کتاب مصباح المتھجد میں ہے کہ نماز ظہر کی تعقیبات کے بعد یہ دعا پڑھیں۔۔۔
بِسْمِ اللہِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیْمِ
Bismi allaahi ar-rahmaani ar-raheem
In the Name of Allah, the most Gracious, the most Merciful.
اللہ کے نام سے (شروع کرتا ہوں) جو بڑا مہربان نہایت رحم کرنے والا ہے۔
لَا اِلٰہَ اِلَّا اللہُ الْعَظِیْمُ الْحَلِیْمُ لَآ اِلٰہَ اِلَّا اللہُ رَبُّ الْعَرْشِ الْکَرِیْمِ اَلْحَمْدُ لِلہِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِیْنَ۔
اَللّٰھُمَّ اِنِّیْ اَسْئَلُکَ مُوْجِبَاتِ رَحْمَتِکَ وَعَزَآئِمَ مَغْفِرَتِکَ وَالْغَنِیْمَۃَ مِنْ کُلِّ بِرٍّ وَّالسَّلَامَۃَ مِنْ کُلِّ اِثْمٍ۔
Laa ilaaha illaa allaahu al-'azeemu al-haleemu laa ilaaha illaa allaahu rabbu al-'arshi al-kareemi al-hamdu lillaahi rabbi al-'aalameen.
Allaahumma innee as'aluka moojibaati rahmatika wa'azaa'ima maghfiratika wal-ghaneemata min kulli birrin waalssalaamata min kulli ithm.
There is no god But Allah, the Great, the Clement: there is no god but Allah, the Lord of ‘Arsh (the throne) of Grace; and all praise is for Allah, the Lord of the worlds: O Allah I beseech Thee for all that time which is the cause of Thy Mercy, and that which ascertain Thy Forgiveness: and the benefit of every virtue, and safety from every sin.
خدائے عظیم و حلیم کے سوا کوئی معبود نہیں، ربِ عرشِ بریں کے سوا کوئی سزاوارِخدا نہیں۔تمام حمد عالمین کے پالنے والے خدا ہی کے لئے ہے، اے خدا!میں تجھ سے تیری رحمت اور یقینی مغفرت کے اسباب کا سوال کرتا ہوں،ہر نیکی سے حصہ پانے اور ہر گناہ سے بچاؤ کا طلب گار ہوں۔
اَللّٰھُمَّ لَا تَدَعْ لِیْ ذَنْبًا اِلَّا غَفَرْتَہٗ وَلَاھَمًّا اِلَّا فَرَّجْتَہٗ وَلَا سُقْمًا اِلَّا شَفَیْتَہٗ وَلَا عَیْبًا اِلَّا سَتَرْتَہٗ وَلَا رِزْقًا اِلَّا بَسَطْتَّہٗ وَلَا خَوْفًا اِلَّا اٰمَنْتَہٗ وَلَا سُوٓئً اِلَّا صَرَفْتَہٗ وَلَاحَاجَۃً ھِیَ لَکَ رِضًا وَلِیَ فِیْھَا صَلَاحٌ اِلَّا قَضَیْتَھَا یَااَرْحَمَ الرَّاحِمِیْنَ اٰمِیْنَ رَبَّ الْعَالَمِیْنَ۔
Allaahumma laa tada' lee zanban illaa ghafartahoo walaahamman illaa farrajtahoo walaa suqman illaa shafaytahoo walaa 'ayban illaa satartahoo walaa rizqan illaa basatttahoo walaa khawfan illaa aamantahoo walaa soo'an illaa saraftahoo walaahaajatan hiya laka ridan waliya feehaa salaahun illaa qadaytahaa yaa arhama ar-raahimeena aameena rabba al-'aalameen.
O Allah leave not any sin on me but that You forgive it, and any affliction but that You remove it, and any illness but that You heal it, and any defect but that You conceal it, and any subsistence but that You increase it, and any fear but that You protect (me) from it; and any evil but that You repel it, and any of my need in which is Thy pleasure and which is beneficial for me, but that You grant it; O that Most Merciful, grant me my supplication, O’ the Lord of the Worlds.
اے معبود! میرے ذمہ کوئی ایسا گناہ نہ چھوڑ جسے تو معاف نہ کرے۔ کوئی غم نہ دے جسے تو دور نہ کر دے، بیماری نہ دے مگر وہ جس سے شفا عطا کردے، عیب نہ لگا مگر وہ جسے تو پوشیدہ رکھے،رزق نہ دے مگر وہ جس میں فراخی عطا کرے، خوف نہ ہومگر جس سے تو امن عطا کرے، برائی نہ آئے مگر وہ جسے تو ہٹا دے، کوئی حاجت نہ ہو مگر جسے تو پورا فرمائے اور اس میں تیری رضا اور میری بہتری ہو۔ اے سب سے زیادہ رحم کرنے والے! آمین اے عالمین کے پالنے والے۔
اَللّٰهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَّآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ۔
Allaahumma salli 'alaa muhammadin wa-aali muhammad.
