Fajr Supplications
تعقیباتِ صبح
اَسْتَغْفِرُ اللهَ الَّذِىْ لَا اِلٰهَ اِلَّا هُوَ الْحَىُّ الْقَيُّوْمُ وَاَتُوْبُ اِلَيْهِ۔
As-tagh-ferullaa-hal lazee laa ilaaha illaa ho-wal haiyyul qaiyyoo-mo wa atoo-bo ilaiy-he.
I seek forgiveness of Allah, (who is) “There is no god save Allah” the ever living, the everlasting and unto Him I turn repentant.
میں اس خد اسے مغفر ت چاہتا ہو ں جس کے سوا کو ئی معبو د نہیں وہ ہمیشہ زند ہ و قائم ہے اسی کے حضور تو بہ کرتا ہوں۔
بِسْمِ اللہِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیْمِ
Bismillaahir rahmaanir raheem
In the Name of Allah, the most Gracious, the most Merciful.
اللہ کے نام سے (شروع کرتا ہوں) جو بڑا مہربا ن نہایت رحم کرنے والا ہے۔
اَللّٰهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَّآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ وَاهْدِنِيْ لِمَا اخْتُلِفَ فِيْهِ مِنَ الْحَقِّ بِاِذْنِكَ اِنَّكَ تَهْدِيْ مَنْ تَشَآءُ اِلٰى صِرَاطٍ مُّسْتَقِيْمٍ۔
Allaahumma salle a’laa mohammadiw wa aale mohammadin wahde-nee le-makh tolefa feehe minal haqqe be-izne-ka inna-ka tahdee man tashaa-o ilaa seraatim mus-taqee-min.
O Allah, send blessings to Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad and guide me, by Your permission, to the right about which discrepancies have taken place. Verily, You guide him whom You wish to a straight path.
اے معبود ! محمد ؐوآل محمدؐ پر رحمت نازل فرما اور حق میں اختلاف کے مقام پر اپنے حکم سے مجھے ہدایت دے۔ بے شک تو جسے چاہے سیدھی راہ کی ہدایت فرماتا ہے۔
اَللّٰهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَّآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ الْاَوْصِيَآءِ الرَّاضِيْنَ الْمَرْضِيِّيْنَ بِاَفْضَلِ صَلَوَاتِكَ وَبَارِكْ عَلَيْهِمْ بِاَفْضَلِ بَرَكَاتِكَ وَالسَّلَامُ عَلَيْهِمْ وَعَلٰى اَرْوَاحِهِمْ وَاَجْسَادِهِمْ وَرَحْمَةُ اللهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهٗ۔
Allaahumma salle a’laa mohammadiw wa aale mohammadil aw-seyaa-ir raazi-nal marziy-yeena be-af-zale salawaate-ka wa baarik a’lai-him be-af-zale bara-kaate-ka was-salaamo a’lai-him wa a’laa ar-waahe-him wa aj-saade-him wa rahma-tul laahe wa bara-kaato-hu.
O Allah, bless Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad, the consenting and pleased Successors, with the best of Your blessings, and confer upon them the best of your favors. Peace be upon them and their souls and bodies. Allah’s mercy and blessings be upon them.
اے معبود! محمدؐ و آل محمد پر رحمت فرما جو اوصیاء ہیں جو خدا سے راضی اور خدا ان سے راضی ہے،ان کے لئے اپنی بہترین رحمتیں اور اپنی بہترین برکتیں قرار دے، ان پر اوران کی ارواح واجسام پرخصوصی سلام ہو اور اﷲ کی رحمت وبرکت نازل ہو۔
اَللّٰهُمَّ اَحْيِنِيْ عَلٰى مَا اَحْيَيْتَ عَلَيْهِ عَلِيَّ بْنَ اَبِيْ طَالِبٍ وَّاَمِتْنِيْ عَلٰى مَا مَاتَ عَلَيْهِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ اَبِيْ طَالِبٍ عَلَيْهِ السَّلَامُ۔
Allaahumma ahye-nee a’laa maa ahyay-ta a’laihe a’liyyib-ne abee taale-bin qa amit-nee a’laa maa maata a’laihe a’liyyub-ne abee taale-bin a’lai-his salaamo.
