بِسْمِ اللہِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیْمِ
Bismillaahir rahmaanir raheem
In the Name of Allah, the most Gracious, the most Merciful.
اللہ کے نام سے (شروع کرتا ہوں) جو بڑا مہربا ن نہایت رحم کرنے والا ہے۔
اَللّٰهُمَّ اِنَّ ظُلْمَ عِبَادِكَ قَدْ تَمَكَّنَ فِىْ بِلَادِكَ حَتّٰى اَمَاتَ الْعَدْلَ وَقَطَعَ السُّبُلَ وَمَحَقَ الْحَقَّ وَاَبْطَلَ الصِّدْقَ وَاَخْفَى الْبِرَّ وَاَظْهَرَ الشَّرَّ وَاَخْمَدَ التَّقْوٰى وَاَزَالَ الْهُدٰى وَاَزَاحَ الْخَيْرَ وَاَثْبَتَ الضَّيْرَ وَاَنْمَى الْفَسَادَ وَقَوَّى الْعِنَادَ وَبَسَطَ الْجَوْرَ وَعَدَى الطَّوْرَ۔ اَللّٰهُمَّ يَا رَبِّ لَا يَكْشِفُ ذٰلِكَ اِلَّا سُلْطَانُكَ وَلَا يُجِيْرُ مِنْهُ اِلَّا امْتِنَانُكَ۔ اَللّٰهُمَّ رَبِّ فَابْتُرِ الظُّلْمَ وَبُثَّ جِبَالَ الْغَشْمِ وَاَخْمِدْ سُوْقَ الْمُنْكَرِ وَاَعِزَّ مَنْ عَنْهُ يَنْزَ جِرُ وَاحْصُدْ شَاْفَةَ اَهْلِ الْجَوْرِ، وَاَلْبِسْهُمُ الْحَوْرَ بَعْدَ الْكَوْرِ وَعَجِّلِ۔ اَللّٰهُمَّ اِلَيْهِمُ الْبَيَاتَ وَاَنْزِلْ عَلَيْهِمُ الْمَثُلَاتِ وَاَمِتْ حَيٰوةَ الْمُنْكَرِ لِيُؤْ مَنَ الْمَخُوْفُ وَيَسْكُنَ الْمَلْهُوْفُ وَيَشْبَعَ الْجَايِعُ وَيُحْفَظَ الضَّايِعُ وَيَاوَى الطَّرِيْدُ وَيَعُوْدَ الشَّرِيْدُ وَيُغْنَى الْفَقِيْرُ وَيُجَارَ الْمُسْتَجِيْرُ وَيُوَقَّرَ الْكَبِيْرُ وَيُرْحَمَ الصَّغِيْرُ وَيُعَزَّ الْمَظْلُوْمُ وَيُذَلَّ الظَّالِمُ وَيُفَرَّجَ الْمَغْمُوْمُ وَتَنْفَرِجَ الْغَمَّاۗءُ وَتَسْكُنُ الدَّهْمَاۗءُ وَيَمُوْتَ الْاِخْتِلَافُ وَيَعْلُوَالْعِلْمُ وَيَشْمُلَ السِّلْمُ وَيُجْمَعَ الشَّتَاتُ وَيَقْوَى الْاِ يْمَانُ وَيُتْلَى الْقُرْآنُ اِنَّكَ اَنْتَ الدَّيَانُ الْمُنْعِمُ الْمَنَّانُ۔
Allaahumma inna zulma 'ibaadika qad tamakkana fee bilaadika hattaa amaata al-'adla waqata'a as-subula wamahaqa al-haqqa waabtala as-sidqa waakhfaa al-birra waazhara ash-sharra waakhmada at-taqwaa waazaala allaahudaa waazaaha al-khayra waathbata ad-dayra waanmaa al-fasaada waqawwaa al-'inaada wabasata al-jawra wa'adaa at-tawra.
Allaahumma yaa rabi laa yakshifu zaalika illaa sultaanuka walaa yujeeru minhu illaa amtinaanuka.
Allaahumma rabbi fabturi az-zulma wabuththa jibaala al-ghashmi waakhmid sooqa al-munkari waa'izza man 'anhu yanza jiru wahsud shafata ahli al-jawri, wal-bishumu al-hawra ba'da al-kawri wa'ajjili.
