ کی جانب ہو اور پھر اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَیْكَ یَا نَبِیَّ اللہِ پڑھے۔
Recite Namaz-e-Ziyarat H.Muhammad (s).
پھر نمازِ زیارت رسول خداؐ پڑھے۔