O Allah, send blessings upon Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad.
اے معبود! رحمت نازل فرما حضرت محمدؐ اور انکی آلؑ پر۔
You may then repeat the following zikr 10 times…
پھر ۱۰ مرتبہ یہ کہیں۔۔۔
بِاللهِ اعْتَصَمْتُ وَبِاللهِ اَثِقُ وَعَلَى اللهِ اَتَوَكَّلُ۔
Billaahi i'tasamtu wabillaahi athiqu wa'alaa allaahi atawakkal.
I take refuge with Allah, I rely upon Allah, I confide my affairs to Allah.
اﷲ ہی سے وابستہ ہوں، اﷲ ہی پر اعتماد ہے اور اﷲ ہی پر بھروسہ کرتا ہوں۔
You may then recite the following dua…
اس کے بعد کہیں۔۔۔

اَللّٰهُمَّ اِنْ عَظُمَتْ ذُنُوْبِيْ فَاَنْتَ اَعْظَمُ وَاِنْ كَبُرَ (كَثُرَ) تَفْرِيْطِيْ فَاَنْتَ اَكْبَرُ وَاِنْ دَامَ بُخْلِيْ فَاَنْتَ اَجْوَدُ۔
اَللّٰهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِيْ عَظِيْمَ ذُنُوْبِيْ بِعَظِيْمِ عَفْوِكَ وَكَثِيْرَ تَفْرِيْطِيْ بِظَاهِرِ كَرَمِكَ وَاقْمَعْ بُخْلِيْ بِفَضْلِ جُوْدِكَ۔
اَللّٰهُمَّ مَا بِنَا مِنْ نِعْمَةٍ فَمِنْكَ لَا اِلٰهَ اِلَّا اَنْتَ اَسْتَغْفِرُكَ وَاَتُوْبُ اِلَيْكَ۔
Allaahumma in 'azumat zunoobee fa-anta a'zamu wa-in kabura (kathura) tafreetee fa-anta akbaru wa-in daama bukhlee fa-anta ajwad.
Allaahumma ighfir lee 'azeema zunoobee bi'azeemi 'afwika wakatheera tafreetee bizaahiri karamika waqma' bukhlee bifadli joodik.
Allaahumma maa binaa min ni'matin faminka laa ilaaha illaa anta astaghfiruka wa-atoobu ilayk.
O Allah, may be my transgressions are remarkably large and notable, but you are Almighty, and if my shortcomings are great, You are greater, and if my stinginess persists, You are the most generous. O Allah forgive my great transgressions through Your great pardon and my many shortcomings through your oft-forgiving and overlooking kindness and suppress my stinginess through Your abundant generosity. O Allah whatever advantages I have are from You There is no god save You. I ask for your forgiveness and I turn repentant unto You.
اے معبود! اگر میرا گناہ بڑا ہے تو تیری ذات سب سے بلند ہے۔ اگر میری کوتاہی بڑی ہے تو تیری ذات بزرگ تر ہے اور اگر میرا بخل دائمی ہے تو، تو زیادہ دینے والا ہے اے اﷲ! اپنے عظیم عفوودرگزر سے میرے بڑے گناہ بخش دے، اپنے لطف وکرم سے میری بہت سی کوتاہیاں معاف کر دے اور اپنے فضل اورعطا سے میرا بخل دور کردے۔ خدایا! ہمارے پاس جو نعمت ہے وہ تیری طرف سے ہے تیرے سوا کوئی معبود نہیں۔میں تجھ سے بخشش چاہتا اور تیرے حضور توبہ کرتا ہوں۔
اَللّٰهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَّآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ۔
Allaahumma salli 'alaa muhammadin wa-aali muhammad.
O Allah, send blessings upon Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad.
اے معبود! رحمت نازل فرما حضرت محمدؐ اور انکی آلؑ پر۔
Recite dua Subhaana Zil I’zzish Shaame-khe of Sahifa Fatema (s).
صحیفہ فاطمہ کی دُعا سُبْحَانَ ذِی الْعِزِّ الشَّامِخِ پڑھے۔
Recite dua Ya saame’a kulle sawtin of Sahifa Mahdiya (a).
صحیفۂ مہدیہ کی دُعا يَا سَامِعَ كُلِّ صَوْتٍ پڑھے۔