O Allah, (please) make me live carrying the conducts on which You made Ali the son of Abi-Talib live and make me die on the principles for which Ali the son of Abi-Talib peace be upon him died.
اے معبود! مجھے اس راہ پر زندہ رکھ جس پر تو نے علیؑ ابن ابی طالبؑ کوزندہ رکھا اور مجھے اسی راہ پر موت دے جس پر تونے امیر المومنین علیؑ ابن ابی طالبؑ کو شہادت عطا فرمائی۔
اَسْتَغْفِرُ اللهَ وَاَتُوْبُ اِلَيْهِ۔
Astagh-ferul laaha wa atoo-bo elaiy-he.
I seek forgiveness of Allah and I repent before Him.
میں اﷲ سے بخشش چاہتاہوں اور اس کے حضور توبہ کرتا ہوں۔
اَسْاَلُ اللهَ الْعَافِيَةَ۔
As-alul laahal aa’fe-yata.
I beseech Allah for good health.
خدا سے صحت وعافیت مانگتاہوں۔
اَسْتَجِيْرُ بِاللهِ مِنَ النَّارِ وَاَسْاَلُهُ الْجَنَّةَ۔
Asta-jeero billaahe minan naare wa as-alo-hul jannata.
I seek Allah’s protection against Hellfire and I ask Him for Paradise.
میں آتش ِجہنم سے خدا کی پناہ چاہتا ہوں اور اس سے جنت کا طالب ہوں۔
اَسْاَلُ اللهَ الْحُوْرَ الْعِيْنَ۔
As-alul laahil hooral ee’na.
I ask Allah for the Paradisiacal Women.
میں اﷲ سے حورالعین کا طالب ہوں۔
لَا اِلٰهَ اِلَّا اللهُ الْمَلِكُ الْحَقُّ الْمُبِيْنُ۔
Laa ilaaha illal laahul male-kul haqqul mobee-no.
There is no god save Allah the King and evident Truth.
اﷲ کے سوا کوئی معبود نہیں جو بادشاہ اور روشن حق ہے۔
صَلَّى اللهُ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَّآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ۔
Sallal laaho a’laa mohammadiw wa aale muhammadin.
May Allah send blessings to Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad.
خدا کی رحمت ہومحمدؐ وآل محمدؑ پر۔
سُبْحَانَ اللهِ وَالْحَمْدُ لِلهِ وَلَا اِلٰهَ اِلَّا اللهُ وَاللهُ اَكْبَرُ وَلَا حَوْلَ وَلَا قُوَّةَ اِلَّا بِاللهِ الْعَلِيِّ الْعَظِيْمِ۔
Subhaa-nal laahe wal hamdo lil laahe wa laa ilaaha illal laaho wal laaho akbaro wa laa hawla wa laa quwwata illaa bil laahil a’liyyil a’zeeme.
All glory be to Allah, all praise be to Allah, there is no god save Allah, Allah is the Greatest, and there is neither might nor power save with Allah, the All-high and All-great.
اﷲپاک ہے اور اسی کے لئے حمد ہے اور اﷲ کے سوا کوئی معبود نہیں اور اﷲبرتر ہے نہیں کوئی طاقت و قوت مگر وہ جو اﷲ بزرگ وبرتر سے ملتی ہے۔
مَاشَاۗءَ اللهُ كَانَ وَلَا حَوْلَ وَلَا قُوَّةَ اِلَّا بِاللهِ الْعَلِيِّ الْعَظِيْمِ۔
Maashaa allaaho kaana wa laa hawla wa laa quwwata illaa bil laahil a’liyyil a’zeeme.
Only that which Allah wills shall come to pass and there is neither might nor power save with Allah, the All-high and All-great.