Allaahumma ilayhimu al-bayaata waanzil 'alayhimu al-mathulaati waamit hayaata al-munkari liyu' mana al-makhoofu wayaskuna al-malhoofu wayashba'a al-jaayi'u wayuhfaza ad-daayi'u wayaawaa at-tareedu waya'ooda ash-shareedu wayughnaa al-faqeeru wayujaara al-mustajeeru wayuwaqqara al-kabeeru wayurhama as-sagheeru wayu'azza al-mazloomu wayuzalla az-zaalimu wayufarraja al-maghmoomu watanfarija al-ghammaa'u wataskunu ad-dahmaa'u wayamoota al-ikhtilaafu waya'luwal'ilmu wayashmula as-silmu wayujma'a ash-shataatu wayaqwaa al-i ymaanu wayutlaa al-quraanu innaka anta ad-dayaanu al-mun'imu al-mannaanu. auto
O Allah, the persecutions against Your servant have become so prevalent in Your lands that it has put an end to justice, and cut off the paths [to guidance] It has wiped out the truth and nullified truthfulness It has concealed righteousness, and made evil become manifest It has quelled God-consciousness and made guidance disappear It has made goodness distant and established wrong It has caused corruption to spread and strengthened deviance, It has spread tyranny and transgressed the limits. O Allah, my Lord, no one can remove that [injustice] except Your authority and nothing can rescue from it except Your favour. O Allah, my Lord, cut off oppression and unravel the ropes of oppression, extinguish the increase of the evil make mighty the one who prevents it, uproot the enmity of the people of tyranny, and clothe them with loss after excess. and hasten for them O Allah the sudden night attacks, and send down on them painful punishment, extinguish the life of wrongdoing so the fearful one finds safety, and the aggrieved finds solace, the hungry is satiated, and the lost one is protected the forsaken one finds refuge and the exiled one returns, the poor is enriched and the refugee finds refuge, the elderly is respected, and the young ones receive mercy, the oppressed one is honored, and the oppressor is humiliated, the sorrowful is relieved, and the grief is dispelled, the masses find peace, and differences die, knowledge is elevated and peace is spread, the scattered ones are gathered, faith is strengthened, and the Qur'an is recited. Surely You are the best Judge, the One who favours with [immense] favour.
اے معبود !تیرے شہروں میں تیرے بعض بندوں کا ظلم یوں پھیلا ہوا ہے کہ اس سے عدل ختم ہو گیا ہے راستے کٹ گئے حق مٹ گیا اور صدق باطل ہو گیا ہے نیکی ماند پڑ گئی برائی سامنے آ گئی پرہیز گاری ختم اور ہدایت نابود ہو گئی اچھائی مٹ گئی برائی ابھر آئی بگاڑ بڑھ گیا دشمنی عام ہو گئی ظلم پھیل گیا اور زیادتی حد سے بڑھ گئی ہے۔ اے معبود! اے رب اسے کوئی دور نہیں کر سکتا مگر تیری قوت کوئی اس سے بچا نہیں سکتا مگر تیرا احسان اے معبود! میرے رب ظلم کی جڑ کاٹ دے ظلم کے پہاڑ ڈھا دے بدی کا بازار ٹھنڈا کر دے اور جو ظلم کو روکے اسے قوت دے ظلم کرنے والوں کے بازو توڑ دے انہیں منتشر کرنے کے بعد پریشانی میں ڈال دے اور اے معبود! ان پر جلد تر دشمنوں کو چڑھا دے جو ان کے ہاتھ پاؤں کاٹ ڈالیں برائی کی مہلت ختم کر دے تاکہ خوف زدہ لوگ امن پائیں مظلوم کو راحت ملے بھوکوں کو طعٰم ملے اجڑے ہوئے آباد ہوں بے وطنوں کو پناہ ملے بھاگے ہوئے واپس آئیں بے نواؤں و فقیروں کو مال ملے اور پناہ لینے والے پناہ پائیں بزرگوں کی عزت ہو اور چھوٹوں کو پیار ملے، مظلوم کو قوت حاصل ہو اور ظالم پست ہو جائے غم زدہ کا غم مٹے مکمل اندھیرا ختم ہو جائے ہنگامہ ختم ہو اور بے اتفاقی ختم ہو جائے علم کا فروغ ہو سلامتی عام ہو اختلاف دور ہو جائے ایمان کو بڑھاوا ملے اور قرآن پڑھا جائے بے شک تو جزا دینے والا نعمت عطا کرنے والا احسان کرنے والا ہے۔
اَللّٰهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَّآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ۔
Allahumma swalle alaa muhammadiw wa aale muhammadin
Allah’s (s.w.t) choicest blessings be upon Mohammed and his holy progeny.
اے معبود! رحمت نازل فرما حضرت محمدؐ اور انکی آل ؑپر۔