جو خدا چاہے وہی ہوتا ہے اور اﷲبزرگ و برترسے بڑھ کر کوئی طاقت وقوت نہیں ہے۔
بِسْمِ اللہِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیْمِ
Bismillaahir rahmaanir raheem
In the Name of Allah, the most Gracious, the most Merciful.
اللہ کے نام سے (شروع کرتا ہوں) جو بڑا مہربا ن نہایت رحم کرنے والا ہے۔
اَصْبَحْتُ اَللّٰهُمَّ مُعْتَصِمًۢا بِذِمَامِكَ الْمَنِيْعِ الَّذِيْ لَا يُطَاوَلُ وَلَا يُحَاوَلُ مِنْ شَرِّ كُلِّ غَاشِمٍ وَّطَارِقٍ مِّنْ سَآئِرِ مَنْ خَلَقْتَ وَمَا خَلَقْتَ مِنْ خَلْقِكَ الصَّامِتِ وَالنَّاطِقِ فِيْ جُنَّةٍ مِّنْ كُلِّ مَخُوْفٍۢ بِلِبَاسٍ سَابِغَةٍ وَّلَآءِ اَهْلِ بَيْتِ نَبِيِّكَ مُحْتَجِبًا مِّنْ كُلِّ قَاصِدٍ لِيْ اِلٰى اَذِيَّةٍۢ بِجِدَارٍ حَصِيْنٍ الْاِخْلَاصِ فِي الْاَعْتِرَافِ بِحَقِّهِمْ وَالتَّمَسُّكِ بِحَبْلِهِمْ مُوْقِنًا اَنَّ الْحَقَّ لَهُمْ وَمَعَهُمْ وَفِيْهِمْ وَبِهِمْ اُوَالِيْ مَنْ وَالَوْا وَاُجَانِبُ مَنْ جَانَبُوْا فَاَعِذْنِيْ۔
As-bahto allaahumma mo’tase-mam be-zamaame-kal manee-i’l lazee laa yotaa-walo wa laa yohaa-walo sharre kulle ghaase-min wa taare-qan min saaa-e-re min khalaq-ta wa maa khalaq-ta min khalqe-kas saa-mete wan naateqe fee janna-tin min kulle makhoo-fim be-lebaa-sin saabe-ghatin wa laa-e ahle-baiyte nabiyye-ka mohta-jeban min kulle qaase-din lee ilaa aziy-yatim be-jedaa-rin hasee-nil ikhlaa-se fil a’te-raafe be-haqqe-him wat tamasso-ke be-hable-him mo’qe-nan annal haqqa lahum wa ma-a’hum wa feehim wa be-him owaa-lee man wa law wa ojaane-bo man jaana-boo fa-a-i’z-nee.
O Allah, I have begun this morning seeking refuge with Your invulnerable security that is neither touched nor caught against the evil of all oppressive and domineering ones from among all Your animate and inanimate creatures both the silent and the speaking; and being in protection against all terrifying things; and being in the complete garb of my loyalty to the Household of Your Prophet; and veiling myself against all those who intend harm to me, behind an impervious wall, which is my sincerity in the profession of their (Divinely commissioned) right (of leadership) and my adherence to their Rope, and bearing with certainty that the Right is theirs, with them, in them, and amid them. I thus accede to those whom they accept and depart those whom they depart.
اے معبود! میں نے تیری عظیم نگہبانی میں صبح کی ہے،جس تک کسی کا ہاتھ نہیں پہنچتا، نہ کوئی ظالم اور راہزن شب میں اس پر حملہ کر پاتا ہے، اس مخلوق میں سے جو تو نے خلق فرمائی ہے اور نہ وہ مخلوق جسے تو نے زبان دی اور جسے زبان نہیں دی ہر خوف میں تیری پناہ میں تیرے نبی ؐکے اہل بیتؑ کی ولا سے ساختہ لباس میں ملبوس ہراس چیز سے محفوظ جو میرے اخلاص کی مضبوط دیوار میں رخنہ ڈالنا چاہے، یہ مانتے ہوئے کہ وہ حق ہیں ان کی رسّی سے وابستگی ہے اس یقین سے کہ حق ان کے لئے ان کے ساتھ اور ان میں ہے جو ان کو چاہے میں اسے چاہتا ہوں جوان سے دور ہو میں اس سے دور ہوں۔
اَللّٰهُمَّ بِهِمْ مِنْ شَرِّ كُلِّ مَا اَتَّقِيْهِ يَاعَظِيْمُ حَجَزْتُ الْاَعَادِيَ عَنِّيْ بِبَدِيْعِ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَ الْاَرْضِ اِنَّا جَعَلْنَا مِنْۢ بَيْنِ اَيْدِيْهِمْ سَدًّا وَّمِنْ خَلْفِهِمْ سَدًّا فَاَغْشَيْنَاهُمْ فَهُمْ لَا يُبْصِرُوْنَ۔
Allaahumma be-him min sharre kulle maa atta-qee-he yaa a’zeemo hajaz-tul a-aa’deya a’nnee be-badee-i’s samaa-waate wal arze inna ja-a’lna mim baiyne aiydee-him saddan wa min khalfe-him saddan fa-agh-shainaa-hum fa-hum laa yubse-roona.
O Allah, protect me, in the names of them, against the evil of all that which I fear, O All-great. I am restraining the enemies against me through the Originator of the heavens and the earth; “And We have set a bar before them and a bar behind them, and (thus) have covered them so that they see not.”
پس اے خدا! ان کے طفیل مجھے ہر اس شر سے پناہ دے جس کا مجھے خوف ہے اے بلند ذات زمین وآسمان کی پیدائش کے واسطے سے دشمنوں کو مجھ سے دور کر دے بے شک ہم نے ایک دیوار ان کے سامنے اور ایک دیوار ان کے پیچھے بنا دی پس ان کو ڈھانپ دیا کہ وہ دیکھتے نہیں ہیں۔
اَللّٰهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَّآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ۔
Allahumma swalle alaa muhammadiw wa aale muhammadin
Allah’s (s.w.t) choicest blessings be upon Mohammed and his holy progeny.
اے معبود! رحمت نازل فرما حضرت محمدؐ اور انکی آل ؑپر۔
سُبْحَانَ اللهِ الْعَظِيْمِ وَبِحَمْدِهٖ وَلَا حَوْلَ وَلَا قُوَّةَ اِلَّا بِاللهِ الْعَلِيِّ الْعَظِيْمِ۔
Subhaa-nal laahil a’zeeme wa be-hamde-hi wa laa hawla wa laa quwwata illaa bil laahil a’liyyil a’zeeme.
All glory be to Allah, the All-great and in praise of Him; and there is neither might nor power save with Allah, the All-high and All-great.
پاک ہے خدائے برتر اور تعریف سب اسی کی ہے اور نہیں کوئی طاقت وقوت مگر جووہ جو خدائے بلند وبرتر سے ملتی ہے۔
بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْمِ لَا حَوْلَ وَلَا قُوَّةَ اِلَّا بِاللهِ الْعَلِيِّ الْعَظِيْمِ۔

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful. There is neither might nor power save with Allah, the All-high and All-great.
اﷲ کے نام سے (شروع کرتا ہوں) جو بڑا مہربان نہایت رحم والا ہے نہیں کوئی حرکت وقوت مگرخدائے بزرگ وبرتر سے ملتی ہے۔
بِسْمِ اللہِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیْمِ

اللہ کے نام سے (شروع کرتا ہوں) جو بڑا مہربا ن نہایت رحم کرنے والا ہے۔
اَللّٰهُمَّ اِنِّي اَسْاَلُكَ بِحَقِّ مُحَمَّدٍ وَّآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَلَيْكَ صَلِّ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَّآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ وَّاجْعَلِ النُّوْرَ فِيْ بَصَرِيْ وَالْبَصِيْرَةَ فِيْ دِيْنِيْ وَالْيَقِيْنَ فِيْ قَلْبِيْ وَالْاِخْلَاصَ فِيْ عَمَلِيْ وَالسَّلَامَةَ فِيْ نَفْسِيْ وَالسَّعَةَ فِيْ رِزْقِيْ وَالشُّكْرَ لَكَ اَبَدًا مَّا اَبْقَيْتَنِيْ۔
Allaahumma innee as-aloka be-haqqe mohammadiw wa aale mohammadin a’laika salle a’laa mohammadiw wa aale mohammadin waj-a’lin noora fee basaree wal baseera-ta fee deenee wal yaqeena fee qalbee wal ikhlaasa fee a’ma-lee was salaama-ta fee nafsee was sa-a’ta fee rizqee wash shukra laka aba-dan maa ab-qaiy-tanee.
O Allah, I do beseech You, in the name of the right of Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad that is incumbent upon You to send blessings to Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad and to make light in my sight, and to make light in my sight, conviction in my heart, sincerity in my deeds, safety in myself, richness in my sustenance, and perpetual thankfulness for You as long as you keep me alive.
خداوندا! محمدؐ وآل محمدؐ کا جو تجھ پر حق ہے میں اس کے واسطے سے سوال کرتا ہوں کہ محمدؐ و آل محمدؐ پر اپنی رحمت نازل فرما کہ میری آنکھوں میں نور، میرے دین میں بصیرت، میرے دل میں یقین،میرے عمل میں اخلاص، میرے نفس میں سلامتی اور میرے رزق میں کشادگی عطا فرما اورجب تک زندہ رہوں مجھے اپنے شکر کی ہمیشہ توفیق دے۔

Allah’s (s.w.t) choicest blessings be upon Mohammed and his holy progeny.
اے معبود! رحمت نازل فرما حضرت محمدؐ اور انکی آل ؑپر۔
DUA FOR FULFILLMENT OF DESIRES
يَافَتَّاحُ۔
Yaa fattaa-ho.
O the Opener.
اے خھول نے والے۔
بِسْمِ اللہِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیْمِ
Bismillaahir rahmaanir raheem
In the Name of Allah, the most Gracious, the most Merciful.
اللہ کے نام سے (شروع کرتا ہوں) جو بڑا مہربا ن نہایت رحم کرنے والا ہے۔
لَا حَوْلَ وَلَا قُوَّةَ اِلَّا بِاللهِ تَوَكَّلْتُ عَلَى الْحَيِّ الَّذِيْ لَا يَمُوْتُ وَالْحَمْدُ لِلهِ الَّذِيْ لَمْ يَتَّخِذْ وَلَدًا وَّلَمْ يَكُنْ لَّهٗ شَرِيْكٌ فِي الْمُلْكِ وَلَمْ يَكُنْ لَّهٗ وَلِيٌّ مِّنَ الذُّلِّ وَكَبِّرْهُ تَكْبِيْرًا۔
Laa hawla wa laa quwwata illaa bil laahe tawakkal-to a’lal haiyyil lazee laa yamoo-to wal hamdo lil laahil lazee lam yatta-khiz wala-dan wa lam yakun lahu sharee-kun fil mulke wa lam yakun lahu waliyyun minaz zulle wa kabbir-ho takbeera.
There is neither might nor power except with Allah. I put my trust in the Ever-living (Lord) Who never dies. All praise is due to Allah, Who has not taken a wife or a son and Who has not have a partner in the kingdom, vand magnify Him with all magnificence.
نہیں کوئی طاقت وقوت مگر وہ جو خدا سے ملتی ہے میں نے اس زندہ خدا پر توکل کیا جس کے لئے موت نہیں اور حمد اس اﷲکے لئے ہے جس کی کوئی اولاد نہیں اور نہ کوئی اس کی سلطنت میں اس کا شریک ہے نہ اس کے عاجزی کی وجہ سے کوئی اس کا مددگار ہے اور تم اس کی بڑائی بیان کیا کرو۔
اَللّٰهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَّآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ۔
